Park Central Apartments provides a very clean, safe and family friendly environment. It is located within walking distance to a variety of shopping and eating experiences. The neighborhood allows for outside jogging or leisure walking. Staff maintained the surrounding environment; very clean.all of the staff are very professional and were responsive to to all of my concerns or request for services. My family enjoyed living at Park Central.

We are going on our third year living at Park Central and we absolutely love this apartment community. Specifically, Kaitlyn Gruszie who works in the leasing office always goes above and beyond for the residents. She is a wonderful peoples person and is always so accommodating when we have questions or concerns. Kaitlyn is an excellent communicator and always follows up with us immediately when we call down. Its always nice to see a friendly face in the office. Thank you for all you do for us and Park Central Kaitlyn.

This review is long over due. My partner and I have lived here at the Park Central complex since May, 2020. We were able to transfer to a larger apartment very easily with fantastic assistance from the Park Central staff. We’ve had wonderful experiences with all of the staff members here. Samantha and Kaitlyn are great in leasing, Anthony has helped us with our maintenance and Tracie (manager) goes above and beyond to answer any questions and concerns with such kindness. We feel lucky to call Park Central our home and don’t plan on leaving any time soon :)

Just wanted to share my appreciation for Rudy of the maintenance staff. I have lived in this complex for almost 2 years now, and I have never had a maintenance staff member be so communicative and respectful. He goes out of his way to provide excellent service, follows up to confirm any repairs are successful, and always answers his phone/texts for any questions.It is sometimes very difficult to find good maintenance personnel for a large complex, Rudy is one that is absolutely exceptional and really rounds out what this property has to offer.

The team at Park Central is very attentive, caring, and helpful. It’s been a pleasant experience.

Sharing our awesome customer service experience with Mr. Rudy who delivered his outstanding and super courteous service last week with our refrigerator related issue ... He even did swapping of old broken fridge and its contents to new one in my absence so neatly ... Specially those photos on the fridge door ... Park Central is a beautiful community located in downtown concord. Easy access to freeways and Bart.My leasing process has been very easy and Samantha has done an amazing job of answering all my questions, assisting me and making my process as smooth as possible. I really have appreciated her professionalism and her going above and beyond. She has been responsive and timely with all requests and needs.I am excited for my new home and really wanted to share the positive experience I’ve had the community and Samantha.Working in property management myself, especially during these times. It’s hard and can be stressful. So I really appreciate all her efforts and timely responses and the customer service she has provided has been nothing less but exceptional.

The staff at Park Central in Concord is the best. Mario Campos is a Technician here and has always provided first class service whenever we have needed servicing. Today our refrigerator gave out. We got a replacement within the same day. Hes quick, experienced and a great asset to this place. Samantha Ramirez helped coordinate the replacement and kept us updated throughout the day. We are truly appreciative of your service Mario and Samantha!

Mario in the maintenance department is the best! Having lived in the complex for six years he has been on top of everything we ever need. He has been thorough, responsive, and courteous! He is the best maintenance guy around!

Update:The management has changed. There are several break-ins happening inside the garage. Called them to inform of a suspicious activity, was told dont know how that works, you can call the cops. I have been living here for two years and used to love this place but not anymore!Previous review:Have been living here for more than a year, we love everything about the apartment building!

I moved to Concord from out of state and I think I am very lucky that I chose Park Central w/o a tour. Great decision. The complex is very safe, clean and quiet. The pool is clean and the gym is nice. The location is convenient to groceries and restaurants. The management team is nice and helpful. Shout out to the assistant manager, Jesse who is always approachable and is never too busy to help out an tenant! I had to move-in on NYE and he managed to take care of everything to make sure I could get in the apt and got my welcome gifts.I had some pretty heavy packages delivering from UPS, after talking to Jesse, he not only kept an eye out for my packages to make sure they were delivered to my door step but also offered to help put them into my apartment (with my permission) if I was traveling away. So far, I have enjoyed Concord PC very much. Much deserved 5-star experience :).

Cars break in, broken mailboxes, stolen equipment, missing packages. Whenever you bring up an issue expect to get an answer from the staff Samantha Ramirez I dont know; it is not my job. When I was trying to post on community wall to follow up on the issue which was brought up half a year ago and still NOT resolved I simply got content denial email. The current manger, Tracie Moore, also erasing negative residents comments on community wall to not hurt their reputation.

Living here has been quite a great experience, Im grateful for the staff and amenities that make this place so wonderful.

