Had the inside of my motorcycle tank coated here. Had tons of rust from years of sitting Did the job. No problems. Communication was lacking but the job got done well. It took about a week and a half, but I wasnt in a rush.

I recently had my car AC repaired at Websters, and they were awesome. Very friendly, professional and I was in and out in an hour.They also had a very comfortable waiting area and I was totally satisfied with their job.Will recommend to everyone!

Best in the business!!!! Everything about this place was great! They are very hard workers and do all my families auto repairs. We’ve done every type of repair almost with them over the past 20 years but the A/C repair I just had performed was exceptional! It was 95 degrees out and Frank ( the owner ) got my A/C to blow cooler then it did when it was brand new! I had to turn the ac down Thursday at 3 pm when I picked it up!!! That’s how cold it was!!! 95 and humid outside , 50 degrees inside!! First time bringing the car in for AC repair I was charged over $200. A/C still was not working. Returned again and was quoted over $1000 to fix a $20 problem.After posting this review the owner called and left a very unprofessional message on my voicemail in a nasty tone. I am highly offended.I did not fix my car myself from a purchase at Walmart like you suggested on my voicemail. It was fixed by a licensed mechanic. Reviews should be used as constructive feedback, not to harass customers.

Owner did contact me and explain what happened and refunded me $ 100 dollars. Owner responded to my review and a timely manner to resolve my issue. Customer service was quick and easy.

I have a 10year old car with almost 175,000 miles and 2weeks before I have to renew my registration, the check engine light comes on. I spent a week praying for the check engine light to go away. My boyfriend recommended I take my car to Webster Radiator A/C & Auto Repair because he took his car there a year ago and had a great experience. And just like that my prayers were answered in a different way!Right up front the guys at Webster set realistic expectations and right off the bat I felt comfortable and confident they knew what they were doing.Unfortunately I didn’t need to wait very long so I didn’t get to spend much time in their waiting room. And it’s worth saying it was the cleanest and most comfortable waiting room/restroom I’ve seen at a repair shop.One and a half days later - not only did these guys replace my entire electrical, they got rid of the check engine light, they went ahead and did the official inspection and it passed! These guys are good, these guys are fast and most of all they are fair. This wasn’t a small job but I would’ve spent waaaay more getting the same job done at the dealership. Plus unlike the dealership, Webster Radiator worked out a reasonable payment plan with me. They have a customer for life from me and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Charged almost $600 to rig up perfectly good wiring, replace parts there where brand new and the car still left overheating after two trips there and hours of waiting

Went to Websters because of the great reviews and because every person I spoke to when I told them my cars Air Conditioning was broke the all said go to Webster’s. Great experience and I won’t go anyplace else!

From the time I walked until the minute I left they were very attentive and worried about my issues. They are really nice and I trust them with my car as I’m a woman. They are always full of cars and I recommend everyone to them great shop!!

Hand carried a radiator into their shop this morning for an appointment to repair. Radiator had a pinched line. Pretty straight forward and easy repair. After 2 hours of waiting from my appointment time, I was presented with the repair and a bill of $270. Anything under $100 would have been fair for this repair. A hand carried radiator into a shop for a solder repair should take no more than 30 minutes start to finish and uses trivial amounts of consumables. I was very disappointed in the fee charged for such a simple repair. Be careful. I should have had them quote me a price first. That was my mistake. Here is a picture of the completed repair.

These guys are awesome! They are very efficient and always get my car in quickly. They offer a family atmosphere when you come in. They take good care of each of their customers. My whole family uses them.

I went to Dodge 1st. $1,000 to replace radiator. Then went to Websters, $550 for the same work and radiator. Did it in 2 hrs.

I have been going to the guys at Webster Radiator A/C & Auto Repair in Concord , NC for 20 plus years. Charlie and His Sons Frank & Jamie are the only people I trust to do any work on my cars and trucks. They usually get the job done right the first time but on occasion if there has ever been a minor issue (which is bound to happen in 20 plus years of doing business with them) they always explain what’s going on with my vehicles and they always stand behind there work and there word! I feel safe sending my Mom, sister and 2 brothers to them plus many more referrals. That’s how good they’re to me!They do all kinds of auto repairs anything from alignments , inspections , diag , suspension / you name it. But really blew me away was Websters knowledge about cooling systems , radiators and Air Conditioning. They will get you in and out the same day you drop car off 99% of the time. They stock a ton of A/C parts and can make A/C hoses . So it’s a shock if they can’t have it done the same day or next. I’m always amazed when I see masters in there craft and when it comes to radiators the father Charlie is a pioneer of the industry and his son Frank is right there with them. Ask them when you go in. The son used to go to work with his Dad since he was 5 years old whenever off school! It’s an incredible family experience to witness and you can see how proud Charlie is of his son Frank when he tells you stories. Also Frank is the A/C master. Never met anyone as good as him. I don’t think there’s many in the country with his knowledge and I give him credit for becoming the best at his craft!I read some of these negative reviews and I get sick! I’ve known these guys for a long time and I can read the last ladies review and see that she is not a good customer and is a trouble maker. I’m sorry you boys have to deal with her. Bad they didnt fix my car they broke my radio they terrible over there

