This review is for Amanda who works for Aeris. I met her one morning on the property. She was very friendly. I was having some repair issues and she helped me resolve them within a few days. Loud and roudy children literally all day. Homeless people sleeping on property and trying to get into laundry room. There is NO onsite property manager. People smoking pot outside their window and causing a scene at 3 AM. Place is always a mess. There is bugs in the apartments. I have had a very terrible rash for a month now because of the bugs. Possibly bed bugs. Office is in Clayton and NO ONE ever picks up the phone. This place has gone very downhill in the last year. For they price they charge, Very disappointing.
