I would never recommend this company they did a final measure in April and we still do not have windows. We have called several times and all we get is they will be here next week. We have left messages and requested calls back and have yet to receive any calls back. Every representative that we have talked with has said the message has been marked urgent they will definitely call you back today!!! Still no return calls!!!! We asked for a refund since the windows have been paid for and they say they can’t do this because they windows have already been made. Well obviously not or they would be here and installed!!! Worst customer service I have ever seen and that says a lot!!! I have worked retail for many years and we would never treat customers this way!!!! Do not give them any money up front and never order from them. Columbus Ohio

A few moths back while I was working, I notice a gentleman wearing a Window Nation shirt. I asked to speak with him and his energy level went from 0-100 real quick. Liam Sykes was his name. Liam was fun, energetic, passionate, and professional. Liam offered me a few promotions after I expressed my interest in buying new windows. Liam, thank you! After contacting Window Nation, they immediately applied my discounts and put them in the notes so the representative that came for an estimate was already aware. The rep from Window Nation, David Ohme was beyond professional and exceeded all of my expectation. He was honest, thorough, on time, professional, and courteous and I can really appreciated that in a business especially when making a big purchase. Window Nations professionalism, provided a sense of comfort when committing a huge change to our home that we love so much.Thank you Window Nation, I look forward to our installation day!

First of all, I need to give kudos where they belong. Every person I’ve come in contact with at this company has been very polite and kind. The installation team was very respectful of my home and professional. However, I ordered 4 standard windows and a sliding glass door in May, 2021. I was told I would hear back to schedule the installation by the second week of July. No one called to update that time frame, so I finally called in August to inquire. They told me the windows would be in on August 2nd. Again, I didn’t hear anything from anyone, so I called August 3rd. They said the windows weren’t in yet, and didn’t have an ETA for me this time. The windows were not ready for installation until the end of the second week of August. The installation went smoothly, but I had several items that needed fixed, that I didn’t notice until later. My screen door has a hole in the screen, which they brought to my attention, but then the next day, I noticed it screen wasn’t attached on one side. I called to tell them this, and also tell them that there were two windows that the trim was not put back up after hanging the blinds, there is yellow installation foam on the white handle of my sliding glass door that won’t come off, they broke my vertical blinds that covered my sliding door and they cannot be fixed, and the sliding door is lopsided so there is a gap on top of one side when I close the door, letting air in. They were very receptive and kind and promised to fix everything. However, they couldn’t tell me when, except that my new screen door wouldn’t be ready until MAYBE the middle of September. So here I sit, with windows I will be paying on for 10 years, that I waited for from May to August, and I can’t keep my sliding glass door open due to the screen not being attached, air coming through the door because the door is a little lopsided, and my neighbors, and everyone else who drives by, can see right in my sliding glass door because I don’t have blinds - and I have to wait until AT LEAST mid-September to actually enjoy my windows. I’ve called to express my sense of urgency, and relay how long I’ve waiting for the windows to begin with, how much I’ve spent, and how I still cannot use my door - or feel comfortable without blinds - but they still didn’t send anyone out to do what they could for now, not until my new screen door comes in. I’m extremely disappointed that even though I started this process in May, I still cannot enjoy my windows, or keep my sliding glass door open, nor do I have any privacy on the first floor of my place now, and they cannot do anything for weeks to rectify this. I understand they need to wait until my screen door has been manufactured (though I think they should’ve put a rush on it), but the other things should be taken care of asap - especially replacing my vertical blinds. I’m very unhappy and they just apologize and tell me there’s nothing they can do, and I will have to wait. “Hopefully”, they said, “they will be out there to fix things before the end of September”. That just isn’t good enough for me, nor do I find it reasonable at all. I recommend the company, and the product - if you’re willing to wait 6 months to enjoy it. I wish I’d known it would be a 6 month wait for completion of the job before I signed anything.

NEVER use this company. they came into my home to install windows and left broken sills, paint marks all over the wall, and damage to dry wall. They continue to say they will try and repair the damage but never do. NEVER use them or trust what they are saying. I was excited to buy my first house ever and of all the people who have provided repairs/installs they have damaged my house significantly.

