The management will make a fuss about women not wearing cover ups to and from the pool, but will let unsupervised children and their pets wreck havoc across the neighborhood and pool. These kids will jump the pool fence, not pick up after themselves, or their pets at the pool, and make a horrendous amount of noise, making you rather avoid the amenities that YOU, NOT THESE KIDS, are paying for. Management is unresponsive and dismissive of maintenance requests, and don’t care about the safety of their residence. We literally watched a dog take a dump on the pool deck and these kids just pushed it under a deck chair, and another time, they threw dead animals into the water. DISGUSTING. This has been going on the entire time we’ve been here, which incredibly upsetting. Would not recommend this complex to anyone who enjoys getting what they’re paying for. Most definitely will not be renewing our lease here if nothing is done about this.

Great space for my husband and I (and our two fur babies). We have a great two bed, two bath on the third floor. Nice vaulted ceilings and updated kitchen. They have great maintenance staff as well! Quick and easy to get ahold of. I love that the rent they have is the total rent. No hidden fees, no random expenses, just one price. Love being outside of Charlotte, but still close by. 25 minutes to uptown!

I rented an apartment here for about a year before purchasing my first house. To give you a better idea of my background, I had never lived in an apartment prior to this. For the most part, it was a good community. The other tenants were very nice. The maintenance crew responded quickly and fixed the issues. I thought the noise was pretty bad but as I mentioned, this was my first apartment so I have no basis for comparison. The apartment itself was very nice because the complex is relatively new. My fiancé and I were charged the minimum security deposit of $300 upon moving in. When we moved out, we only received back $245. They charged us $55 for a “deep clean” of the carpet when I was told that I wouldn’t be charged for carpet cleaning. I called and spoke to the office manager who informed me that the carpet company claimed the carpet needed a deeper cleaning and that’s why I was charged. There was no pictures or substantiation provided to me to prove this. We did not have a pet in the apartment, we never spilled anything on the carpet and we very rarely walked on the carpet with shoes. It seems to me that they should check the integrity of the company they use. When you put down your security deposit, expect to not receive back the full amount.

I moved into the Concord Ridge Apartments in October 2020 and it was the best decision I made when choosing apartments. I had several options but what stood out to me was the professionalism I received from the rental office. The staff was responsive from the beginning and helped make my transition smooth and painless. My apartment is so cozy and warm and I loved the fact that maintenance is available whenever there is an issue, not that I have had one! The community is quiet and everyone is so nice and friendly when you see them. I also love the fact that Concord Ridge is dog-friendly.Keep up the good work Tribute Properties and Im sure more tenants will come and enjoy their experience as much as I did.Thank You!!

First off, this place offers personal apt balconies, a pool, grill, dog park, car wash , 24 hour gym and pond !!!! They have been so kind to me before I even moved in!! I called them everyday because I was nervous and I wanted everything to go perfect. They made me feel so comfortable and at home. This made it a easier transition for me coming from another state. When I arrived my washer and dryer were already there, the apartment was FLAWLESS AND SPOTLESS! Beautiful high ceilings and updated cabinets, carpet in every room except the kitchen and bathrooms ! The neighbors are amazing . This is the best neighborhood, best neighbors , best leasing office, amazing super affordable prices and a beautiful scenery ! I love it here it has been the best decision in joining this community with my partner .. it’s like family. !

Concord Ridge was a nice place to live. The office staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were very responsive when I sent an email or had a question and/or concern. The apartment itself is very nicely updated and is located in a nice area. The reason why I put 4 stars is because the thin walls, which I understand is no ones fault, but it could be pretty frustrating when trying to sleep some nights. Overall, it was good place to live! I would recommend.

I’ve been here a week and I like the space enough. There is not a pantry space which was disappointing, and a handful of cosmetic imperfections that shocked me as I believe this complex is only 2-3 years old (I never got to see the home in person until I moved in due to availability which was a risk I take responsibility for).I chose a third floor unit to eliminate hearing neighbors above me but this complex actually has extremely thin walls. I can hear everything someone says all the way downstairs through my windows and full blown conversations of my next door neighbors to one another and on the phone, along with the slamming of cabinetry.I am well rounded in property management so I understand typical apartment living nuisances but as I’ve lived next door to people previously, I’ve never experienced such consistent daily/nightly disruption from day to day activities in another household. It is tough to work/do school from home and even put my toddler to sleep because of the noise BUT you get what you pay for.On the bright side, the unit/patio is a good size with storage, and the community is on a road that isn’t super busy but close to all necessities. I can walk to my favorite place; Smoothie King. Also parking is good, it was horrible at my previous place.I would just say to make sure you have the opportunity to tour in person, an available home . There is no model here so of course you, like me, will accept full responsibility after signing a lease.