We only needed to live in the area for 3 months but we were easily able to do a short term lease. Everyone we met with at the front desk, maintenance, security, etc were all friendly and helpful! Jesse and Dee were both great and quick to respond with anything we needed. We never had any issues and the building, pool, and grounds are beautifully kept. The entire complex is gated adding an extra level of comfort. Concord area also has a lot to offer and it is a 2 minute walk to BART from this apartment complex.

Park Central is a wonderful place to live. The location is great; walking distance to BART and bars and restaurants at Totos Santos Plaza. The amenities, especially the pool, are clean and nice. And most importantly, the management office staff (shout out to Jesse!) are super responsive and very friendly.

If you are looking for a safe and secure place to stay - DONT consider to rent apartment here! It is highly unsafe as our mailboxes are broken into every other week. Car break in is a regular affair. Forget about your amazon prime deliveries as they cannot be located in the luxer room. Packages are placed in the wrong bins all the time. You need to suffocate to death in order to find your package in the Luxer room. There is no security cameras in the parking garage or anywhere in the apartment! Which is ridiculous!!The current management is very reluctant and hesitant to address the issues.

Love where you live they say and that is exactly how I feel living here. The apartments are beautiful. The landscaping is kept well. The grounds and amenities are wonderful. Best of all Jesse and Dee are amazing. They are always there to help and truly want to be sure you are taken care of. The Maintence staff are so helpful and quick to attend to any need you have. You can’t find a better place to live!

We really like this place. Leasing office team is great, Jessie and Di Anne are always very friendly, ready to help and answer any questions. Maintenance team is very professional and quick to respond any issues. And because we are dog owner we walk a lot around the town and see different locations for living, so I’m pretty sure Park Central is the best place to live in Concord.

Solid friendly atmosphere. Staff is always helpful. Maintenance request are handled swiftly. Covered parking a plus. Close to downtown restaurants bars and other amenities. Public transportation is a block away. Swimming pool gym and community area are always accessible for the community. Prices are fair and competitive apartments are solid and upgraded.

Love this place! Great front office crew. Maintenance is amazing! And its right the BART line !!! The upgraded apartments are beautiful as well. Not to mention nice neighbors.

Great Property!I have lived at this property twice under Greystar and Sequioa. The first time was for 4 years. I am currently coming up on my 3rd year. The property is well maintained and periodically updated in regards to the amenities that they offer. Their maintenance team is really the best. Mario is my guy! What ever I need I just ask, even if its nothing to do with the type of work he does there. The leasing staff is attentive and helpful. They will accept packages of all sizes for you when you are not there. The staff at this property really go above and beyond to attend to the tenants needs and wishes, making your stay at this property an enjoyable experience. I would recommend this property to anyone considering a place to live in Concord. Plus it definitely doesnt beat being within walking distance of Concord Bart.

Great amenities and community. The office staff--Jesse and Deandra are great: friendly, professional, and very helpful. We have been here for 9 years and just moved into our third apartment (went from a one bedroom, to a two bedroom, to an upgraded two bedroom). The new management company, Sequoia, is the best weve experienced.Also, the maintenance crew--Mario and Nick--are fantastic. Always friendly, responsive, and helpful!

Whats not to love?! My boyfriend and I moved here about 1.5 months ago. We originally toured the units back in December and put in our application same day. Dee and Jesse were both incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the application/move in process. Our dog is loving all the room she has for activities (we moved from a fairly small one bedroom in SF to a beautiful and roomy two bedroom with a balcony!) and our cat cant stop basking in this East Bay sunshine. The proximity to BART is a huge plus, as we both work in the city. There are so many other reasons to love this place, definitely check it out if you like enjoying where you live.

Im surprised by the negative reviews here. I moved in 4 months ago and have been very pleased. The office staff are pleasant and helpful. Our apartment was very clean, and when I needed a minor repair it was done quickly and professionally. Recently they have added parking spaces and installed solar panels. The pool area is well-kept. Maybe the management company, Equity Apartments, was not in charge a couple of years ago when the negative comments were made.

So much to like here... only 1/3 mile from a bart station, great 24 hr gym, nice aesthetic details in the units (like arched doorways), a nice pool area, and pretty grounds. Weve been enjoying our time living here.

I have been a resident at Park Central for a couple months now and I believe I made a great choice in joining this community. I am a single father so it is important to me that I live in a safe and secure environment. This community is full of respectful and caring individuals, from the Greystar staff to every neighbor that Ive had the pleasure of meeting. The apartments themselves are modern, open and clean. All appliances are either brand new or relatively like new condition. I have only ever had one maintenance issue (electrical) with my apartment. Greystar was attentive and was able to resolve the issue within a couple of days. Most of my interaction has primary been with the young ladies that run the leasing office. They are all professional, accommodating and most importantly approachable.