I signed a contract for 7 windows in august 2020 and it was not finished until June 2021. To be fair- they were upfront about the huge demand during covid and the supply shortages but still thought there was a chance I’d have new windows by thanksgiving 2020.Working with my salesman was easy and he was obviously good at his job and kind.Over the 10 months, hearing back from the company as I waited to be put on the schedule was not so easy. The windows seem to be good quality and I am happy with them. The install crews were a bit different. The first attempt at install got six windows done, and forgot the screens for one of those six. The seventh window broke somewhere in transit and needed remade. One of the crewmen informed us that we had a horrible termite problem when they pulled out an old an Dow. But no, they were very basic kitchen ants, no wings. It was odd.The second crew was not very friendly at all, showed up and they sleeked confused . They actually started setting up to take out a huge window that I was not replacing. Their crew leader hadn’t arrived yet. I’m not sure what would have happened if i hadn’t shown up right then. The real reason for the two stars in what would have otherwise been three is that the final installers left shards and chunks of broken glass on my dining room floor and outside in my garden bed. The first crew had left some small glass residue but the second crew left large enough pieces that a four year old girl cut her foot running through the dining room. Really unbelievable.Overall, my experience with salesman and the window quality is good but I don’t think I would feel comfortable replacing more windows with window nation based on the installation experience and delays.

Had my windows installed July 2020. The front window was not installed correctly. The wood used at the base of the window has expanded and is visibly showing at the bottom of the window. I have been emailing and calling window nation since January to have someone come out and look at the problem. All I ever get is please sent in a picture of the problem. No call back. Good company if you dont have installation issue. After the payment is made you mean nothing to them!I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I had 12 windows installed. The whole process from the home sales, to the measurements, to install went very well. The install team of Ransom and crew were polite, professional and even did a few quick repairs to my home that was not part of the install but made my windows look better. Ransom crew worked hard to get all my windows installed, answered any questions I had and took time to explain the process. When they ran into minor issues, talked to me and discussed the best course. Unfortunately couldnt get it done in one day but that was due to rain. I would recommend this team to anyone who wants the job done correctly.

When they called to scheduled, I learned it would take at least an hour to do an in home consult, so I declined, and asked if they could remove me from their list. Since then Ive received 8 phone calls from them. They always call when Im away from my phone or not able to answer, but I do not appreciate their customer service approach.

If you enjoy picking up after the install crew and having to reach out to the company to have their mistakes fixed, go with window nation. Showed up to the install with no sliding glass door on the work order (being installed on their schedule instead of fixed immediately) along with a window that doesnt lock correctly and a window with missing screen. Also being fixed on their schedule. One last thing if you want a sales rep (Joey Jones) that pitches a nice product and service but delivers a dud go with window nation. Complete joke.

Ordered windows in late May 2021. Submitted a price match guarantee within 3 days of signing a contract and still have heard nothing from anyone within window nation. Have contacted Max (salesman) multiple times, weekly since meeting with him and heard back one time that he was checking on it. Contacted customer service and was told “they would make a note of our continued delay in unresponsiveness” and someone would contact us within 24 business hours. We call and email weekly, No one has done so in over 10+ weeks. It’s now early August and still have no idea what the status of anything is except for we signed a contract for a price that we’re unsure of? Are we getting windows? Max insisted the windows would be installed prior to the winter, as the time frame was 12 weeks out. We’re pretty much there and have no idea our final price, not if we’re getting those windows in the promised time frame? Let’s see if they’re price match guarantee stands up to what they say.I Tried to comment on their Instagram page to see if they respond to social media outlets but apparently can’t post anything they don’t approve because likely #badpress. So here we are on Google reviews to see if this will get anyone from within this company to respond and do their job. In his speech, Max did say he needs reviews In order to reach his incentives to get to go on his reward vacation trip for all the commission he brings in.9/2/2021 - window installation scheduled for 9/3. I was told I would receive a confirmation email the day before. Since we were taking off work a s it was 3pm and still hadn’t received any confirm status, I called the scheduler, Brittany. She said it’s the last thing she does before she leaves for the day and she hadn’t done so yet. I asked for a verbal confirmation and she said we were on for 9/3. My husband receives a call from Amanda at 4pm who tells him unfortunately our install will not be tomorrow, 9/3 anymore. I’m shocked (sarcasm). I tried to call Amanda to tell her this is unacceptable, the appt has already been confirmed and our house is torn apart to prepare for the install but no answer and her voice mailbox was full. I called Brittany (scheduler) back and she said there was nothing that could be done but assured they would be out on Saturday and would most likely be able to finish a 22 window project in one day.I called the customer service number that the owner responded to this review with (see condescending response below) if I had any more concerns. The women who answered said I had reached warranty. She explained warranty and customer service act as the same department. I didn’t know those were synonymous.9/3 called and left messages for brittany and Amanda starting at beginning of business day with no response. Called the main line so someone would confirm in writing the job if started on a saturday and not completed would be finished the next day, regardless of it being a Sunday.9/4: window installers arrived and immediately stated they would only be installing half (11 windows) today. Contradicting what Brittany assured me would likely be a one day install. So far, we’ve already discovered multiple windows that were Installed that were ordered incorrect (grids where there should not be and vise versa), tilt feature not working on some. Awesome! Will update on here throughout the process but honestly scared now after reading all these reviews.

