Havent gotten my window fixed yet got an estimate and I was greatly excited it was reasonable because I have power windows a lot cheaper than safelight

Over charged me i brought my parts to them to install n they taxed me badly then tore my door strips up

Uptown Auto Glass did a great job on the windshield replacement for my 2015 CR-V. Came to my office location on Fort Benning and took less than an hour to complete. They were very professional, friendly, no damage to my vehicle, windshield looks like the original, and they answered all of my questions. The price quoted to me on the phone was their out the door final price and did not try adding on additional taxes, disposal or any other hidden fees. The best part was, the replacement cost from Uptown was nearly HALF the price than what was quoted to me from the national advertised windshield repair business that has a catchy jingle, as well as one other place I called for a quote. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Uptown Auto Class. I am a Nurse who has to work longer hours at times and also like most find it difficult to leave work to get repairs done. To my surprise Uptown Auto Glass is mobile. JAVIER the owner was able to come to my job on Fort Benning, Ga to fix my car door. Yes, car door. Not only do they provide window replacement he was able to replace my window regulator as well as to fix my broken door handle. My window now rolls up and down and I can now open my door! So, please dont hesitate to call Uptown Auto Glass because i am very OCD about who touches my vehicle and his service was Exceptional. He is also very reasonably priced, punctual , very knowlegeable/ confident, friendly /warm personality, and overall takes pride in his work. He also Values and Respects his customers. I am not happy with this company they replaced my windshield and what I was left with was not good, they left broken glass all around my steering wheel, drivers seat, passenger seat and around my radio and cup holders. Then they cracked the glass on the rpm gage and of course they said there was no way that they did that. My car is a newer car and that was not cracked before they messed with it. I wish I could take pictures and show how they left my car. I would not recommend this place. When I asked for warranty paperwork they told me it was covered for a year but gave me nothing to verify that.