Been going to Webster Radiator A/C & Auto for 15 plus years!! I bring all 15 of my company trucks there as well as my 3 personal cars. They have fixed it all for me over the years and I don’t have nothing but great things to say about them and I recommend everyone I know to them!

They didnt stop till they found the problem. Which can sometimes be difficult with todays cars.

This is the absolute worst business I have ever used, less than 1 star. I went in on January 10, 2020 to inquire if they repaired Volvos(I was in my other vehicle at the time). My radiator fan was not working and the check engine light was on. Frank, the owner, told me that he worked on all makes and models. Jan 13, 2020, I had my Volvo towed to this shop for diagnostics. By the end of the day, I hadnt heard anything so I called the shop. Steve advised he was the owners brother and told me that I needed spark plugs, a new fan and 2 fuel injectors for a grand total of $1154.63. By bringing my own parts, I was able to get the total down to $637.84 and Steve tells me that his brother Frank is really good about making payment arrangements.Time goes on and I am still waiting for a written estimate and payment arrangement but Frank was always unavailable. During this time Steve is telling me that they havent started working on my vehicle yet because they were so backed up. Finally, about a month later I call just before closing and tell Steve that I am coming to get my vehicle. He advises that it still has not been worked on and has not been put back together either. Still no Frank.The very next morning 9a sharp, I receive a call from Frank telling me that they have completed all of the work but I now needed a new radiator. He begins to tell me some fabricated story of how my car must have previously been in a wreck which bent my frame on the inside and had the radiator wedged so when his mechanic took the screws out, the radiator immediately dropped to the ground. I called him a bold faced liar because my car had not been in a wreck and I was not paying for a new radiator. He also told me that because the car had been sitting without being started, I now needed a new battery. I asked about the payment arrangement and written estimate his brother told me about. Frank then tells me that Steve is not his brother and the payment arrangements are only for customers who purchase parts from him. I tell him my car came with a radiator and it wasnt leaving without one.Fast forward to March 2020, Frank calls again to tell me that he is charging me storage fees for my vehicle being there so long. I tell him I am not paying one dime of storage because the repairs on my car, specifically the radiator, are not complete.Fast forward to April 15, 2020. Now his story changes about how the radiator was damaged. I demanded an invoice and tell him that I want my car and my cracked radiator and I was only paying for the work that he actually did and not a penny more. of course, Frank cannot find my original radiator.Frank tried to rig up an invoice right there on the spot by trying to manipulating the date I dropped my car off, the date the work was completed and tries to change the original amount of my repairs from $1154.63 to $1641.42 and then a third time to $2122.86, all on the same day. After 3+ hours of arguing, I agreed to pay $1000 flat and he agreed to provide the new radiator free but in the end he still billed me for it.My car still wasnt fixed. I had to buy a battery and take the car back to him 3xs because the check engine light was still on and it was leaking antifreeze. The last time I took the car back, they couldnt figure it out and he asked me, What do you want me to do about it? I want my car fixed.When I took my car to an authorized Volvo mechanic he told me that whoever worked on my car doesnt work on Volvos and obviously had no clue. I had to pay another $1226.18 to fix what Websters Radiators messed up but Frank is going to refund my money and then some. And Frank when you try to put your little notation on here to say this is a false claim and I am not in your system as a customer, customers can look at the invoice and judge for themselves. CUTOMERS BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!PS-Frank, dont ask why it took a year for the review. I was getting frustrated because there is so much more to tell but I had to keep editing due to exceeding the character limit.

Steven and the team deliver excellent customer service with clear/frequent communication and professionalism. Our van broke down on the way to the airport and it got towed to Websters. We never met Steven in person, but we were well informed throughout the repair process. While we enjoyed our vacation, we knew that Websters was taking care of us and making our van a priority. We got back 3 days later and picked up the van from Websters parking lot. We were so relieved, thankful, and blessed to get connected with Websters.