It’s been since July 2020 and job is still not complete. Windows finally were installed in late October after being told they would take 8 weeks to come in. Finally heard last month that one window cannot be done but yet to hear about refund. Another window is now cracked half way up because it was not made to the right size and forced in and no word on when that will be replaced. Locking clips don’t line up on a number of windows. There are windows with gaps in the framing. Very poor quality and customer service. Only way to get them to contact you back is by going online and talk about the horrible experience you have had. Using them was the worst decision I’ve ever made. I work with contractors and this is one you want to stay away from. Don’t let the pressure sales force you into a bad decision. I wish we would have thought twice.

I had 14 Windows installed from Window Nation. Excellent work during the installation process from Tim Maramss crew. They went above and beyond to install the windows to the level of my expectations.Would be 5 star, however cleanup was not perfect, as I found some debris around work areas and some latches and screens were damaged during install.Edit 5/18/2020: Service member came to fix latches and replace screens that were damaged during install. Service member did not have correct latches or screens. The Service member Damaged the vinyl window area around one latch with drill while trying to remove a broken latch. You must oversee the Service Members work during install or repairs because they dont seem to care about being professionals or take the time not to damage things. I would rather be given the replacement parts and install them myself so I know its done with quality and care.Update 4pm: Service Member returns and says he cant replace the screens because he doesnt have a roller. Says maybe sometime tonight or tomorrow to replace screens.6/2020: Half my windows were faulty and needed replaced.11/2/2020: Well, its been 5 months and they are still trying to replace my windows after initial install with ones that are undamaged and the right size. But the windows they keep showing up with are damaged and/or the wrong size. The New service member is working very hard to get me undamaged correctly fitting windows.12/8/2020 update: Had a service scheduled to get my last 2 windows replaced on 12/10/2020. I call in to double check, of course they do not have me scheduled, the service member I trust quit and say that they will be out to replace them on 12/23/220. What happened from 11/3/2020 to now? Where are the windows?12/12/2020Regional service member fixed poorly installed window. I have a new contact who informed me the windows arrived the incorrect size again... waiting another couple weeks.1/27/2021Was informed that the previous employee managing my situation never order any windows for me. At first we thought we were getting everything we wanted, our salesman (Julius) was great, at first. He helped us understand what we were getting and he knew our installation process had to be quick, we have 6 animals that we needed to take somewhere during installation. He assured us that the process would only take one day. Which was great, we only had to take one day off work! We finally got the call that our windows were shipped (December 17th) and that we would be contacted soon to setup a date for installation. Got a call about two weeks later, made the appointment and the lady said it was a two day job.. i was furious, first Julius couldnt keep his word and when we asked him what the deal was all he said was he was going to figure it out and never got back with us. So now we had to take two days unpaid from work.the first day they said that the one window never got shipped! once again i was furious! why even schedule the installation if it all wasnt shipped!then i come home from work at 4:30 (theyve been there since 9) the installation crew is gone and i pull into the driveway and sitting there is the window that they said never got shipped. they come back the next day to install the last window and when we go to sign paperwork they say that the screens were never shipped and that it is missing certain pieces. im so over this run around, i should have gone with my first choice of window company, which defiantly wasnt window nation. When your spending $10,000 on a company, you expect a lot and they definitely do not meet our expectation and I would not recommend.

