My experience with the claim department for my insurance was a bit overwhelming; however, the staff at The Glass Doctor took the lead and made my experience an enjoyable one. They took all the stress away. I do not want another broken windshield, but if it occurs I will definitely be back!

Rear window defrost wouldnt work.After dealing with 2 other places in town, these guys got it done! Everyone there exemplifies professional, from the time I explained why I was there until I left the people were great! They listened and then they explained, from the the young lady in the front to the guys in the back. Good group, great people! All about customer service and interaction.

Glass was 2 weeks late from original delivery date, installed wrong. Missed appointment to correct issue and didnt return my call, when I called to find out what happened. No one ever showed up that day

Had side rear door window replaced in my 2020 vehicle that was spotless, chrome trim was scratched by their employees then denied it, door panel parts were left off, didnt even clean the broken glass down inside the door, had to take it back 2 days later, no apology, or sorry for the inconvenience, no offer to replace trim, just denied and put door panel parts back on and sent us on our way. I strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere!

*came to measure my window* accidently only measured one window not two* had to return to measure second window* when installing the windows they broke one new window and said they would have to reorder a new window* later discovered they threw the broken glass shards and their lunch in my residential garbage can*during the install one worker used my bathroom and stank up my house so bad I had to go outsideUpdate: This morning a worker arrived and removed the broken glass and trash. He apologized and was very helpful. I am now waiting for the replacement glass pane to be delivered and installed.Update: they came by today and finished the installation. They took $100 off the bill for the broken glass. Manager promised a major discount... guess $100 is major.

Fast, efficient and excellent service!! I had a couple of chips on my windshield and Glass Doctor fixed it. They did such an excellent job that the chips are hardly visible. Was in and out of there in about 20 min. Highly recommended!

I would not recommend this company to anyone they charged me $64 for the service I did not when I inspected the alleged work nothing was done this is a piss poor company with lying staff (not worth any star)

Unresponsive company and port service. I have no idea if they do quality work because they refused to show on the days scheduled. I called and scheduled an appointment through the local number but was transferred to the national office and they scheduled me for a next day estimate. The following day a big storm came through and I called the local Glass Doctor in Columbus and spoke with a lady (I believe her name was Sam) and she said more than likely due to the storm it may need to be rescheduled and I told them my availability. On the day that it was rescheduled, I called and spoke to the same lady who said she had me down and let her look at the schedule and she would call me back in a few minutes. She never called. The next day I called back and again spoke to the same lady and she said that she had me scheduled for the next afternoon but it would be late. So I left work early to ensure I was home but no one showed or called. That evening (yesterday 1 May 2019 to be exact) I called the local number but was transferred to the national company again. I told the person I spoke with my displeasure in how they treat potential customers and how they lack follow through. She was apologetic and said it was not like the company to do this. She took my information and had me scheduled for someone to come for an estimate. Still no one called or came by today!This company should be avoided. If they can’t return calls, meet scheduled appointments and treat customers with courtesy then their work is more than likely lacking as well.They didn’t solve my “pane”, they created it.

I used Glass doctors of Atlanta on two of my vehicles many years ago and was very satisfied. However, Glass Doctors in Columbus Ms. did the work this time. The manager and front desk personnel were very friendly and prompt on replacing my windshield. Unfortunately, the quality of the workmanship was the worse I have ever experienced. They damaged the the liner around the windshield, and cover on drivers seat control. Upon showing manager she assured that she would personally monitor their work 2nd time around...she kept my car for an entire day in order to clean the black silicone off liner and supposedly repair the damage but did not reglue the area that bubbled as promised. Also 1 week later the seal came off around the windshield while I was on the interstate out of town, I had to go to a truck stop and get help. Superglue was used to hold the seal. I am not sure if the windshield is safely secure! I will not go back to them a 3rd time.

Very bad experience with this company!! Every excuse in the book! Called them after breaking a door glass. Has taken about 6 weeks to get new glass installed. Paid the deposit on 7/26/18 and was told it would be a week. Glass was installed today 8/16/18. Was told that I would get a discount for waiting. Owner informed installer that he would give 10% off but that was all!!! And if we didnt pay in full he was to remove the glass and take it with him. I have been very nice and understanding with excuse after excuse and to be treated this way is unacceptable!

We scheduled an appointment 10 days ago for window tinting and windshield replacement in our sons car who is based in MS. My husband day before to verify appointment since flying in from PA. We were then told tinting guy not available cant be done which they knew for a week but that windshield was there and could still be done. We went to appointment to get windshield done but the windshield was never ordered so couldnt be done. Very bad service and poor scheduling! If I could give no stars I would!