They did my a/c last Friday. Had me in and out that day. It was so great to have such cold A/C this weekend. From the time I got there I felt like I was in good hands the guys in the front that met me greeted me with a smile and treated me fair on price. This place fixed my A/C and changed my oil in no time at all. They were clearly busy but made it a priority to get my car down asap so I could get back to work. They were also great with pricing. This will forever be my go to place to take my vehicle.

As a female it is hard to get a trusted auto repair place and not feel taken advantage of. However, these guys are fantastic. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were also A LOT cheaper than the dealership. Do yourself a favor and check these guys out.

I called them at 5 PM to ask them what time they closed. I explain to the gentleman that I could not drop my car off and leave it because I did not have any want to come pick me up and take me where I needed to be. The gentleman who answered the phone told me they closed at 6 but they would be there for a little while after 6 and that I could bring my car on over. I was taking my car back to correct a repair that they made a few months ago that obviously did not fix the problem. I told the gentleman I’m 30 minutes away he says that is fine will be here for a while after 6 PM.I drove 30 minutes out of my way to get there by 5:40 and even though I came 30 minutes out of my way they told me they Could not look at my car today even after they told me to bring it on they would be there to look at it. Very unprofessional and pretty bad customer service

My AC wasnt working for years and after many failed attempts to get it fixed we finally took it to Websters. The whole process took a few days but the AC has NEVER worked this well. They went above and beyond fixing the a/c on my 04 dodge dakota. Frank the owner/operator is knowledgeable and honest. Unbelievably Cold A/C in my freightliner the same day I brought it in! Now Let me tell you just how great these guys are at Webster Radiator & A/CI went there needing my truck back the same day and didn’t expect it back because no one could get it done within 3-5 days. The dealer didn’t have the parts. Then someone mentioned Webster Radiator A/C in Concord. I called and spoke with Frank. He said they had the parts and could get it done the same day. He was very confident he could get it done but after 3 shops including the dealer said they needed 3-5 days to get the parts I had my doubts. But the guy that sold me to call them said they’re the best he’s ever worked with. So I want and was shocked. I was greeted by Frank (turns out he’s the owner) and he made me confident in him right from the start. He diagnosed the issue , quoted my and had me out of there with Ice Cold Air in 1/2 a day! He had a great price, oem parts and is probably the most knowledgeable person I’ve ever cane across in this line of work. I appreciate them so much. I was able to save all that down time and keep my truck on the road and didn’t lose 4-5 days of work! Incredible!!! He was such a hard worker. He clearly has been doing this for years. Great guys. I Was stranded in Concord , NC Friday on my way home to Atlanta. I was scared being out of town and not knowing anyone that I was going to get ripped off. Not only did I not get ripped off, they bought me lunch while I waited on my car to be repaired. They showed me exactly what was wrong and I asked s my mechanic at Atlanta what it should cost he said $500-600. Websters only charged me $425.00!!! What a great bunch of honest guys here! They went above and beyond with my car. I have a souped up 82 Regal and it was having cooling issues. They put an all aluminum Radiator and custom electric fan on it and the cost was really fair. Now my temp doesn’t go above 190!! I’m beyond happy with all they did to help me and I Can’t say enough great about these guys and there knowledge is second to none. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Very Satisfied!! I called around and priced a new transmission. After evaluating all estimates Websters was $200.00 less then the next best price, had the best warranty and I felt at ease with them. (not like a lot of shops that are shady and give you a bad feeling) Cars fixed , transmission works great! I wont go anyplace else and recommend Websters to anyone for auto repairs.

Had my A/C checked they found my condenser leaking. They gave me an estimate first I checked around and the price was better than most and half the dealership. A/C worked great this weekend and I needed it because its been hot!!! I also had them do an alignment on my car while they had it. I didnt realize they did alignments or fill auto repair. Was happy and Id recommend them to everyone. Very professional people here

I searched Google for places to fix my radiator after AAA whom Im a member with, neglected to honor a warranty for work that theyd done at a SC location and quoted me $1,335 for repairs. After calling around Webster quoted me less than half and performed great work on my car (07 Infiniti G35) in a timely manner. They were professional and have a down to earth, family feel. Charlie is super sweet.!

Took in a gas tank for an antique car. They stated they could take apart the tank and sand blast the inside. They said it would take a week. It took 3 and a half weeks.After speaking with them at length, they refunded me half the cost.