Within 30 minutes of submitting this request, I received a call from a representative who scheduled my appointment for 3 days later. Ron Wilder was the representative/salesman who came to my house. He spent almost 2 hours measuring my windows, discussing options with me and my fiancé, and talking with us. He was extremely kind and professional. He also has a positive attitude and said more than once that he loves helping people. After spending time with him, I could tell that this is 100% true! He spoke to me, my fiancé, and our 3 year old daughter like he’s known us for years. The best part was, during the ENTIRE appointment, he did NOT pressure us or bully us into buying windows from Window Nation - not even once!! He offered me a gift card for the delayed response which I never received. I ordered a whole house of replacement windows, 21 total. I paid a lot of money for quality windows that dont fit, and poor customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Im sure you could get the same quality of window from a better company at the same price. I currently have a work order in for a window lock that has never worked. Update #1: they came and adjusted the lock by using spacers. Why does a new window need spacers? Makes no sense. I also brought to their attention all of the orange spray foam left by installers so now I have a new work order so they can come remove it and paint over it. The guys installed 17 windows for us. They were professional, polite, kept us informed and was truly a great bunch of guys. The windows look awesome. I would have given a 10-star rating but there are only 5 on the website. I would highly recommend Window Nation and this team of installers. yall are awesome!

We love our new windows. The install team worked their butts off. Its a tough job to take old windows out and put new Windows in. These guys are just amazing. We are very happy with the quality of our new windows too. We also had a storm door installed. I let the service department know that our storm door did not have a lock on it. They came out and installed a lock with no hassle. Thank you again window nation for making sure everything went smoothly from beginning to end of the entire process.

Im honestly not 100% angry at them.Just super disappointed that they wont fix the screen in one of my windows that THEY tore upon installation. (I included a picture of the tear.) Supposedly the torn screen is indicated in my file, supposedly the service team in my area has been notified of the problem.... BUT it has now been a month with NO ONE CONTACTING ME FOR A REPAIR! Not only did I put IN WRITING that the screen had a tear when I signed off at the end of the job, I have called them 4 times about resolving the issue. The Window Nation team was excellent at the beginning of the project -- punctual, professional, listening, and engaged. Thats how they got me I suppose. The installer was ONE MAN working on his own -- ZERO accountability for the work he did on the job. He was obviously struggling to complete the task of removing my 1960s era builder-grade windows. He threw broken aluminum window pieces all over the yard as he busted them apart. On top of that, the new windows going in were easily 50 pounds per panel. And it took him a FULL DAY longer to complete than I was quoted.I wish he would have just admitted that he couldnt do it on his own. If he had a second person spot him as he hung the new windows, the stupid mistakes wouldnt happen as he tried to rush the job.The price of the windows was pretty good considering we had 13 of them installed. With that said, Im worried I got what I paid for. Another picture I included was a close up of the caulking around the edge of the window in my boys bedroom. It was OBVIOUSLY done poorly and incompletely. Upon my request, he did go back and fix it, so theres that I suppose.Bottom Line, I wont hire them again. And based on what I see, I have no guarantee that I wont have leaking windows in a few years. And Ill probably never get my screen repaired.

My installation was cancelled less than 1.5 hours before my windows were supposed to be installed. Yesterday they called to confirm the installation, and arrival time of around 9:30 am. I removed all drapery for 9 windows, removed the privacy film from the half circle window, this window now has no covering as this cannot be re-applied, and moved all furniture over 3 ft away the day before. My daughter and I had both taken a vacation day for the install. Only to have the install cancelled at 8:10 am via phone call. We had to spend today putting everything back. Thank goodness we did not take all the blinds down. I am now scheduled for almost 2 weeks out. If I do not offer at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel the install I have to pay $350, but there is nothing in the contract for if you cancel. If I had received the same 24-hour courtesy I would have been able to cancel my vacation day. This has been a bad experience and I have not even gotten my windows yet.