Update:So I have been living here for almost two years now. The leasing staff changes every couple of months and it’s just been going downhill. My first apartment was a 1 BR on the 3rd floor I had no problems with anything. Ariel was the best leasing staff they had she knew us by names and sometimes called just to make sure work orders were completed and we enjoyed our apartment after we renewed the lease for a bigger unit. Every since she has left it’s been a hot mess. Once I transferred it took over 2 months to just get my deposit back. I had to get the office to reach out to corporate because they didn’t even know what was going on. Before that nobody in the office acted like they knew what to do when I said that I wanted to transfer into a bigger apartment everyone kept giving me different prices and no one had a straight answer about what I had to do. A month before it was time for me to move in they came up with a great idea that I would owe $400 for a transfer fee that no one ever discussed with me and that my roommates credit would have to be reran because there was a time period on the application which again they should’ve known if they were doing their job properly and everybody was communicating with each other. The apartments are definitely nice for the price but with all the new complexes coming up the least they could do is be on there Ps&Qs with making sure they go above and beyond. I’ve been in retail management for years so I’m all about customer service. Let alone our HVAC system in our apartment wasn’t working properly since the day we moved in. And these apartments are only 2 years old. I have a list of times we put in request to fix it just for them to come look and say everything is fine. It took for our electricity bill to hit almost $300 last month for them to do anything. And come to find out the whole time something was wrong with the system and we had been paying high light bills all these months. The only thing they had to say was what do you want us to do about it as if we weren’t working people letting our money go down the drain because of them. I like my apartment hands down best apartment I’ve ever had but because of the way the office has handled situations I won’t be resigning anything here. And parking don’t even think about it if you’re trying to lease a unit near the leasing office we never have parks to our buildings. We have to park a building or two over every single day and walk to our apartment but yet they want to threaten to tow our cars every other week when we’re parked illegally which I don’t understand because they know the parking situation. We pay rent every month the least they could be is at least try to help us out not tow our cars.

I wanted to come see an apartment but to no avail there where none to see. There is nothing wrong with that except the fact that I traveled all the way from New York to see one. I called earlier before I left to schedule an appointment and they said I would be able to tour . 600 miles and 9 hours later they had nothing to show me but a video which me and my wife already watched on YouTube . If one employee says they have viewings I don’t think it’s right to make us view a video after such a long travel. Your staff should communicate wit each other a little better so they don’t give misinformation to the people who plan on visiting from out of state to see the property

I have lived here for almost 2 years. I havent complained or been late on my payments. My issue is the unwillingness to work with my decision. I wanted to transfer to a 2 bedroom, come to find out that the website changed I couldnt log in. I went through the trouble of getting the paperwork from them, printed out my check stubs and went and got a money order for the transfer. Then to find out after I couldnt log in I had to create a whole new account get ahold of my bank to get my account# and tracking# to finish the setup. I was one day late and they told me since that happened. I was no longer eligible for the transfer. I am highly disappointed I had my hopes up and even started collecting boxes for the move. If there is any way of over looking this it would be greatly appreciated. I feel like they dont care enough to try to keep a good tenant.

At times the trash compactor was over filled and there would be a lot of trash outside. The staff were friendly and accommodating and maintenence was quick to response.

I had been looking to relocate to the suburban Charlotte area for some time and was interested in Concord Ridge. I made an appointment with Mahogany & Ariel and was able to tour my exact apartment Ill be living in, (not a model unit). I found the rent to be the best price for the area and the units are gorgeous & CLEAN - granite countertops, hardwoord floors, stainless steel appliances and modern paint colors. During my appointment, I never felt like I was being pitched to, which is extremely hard to find in this industry. Everyone has been quick to respond to my emails, phone calls in regards to the application process as well! I visited the unit twice before making my choice and went back a third time just to drive around the property. Overall, Im extremely happy with my choice. If youre looking for a safe location that is still close to everything, yet quiet enough where you can relax, I definitely recommend! The complex is not far from a main road. At the end of the Pitts School Rd. intersection is a Food Lion, Walgreens, gas station, etc. - but youre still tucked back where its calmer than being right in the backyard of a shopping plaza or directly next to a busy street.I know some of the other reviews talked about traffic from the Speedway, however, I talked to a few locals and they said you will know when to avoid the area/use alternate routes. Some also talked about noise/unit construction issues, but when it comes to apartment living I think that is a drawback to renting anywhere.

I just want to say its amazing that people pay their rent on time every month 1300+ and you cant utilize the washing facility. I have a down dryer at the time and have been using the apartment facility. For the last 2 weeks the laundry room pay machine has been down. Another resident and I went into the office 2 weeks ago and let this been known that the machine was down. I go in today just to dry clothes for my family and its still broken not to mention it took my money. This is insane no memo was sent out to inform residents that this is happening. They send out memos to tell you how to pay this rent. Ive already have to deal with loud music playing, dogs barking all night. Also to add the breezeway light has been out for over a month I have reported that twice. Nothing has been done. I guess nothing will be done until something happens. Now I have to be inconvenienced and go out and dry my laundry.