Been here 3 years. Love it here. Central location to everything. Bart, downtown, right next to police station. Great apartment and amazing staff. The maintenance guys are always helpful, super friendly and get done what i need very quickly. Not that we need much, everything was brand new when we moved in. Poolside is so relaxing and neighbors are super chill and no drama.In the last year, the apartment changed ownship. What an amazing difference. They power washed the exterior, got the garden fountain working again, updated landscaping and replaced all the pool funiture. The security company the new owners hired is so much better now and always on site in both garages and on the grounds. This was an important change living here.In 2017, under previous owners, my brand new car was stolen right out of my parking spot in the gated garage, and the mailboxes were having break in issues. The old office staff was clueless and uncaring about dealing with the thefts. I was starting to look at other places to rent.We have since changed our minds, Sequoia Equities has put a new life on Park Central. Pride and comfort are back into my apartment home community.The new office staff is informative, attentive, and go above an beyond any requests Ive had. In particular is Jesse. What an amazing guy to have on hand. He knows his residents and you can tell he really cares. I always know things get done when i recruit his help.Hope this review helps any future residents deciding whether to live here. I personally could not find a better place in contra costa to rent.

We rented an apartment 4 weeks ago in Park central. All the staff are very kind. The apartment was perfectly clean when we arrived. There are a lot of ammenities.

I have stayed here for 1 year and enjoyed the life here. The units are all very clean and modern. I saw some negative comments about noisy, but rather, I felt this apartment is dead quiet. It is amazingly quite although it is a huge apartment which has so many units. Best parts were the clean and nice pool area with jaccuzi and the staffs. The staffs are truly thoughtful and nice. I have lived so many apartment while I was staying in Bay area, but I can confidently say Park Cenral was the BEST.

As far as conservation of the apartments they do a good job! But as far as security, very poor!!!! We moved in to park central 3 months ago, and my car got the window broke in the fifth floor of the parking garage. I went to the office and they said they couldnt do anything about it. I spent almost $400,00 to get it repaired. Ok, thats fine. It happens, right? This week, a car next to mine got the window broke as well, and today (two days later) another one next to mine again got a broken window. I stop by the office and the person that works there told me that its been happening in other communities as well... To be honest, I feel bad for these people from other communities, but I live in Park Central (as of right now). She also told me we cant be in the 5 floors at the same time. If you hired a company that provides one security guy, tell them to provide you five and you leave one in each floor, or you hire a security camera company that will install cameras all over the place!!!!! Just some ideas. I hope the management team does something about it. The way it is now, is not good at all, because you never know if you are going to be the next AGAIN.

Other than the floor/ceiling being as thin as paper... And hearing every conversations being whispered... Everything else is good. But then again its an apartment.

Things are pretty good here, especially now that it seems security has been tightened up and the car break ins have stopped. My only complaint would be that the parking garage area needs to be power washed from time to time.

We just recently moved out after a little over two years of living in Park Central, and I have nothing bad to say about this place and its staff. We absolutely enjoyed every moments of our stay there and it totally felt like home. The staff are super nice, helpful and friendly. The online system makes it easy to request any maintenance issues which are taken care of very fast. The pool area, the business center and the gym are also very clean and nice. In terms of location, it is 5 mins drive to Costco, Sams Club and Trader Joes. Todos Santos Plaza is 5 mins walk away which is full of restaurants and coffee shops. Target is also very close. There are also many parks nearby. More importantly for us was the proximity to BART which was a huge bonus as BART is literally 5 mins walk away. But, as I mentioned before, the main positive aspect is the friendly staff both in the rental office and the maintenance. They are a wonderful group of people which make your experience at Park Central ever more so pleasant.

This is the way package room looks on a regular basis under the current managementUpdate: Tracie Moore - the older women who works at the office provide a terrible customer service to the residents . She denied any requests about gym temperature (which at the time was 83 degrees; see pic). After 5 phone calls she refused to fix the issue which led to health problems (see pic). If you post any concerns on community wall she simply denies it. ( see pic). I often seen and heard how she laughs and jokes about the residents behind thier back. She accused myself and a friend , when we were talking in foreign language, that we were talking about her (Audio recording sent to corporate). She confirms in the audio that she doesnt know the language. It is a very disgusting way to treat residents .