Every individual we interacted with from the first order to the installation is friendly, responsive to our questions, courteous and polite. They are so pleasant to work with. Daniel laid out to us what the window materials were made of and why they will insulate heat very well as well as the quality of the materials used, Greg visited us to confirm measurements and tested for lead. The team of installers, Wyatt, Grant, and Tyler are such wonderfully friendly, skillful and professional in the installation work, answering every question we had for them. They did meticulous work to ensure the aesthetics are good. They clearly take pride in the product of their work. During the installation we were visited by Janiah who came to make sure we were happy with the installation work going on. She too is a polite and friendly person. Overall, we must say that Window Nation has a team of dedicated, friendly and professional people whose traits and character are so fit for the job. Thank you so much for the lovely windows.

Again I called the number and the rep on the phone assured me they would contact the sales rep to get my quote sent. I waited another 2 1/2 days but never received anything. I have although received several marketing emails so I know they have my correct email address. If this is how a prospective customer is treated then I would hate to see how someone who actually purchased windows would be treated.

Where do I begin?? We have not had a good installation experience with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone I know. Our salesman, Julius Smith was very professional, nice, and knowledgeable during the presentation. We purchased the windows in July and were told to be patient with the windows being made and on a timeline for installation. They called on a Wednesday in September and said our windows were in and a crew could be out the next day. Short notice, but we made it work. It rained so it was pushed to Friday. Meanwhile, they informed us the patio door was measured incorrectly so they would need to order a new one. On Friday, the 3 installers showed up and the head installer verified his name as the one we were told would do the work, but none of them had an company attire or a company van/work truck. Red flag! One of the windows was broken and a screen was ripped. According to my husband, they werent very professional (smoking with all the windows removed from our house, inconsiderate of our landscaping). Well, they didnt finish on Friday so 2 of them came back Saturday to finish the job. While they were finishing it, I was busy washing the 16 windows the installed since they were covered in finger prints. Apparently, cleaning them isnt part of the deal. If it was my company, I would want them to be SPARKLING after an install! Anyway, after they were finished the lead guy had me sign a paper saying they were done (without walking me around to inspect the windows) and they left. I noticed later that day one of the windows off of our kitchen was COMPLETELY unfinished (no trim, insulation exposed, etc). So, I called and they send another guy a few days later. He finished the window they forgot and also caulked around the trim. NONE OF THE OTHER WINDOWS HAD CAULKING ON THE TRIM!! They completely forgot that with the first install. Soooo, more customer service calls later and they said they would look at all of it when they came out to install the patio door and they would contact us after the patio door install to discuss concessions. Well, they came 16 days ago to install the patio door and the next day we noticed condensation between the panes. Yep, the door seal is broken! ;( They also told us they dont replace the threshold after installing a patio door (there was one there originally) and apparently they only caulk the bottom pieces of the trim and not the top (IT LOOKS RIDICULOUS and CHEAP). Ive been waiting for a call and havent heard from anyone. I was hopeful they would be reaching out to us since we have had so many issues (good customer service), but that hasnt happened. Im going to call tomorrow. Moral of the story....BUYER BE WARE! and be sure to take pictures!!

My experience with Window Nation has been great from beginning to end. Linda who does the scheduling was ALWAYS so nice and upbeat. The installers were prompt and professional. It took them the entire day to install all of the windows. There were a couple of items that the crew missed or had no control over at the time. Linda called me to inform me that someone would be coming to look at any problems still remaining and to schedule a time for that meeting. Warren, also very prompt came to look at the outstanding issues. One window had a minor scratch, another had a faulty screen, and finally some of the steel work wasnt completed and/or caulked. Once the items were ready, Linda called to schedule a time to wrap up the loose ends. Today Warren came back and installed the new window, replaced the faulty screen, made new steel coverings that were missing, and completed all of the necessary caulking. Everything looks great.