I did have to come back several times for the same issue, however Frank was very professional in taking care of it so that in the end I was satisfied. I have a 2003 Dodge Durango that has had a A/C issue for the past several years. I rarely drive it except to pull the boat etc. I finally decided to get it looked at so I took it to Websters after doing some online research. I showed up on Saturday morning, and in about an hour they hand me my keys and said You are good to go. I thought I probably needed some major components and was going to be costly... but they diagnosed the system, replaced what was needed, without replacing unneeded parts just to make money. Very impressed with my visit and I will be back. Saved me a lot of $$$ and my A/C blows ice cubes again. Thanks!

Very Happy! Best Auto Repair Experience ive ever had! My 2015 Toyota Prius had a shake in the front end and I had no idea what the issue was. But I was sure it was going to be expensive knowing my luck! So I brought my car down to Websters. They took it for a drive, came back and told me my tires needed to be balanced it would cost $15.00. I said go ahead and was shocked when the Problem was solved 20 minutes later. Im thrilled and it made my Easter weekend as I thought it was going to be costly. As a woman its always scary for me to bring my car into any shop. Because you never know if the shop is honest and if the price is fair. No question here if they were fair or if the price was good!!!! Websters is my new and only place ill ever go to again. Not only was the repair fast and inexpensive the waiting room was so nice and had an all around good vibe. They were very friendly and I will highly recommend them to anyone! Amazing place , very fair, warm and welcoming.

So this person clearly is exactly as I predescribed.so after going to Websters to have my 2007 Chevrolet Suburban a/c repaired there on 7/17/2017 I decided I needed to write a review because not only did they do a great job with fast turn around time they saved me $200 from the next cheapest estimate.and they got me in out in the same day. I will be recommending them to everyone including whoever is reading this and I will be going back in a few weeks for new tires & an alignment.Awesome job guys keep up the great work!!!

Excellent mechanics & very reputable ownership. Replaced transmission, brakes , drive shaft ( front & rear ) in my 05 Kia Sorento & is still running perfect after 16 months. They always text me a few days after any work is done on my vehicle to see if the car is running ok. I’ve never had an auto shop do that before . Can’t beat them

I will NEVER go here again or even recommend anyone to this place. Literally the worst experience of my life. Walking into the place I was told one price to look at my A/C somehow upon me leaving my price went up and my A/C wasnt even fixed. After questioning the manager his answers changed so much that he was even confusing himself. Im already late to work so I decided to just pay, he then proceeded to tell me he couldnt take my credit card because I was a unhappy customer and somehow could stop the charges on him because it has happened before maybe because youve tried to rip off other individuals as well. He then told me I had to ride with one of his mechanics to my bank to get cash, the situation got so bad I had to call the police which then he decided he would be able to take my credit card. After trying to start my car it wouldnt start, I will definitely be taking legal actions against them. Ive never felt more disrespected in my entire life. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

They repaired my air conditioner in my car immediately and in a timely manner. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. I would recommend them.

Webster Radiator was very helpful solving my AC problem the first time we couldnt figure it out but they told me to come back in and they figured out the problem. Very helpful group of people and the owner is a very good man!

I got my head gasket replaced there and Frank the owner was very professional and took care of my car. I will go back there again for my next car repair. They repair more than just radiators and ACs as well.

Shysters! I took a tank there to get cleaned and sealed a few years ago and was surprised by the $300 bill (no estimate, my mistake). So this time I took another tank there and asked only to have it cleaned - they cleaned it, stripped the paint and resealed it - all things I DIDNT ask for! and guess what.. the bill was close to $300!!! I can buy a NEW tank for $79!!! I wouldnt go there ever again and plan to tell anyone that even thinks about going there to avoid the place. Ripoff artists!

Went there to get a/c checked cause it was blowing cold air, they filled freon and replaced one part and charged me 120$. A/C still didnt work after I left, took it back and they looked at it for over an hour and said they couldnt figure out whats wrong. They said it was blowing cold air when sitting in shop. Once I left again, air wasnt blowing cold after one day. Took it to Pauls automotive few months later once warmer weather came back, they found the problem after having truck 1- 1 1/2. Avoid Webster at all cost, they dont seem to care about customer service!!!!

We had driven down from NY and the A/C stopped working, we went to a recommended shop that told us the problem was a high pressure hose and it was a dealer item that was not in stock . We drove down the road and came across Webster Radiator, we pulled in explained the problem and Frank had the car brought right in and in no time we were enjoying ice cold A/C on a 100 degree day . Also come find out their family originated just down the road from us. Thank you Frank and everyone there.