Worst apartment I have rented. It was worth the price initially, but the staff is simply there to sell, not resolve conflict. I had a similar situation to another reviewer, where a parent with two kids lived above us constantly making noise. I went up several times to talk to the parent about the noise, and they became hostile to me! The front office refused to confront the situation and advised me to call the police... Waste the police’s time for a parent who was inconsiderate of the people below them, and who let their children run and jump constantly. I understand no apartment is silent, that’s a part of apartment living, but management needs to get a backbone to excessive noise. In addition to that, the craftsmanship at this apartment is sub par. Dried paint drips on doors and walls from rushing painters, unsmooth transitions from carpet to LPV, paper thin walls (seriously, I have never heard a neighbor to the side of me before this place), etc. If you live by the pool, I hope you like to party. On the weekends people tear it up with large family cookouts yelling and partying into the night. Don’t forget pool closures due to the glass bottles! I would not recommend this apartment to anyone, unless it was a worst case scenario. There are plenty of other, better, aparments for the price

Concord Ridge is a wonderful community! My boyfriend and I had a quick move here from out of state, so unfortunately we had to do this all over the phone and internet, and the processes couldn’t have gone smoother! Ariel was so helpful and patient throughout the whole process. We were nervous about the move, especially with moving in pretty much sight unseen but everything was exactly as the pictures showed! The apartment had more storage than we thought and we love the balcony! It is so convenient having the car care center, a 24/7 gym, pool, and the option to rent an in unit washer and dryer (which is totally worth it). After living here for a month I can say that we made the right choice! We feel so comfortable here and this community is so close and convenient to everything, but still far enough away that it is nice and quiet, and it is very dog friendly too! Everyone is so kind here that I have met, the maintenance guy James, Ariel, and Sam! I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone that is looking.

I can’t seem to get anyone to respond to noise complaints. We have upstairs neighbors who couldn’t care less that someone lives below them. There are several adults and several children. Almost 24 hours, it’s non-stop. Sounds like a heard of elephants. We have sent numerous emails to the office. No response. We have talked to the neighbors who were very rude and obnoxious and only stomp more, jump up and down, stomping making the light fixture shake. They do it on purpose if you speak to them about it.This and the fact they charge more and more once you sign the lease are the reason we are moving.UPDATE:I turned in the pictures this morning of the trash area/compactor looking like this. It was not the first time, its looked like this. In fact, its been several, several times. NOTHING has been done about it. My email was answered stating a letter was going out to address the situation to all the residents. Instead, we personally receive a letter concerning our bikes being UNDER the stairwell, well out of the way, needed to be moved due to a fire hazard and guess what. You are exactly right. NO letter concerning the trash bin area.I feel this was in retaliation of letting your office know just exactly what the trash area looks like. Which I done in a very professional way. We were then told it was only ONE resident and they were addressed. REALLY. Look at ALL the trash in these pictures!!What is more of a hazard? Trash spewing out the trash area or bikes under a stairwell. Also, NOTHING has been addressed to the residents upstairs concerning the noise. Its all hours of the day and LATE into the night. It literally sounds like bowling balls were deliberately dropped on the floor this weekend and a herd of elephants running through the house at all hours. It is almost impossible to go to sleep at a decent hour. The rent will go steadily up each year. We started out at the quoted rate, however, it averages being raised $60.00 every renewal time. Its impossible. The Trash Compactor area NEEDS to be addressed with ALL the complex.Karen Miller

Very nice apartments in a beautiful community. Although they were not built with the basic noise control concerns in mind. Im on the second floor and constantly heard child running back and forth through the house upstairs. I can hear the woman on the other side of me singing most mornings through the walls. You can easily hear cabinets closing and often can make out an complete conversation through the walls. I find myself turning up my TV most days to try to drown out the noises.Recently someone new moved upstairs, the music all times of night and early morning, base beating through the floor and constant traffic running up and down the stairs at all times of night . The community is supposed to have rules in the lease regarding quiet time. Another neighbor has already called the police and talked to them face to face and theres been no change. Why have rules in lease that management wont enforce. Im regretting resigning my leasr. I will seriously consider moving when my lease is up again. Hope this helps someone make the decision about moving here.

Concord Ridge has given my fiancé and I the best experience yet!We have had some unexpected changes in the past few months and the front office personnel really went above and beyond to help us get into a new apartment (we transferred from 2 bedrooms to a 1 bedroom), and made us feel at home the entire time. The management here are nice and really try their best to make sure that whatever you need, you have it to enjoy yourself here.Any maintenance request that we have put in were either completed same day, depending on the severity of it, or within the next few days.At first there was only one maintenance guy here but now there are several guys and they are ON IT!Lets talk trash compactor. The compactor is never broken in our opinion. Its just some tenants are very lazy and choose to put there trash in other places inside the compactor area. There are cameras located at the compactor so I am pretty sure someone will get notified of it. Honestly since they have been fully staffed with the maintenance guys...this hasnt been a big issue.hmmm... there are no bug issues here so you dont have to worry about that. Lots of grills, fire places and outside lounging areas, swimming pool, dog park, pet grooming area, car wash area (water hoses), mail concierge, gym and some nice events at the front office for the family or just the adults. I also dont want to forget to mention that the neighborhood Walmart is across the street along with a few restaurants.Within the past year I have seen a small amount of changes in the front office. Through all the minor changes here and there, the experience was still the same.I hope my review gives you a positive insight on complex..live well.