Edit: 1/30/21They finally sent someone out on November 23rd to complete our jamb extensions and inside trim but they did not send him with enough material. Poor guy worked his butt off working alone but it is almost February now and 4 out of 11 of our windows remain incomplete. We are also still missing our front shutters and replacement locks for those that were found broken upon install.Original Post:We placed an order on July 15th to have 11 windows replaced on our home. David Ohme, the representative that came out to give us a quote, was very polite and understanding to what we were looking for in a product. When we decided to accept the offer, we were told to be patient when it came to the actual install because of current demand and that we would receive a call when our windows were ready. We got that call by the end of September late one evening and were told that the installers would be out the next day. This was very unexpected, so we rushed around that evening to take down blinds, curtains, existing shutters, and move furniture, only later to find out that morning, just moments before the team was due to arrive, that they had made a mistake and they were not coming out for install because our windows were not ready. We forgave the mistake and proceeded to reschedule the install for the following week as we were told our windows would be in by then. We had to put some of our blinds back up until then due to privacy concerns. The next scheduled install came and we took all blinds back down, only to be cancelled again. This time we were told our windows were in but they did not have all the necessary lumber materials. Blinds go back up, and patience is running out. Thats not it. We werent just cancelled on twice but three times. The next scheduled install came and went, this time due to the install tech hurting his back so they did not have a team for us. By this time, my fiance and I are skeptical and starting to regret deciding on trusting window nation with this project. Finally, we got a team out to install windows on October 22nd. The technicians were all very quick at getting all windows in, but at the start of installation we were told that they just noticed that we needed jamb extensions for the completion of the inside trim so the job was not complete at the end of the day. To my understanding, the measure tech had missed this detail when measuring our windows. The new windows looked great overall, compared to our old ones except for the messy caulk job on the outside, missing shutters, 2 broken latches, and a ripped screen. I walked around with the tech at the end to make sure of any other issues and he mentioned to me that someone would be in contact with us the next day with information regarding the jamb extensions. To no surprise, we received no call. It was a few days later that we received a call from the install manager, Shane Smith, reassuring that our order would be placed with no additional charge and he would later contact us to schedule a day for completion. Three weeks have gone by since our windows were installed and I have had no contact from the install manager or the director of operations. I have called customer service three times to get any information that I could. Each customer service representative have tried to send emails for me to both the install manager and once to the director of operations and I was told that they have 24 hours to contact me once the email is sent. We do not know what is going on with this company but we know that we have not been as lucky as some of the other customers here. We were so excited about getting new windows in the beginning but this process has turned into more of a hassle than anything. Its been very inconvenient seeing as we now have missed wages from work because of all the rescheduling. We are tired of removing and replacing blinds and our house has been in disarray for almost two months now, not to mention the missing inside trim is very unappealing. I would be embarrassed to recommend this company to friends or family.

The installation team were knowledgeable, courteous and professional at all times. They answered all our questions and talked us through the installation procedures. As the windows were put in they allowed me to examine them to ensure myself they were all the premium quality units I was promised. After the installation I was walked around to each window for inspection and approval. As we went through the windows were operated to ensure each worked as meant and was plumb & square. All areas impacted were cleaned of installation materials and job trash was carried off. So far we are very pleased and satisfied. The air infiltration and poor fit of the old windows has been cured with a bonus of the new windows providing an excellent dampening to outside noise. Bravo!

5 Stars - Salesman David Ohme, took time with us and made sure we didnt have any unanswered questions. Showed us all the perks the windows had that would save us money. 5 Stars - the windows were installed, looked great and we only have 2 very small issues to be fixed. 5 Stars - Installation Crew, Bill, Tyler, Wyatt and Grant, very respectful, polite, answered questions we ask during the install and good clean-up. 5 Stars - our two new doors and screen doors looked great and the quality was excellent, but we had issues a few days after installation. -5 Stars - getting door issues resolved, we have 2 parts missing, a plastic door lock insert and a clip that holds the door closure opened. Waited two weeks for these parts. Made an appointment for repairman to come out and once he got here he knew nothing about the clip and the plastic insert was too small. The repairman stated our door closures looked as if they were installed wrong and scratching the storm doors enclosures. The right side of the main door frame as you are entering on both doors are hollow and not insulated and allowing cold air to come in. One door is missing some hinge screws another door has a screw sticking out where the head of the screw broke off and the door could swing shut and cut someone. Now, the problem, I feel, is with people who will not return our calls and come out and address the problems. After, numerous calls from us, we are left in the dark. The call center told me tonight the two parts have been ordered and when they get in they will set up a date to come out. When I ask her about the door problems she had no clue what I was talking about and advised me to show these issues to the repairman when he comes out. I guess there is no quality control person available. The author of this review is Rhonda Smiths husband, Jim

