Excellent maintenance and staff. They do an outstanding job of keeping the grounds clean and responding quickly to service requests. They even organized a search party when my cat got out!

This place is a complete DUMP. They overcharge because its close to Walnut Creek, yet they pocket every penny since theres NO upkeep done to the property at all...inside or out. Its so dilapidated and old, you smell mold in the air all the time. Sure its woodsy and green, but venture on in some time. Youl find a bunch of unkept overgrown, trees bushes and ivy thats totally neglected and infested with bugs and spiders , infested with tons of spiders, bugs, flying things, etc.