We had a very nice gentleman come to our door asking about windows. It just so happened that we had had our roof, siding and gutters replaced 2 years ago and last year we replaced our front and back door and the only thing we had left was the windows which were in really bad shape. He asked that we set up an appointment and just listen to the guy and see if he could help. We set it up for the very next day and when he showed up he gave us a presentation on their windows and answered any questions we had. After talking with my husband we decided to get so the guy went around and measured our windows. A few days later another guy called and ask if he could come by and verify the measurements, so he did. About two weeks went by and we received a call stating they were ready and set up an appointment to have them installed, The guy that came out to do the install was very professional and explained in detail what he was going to do. He thought it would be a two day process but he was able to get them done in one day (by himself). He went behind himself and cleaned any mess he had made and left my house the way it was. We had a very nice sales person in our home for new windows and frames. David was very friendly and took a lot of time with us answering questions and nailing down the details. We discussed how our current windows are over 20 years old and the framing had warped and buckled. He showed us options for wood, trim, and informed us of the frame and window replacement process. He was actually at our house until about 10:30pm, having arrived around 6pm. We gave a deposit and signed a contract that evening. We were told we would get a marketing discount by having a sign displayed in our yard prior to, during, and after having our new windows and frames installed. That never happened. We got a confirmation call the Sunday before the windows were scheduled to be installed. The day of installation, the two-man crew showed up with windows only. No framing nor trim, nor were they informed of the order for framing and trim. They left, after offering to leave the windows with us, which we declined. David was contacted about the situation and he informed us that the additional framing was not part of the contract and would be an additional cost. After more communication, a new contract was made with the additional materials, at no charge. Great news! Except there has been zero contact since then. That was one week ago. We already paid over $600 deposit and have a contract that says Window Nation has 60 days to provide the service. So we can’t even have another company install our windows until Window Nation defaults on the contract. I wish that I could say that we got as far as the installation and that the product is high quality but I can’t. Still hoping the situation is remedied and the service and product blows our minds but I’m not counting on it.***EDITAfter dealing with a few more scheduling and communication issues, the installation manager, Shane reached out to us and came to our home to talk in person. He listened to our concerns and apologized for the delay and other issues. Shane worked hard to rearrange some things and get us back on the schedule for our installation. A two man crew showed up Friday morning around 8am and worked nonstop to get the the new windows installed with new frames and trim. Everything was done very well and the windows are perfect! The crew finished the job around 2:30pm and also left us a few pieces of trim to test wood stain on. They cleaned up after themselves inside and out. Shane called us later to check in and make sure everything was completed to our liking. I’m very impressed that although there were some undesirable hiccups, they went above and beyond to make sure that the job was done well and that we were happy and satisfied with the end results and experience. That kind of care for the customer speaks volumes!Thank you Shane for taking such good care of us!

My boyfriend and I were shown a sample window, given the opportunity to explain the issues with the windows, shown why window nation is a better option, given multiple payment options, and I was able to actually understand what I was choosing rather than pointing to something in a book because the sales guy told me to. Salesman was great. Communication up to the install was okay, went quite some time without hearing anything though. The crew installing the windows were good. We bought 33 windows for our home. The bad started when I noticed the grid on the windows is out of alignment. We have an old farm house so we got windows with a single grid down the middle of each sash. Some of them are so visibly misaligned its comical. The sales man responded immediately with a phone call when I sent him a text about it. Customer service had a terrible response time of over a week and that was after emailing AND days later calling and leaving a message. They were to call me back to schedule a time for a technician to come out and determine which sashes need replaced. This was not one or two of our 33 with windows, it is most of them. More than half. Im blown away that they even left the factory like this.So a few days later this guy just shows up without a call ahead. He is pounding on a window because we didnt hear a knock in guess. No mask, walks in. He climbs up and stands on the window sill in my dining room which I happened to have a step ladder 10ft away. In the living room he stood on my TV stand to reach another window. He then informed me that they have had this issue several times before with another customer that theyve now replaced the same sash 4 times because of this which, as you would expect, enlightened my optimism of the outcome to expect from all of this. His visit was days ago and I havent heard a thing from them yet but this whole experience post install just gets more comical as it goes along. I will surely be sharing what happens next. Stay tuned. For what these things cost I kind of expected a pampered experience but I guess they dont care much after you sign.
