I had a window broken and tools stolen out of my truck I took my truck here and it was fixed in an hour. They vacuumed up the broken glass and it was like it never happen. I have a 15 year old crew cab truck and it was a rear obscure window, they had it in stock and could replace it asap, for under $200. 5 stars! Highly recommended

Was very thorough with windshield installation! They even cleaned up the broken glass that got into the defroster vent.

The price was cheap but so was the quality of work. They glued my top A Pillar trim back on and after one blew off they used glue again instead of fixing it the right way. They cut my molding so its not reusable. They broke all of my clips for my cowl and broke my windshield wiper bracket!! I basically have to pay to have the whole thing redone by someone else. They should pay for this but I will never take another vehicle here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Save your time and money, go somewhere else to have it done right the first time. #yougetwhatyoupayfor

These guys are THE BEST! I needed to get my rear window replaced ASAP on my 2020 Cherokee as it was found to be broken on Saturday AM. I called Low Priced Auto Glass promptly and they immediately ordered the piece and got me in on Tuesday evening. After about 2 hours, my car looks literally brand new and like nothing ever happens. Safelite wanted almost $800. These guys got me out the door under $400. I call that a bargain! I highly recommend!

This place is awesome!! Our van was broken into last Friday and we lost a window. I searched all day for a company. They we inexpensive and quick and thorough. They cleaned up the glass and did a great install. Hopefully we dont need them again. I will recommend them to anybody. 💜

Shoddy installation. They shattered the first windshield they installed and I had to drive that home and come back. Then I noticed they did not install the windshield flush with the bottom part by the wipers. Also they dripped glue on my car. They seem more concern with quantity than quality. They could talk to customers better when their boss is not around. He asked me to come in Saturday then blew me off and ask me to come back a 4th time.

Lowest cost from all options known and still a satisfactory job that had only superficial complaints, leak free 4+ years and then blown motor. I just purchased a new windshield from Low Price Auto Glass. This is a no frills shop that gets the job done right. This auto glass shop in the south side of Columbus, so dont expect a red carpet treatment. What you do get is a professional staff that works fast and gets your windshield installed in a short amount of time while you wait. They take care of your car and clean up after their work. They take the time to make sure your glass in installed correctly and give instructions on how to care for it in the first couple days. The best part, they are SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than the next lowest shop, I called about 10-12 in the Columbus area. These guys are the cheapest for a quality windshield by about 15% from the next lowest competitor. I hope to never have need a new windshield again, but if I do, I will go to Low Price Auto Glass!

Just needed to replace my front windshield and these guys are absolutely the best place I could have chosen. They use dealer grade glass and do an excellent job. They clean up after themselves and, as a previous commenter pointed out, Michael is a very nice guy. And no, they dont quote one price then tell you another after the job is done. What they quoted me on the phone was what I paid before taxes. This is my second time using them and I will continue to use them. I have and will also continue to refer others to them.

Called them up about a rear vent window that had been busted during a break-in. They quoted me about $250 less than every other auto glass store I called and told me they could take me at any time, so I came in right away! The lobby was clean and cozy, the staff were personable, and the free coffee is always a nice touch! All in all, it took maybe 30-45 minutes for the work to be done. They even vacuumed out the glass that I couldnt get out of my car seats! Wish more auto repair stores were like this.

This is a great place to do business. They were by far the cheapest around and did very good work. They not only replaced my rear windshield the same day, but cleaned up all of the glass as well. They give a lifetime warranty on their work as well!! I will most definitely return if I need any other kind of auto glass work done.

Car window was broken over night called as soon as I found my vadilized car. Was told 145 told him how long said same day came in 40 min later exact window no issues. Shop is bare an simple but prices are best around over half of what the others wanted. Life time coverage. on work. Great guys. Even vacuumed my whole car.

They done my windshield in my GMC Denali and scratched up my window tint on my drivers door. Would not take responsibility for it. It was definitely done by them. It looks as if someone may have had something attached to their side while standing on my running board while working on the windshield and nicked it up. The gantleman was very rude when I asked him about it.

This was a great find. After getting a quote from the big guys of $244 to replace my wifes broken side window I found these guys. They were only $159 installed. They had the glass in stock and were able to get me in the same day. The office is clean. The staff is nice and the work was fast and done right. I hope I never have the need to replace anymore glass but if I or any of my friends do need it, this is where Ill go.

THE BEST! my driver side window on my 2 door, 12 year old car was shattered. my mom called everywhere around central ohio to find the best price. where people wanted $250, low price auto glass wanted $125. my mom told him to call me, he called me around 9AM and i set up a time to bring in my car the next day, even though he told me i could come in THAT DAY. I got there, Mike was very nice. got to work right away. i sat in the waiting room, which was nice and air conditioned, because it was sooo hot out. there was a TV and a coffee machine. also there was magazines, so i was occupied, even with my phone being dead. 45 minutes went by and he took me out to my car. he even swept the broken glass from my floors and seats. i am 100% satisfied with low price auto glass. Mike was great, the place was clean and comfy, and my window is fixed and i didnt have to pay outrageous prices. i took some business cards to give to people. i recommend!!

My Jeep recently got broken into and the thief broke one of my rear vent windows. As everyone knows, fixing your car in a reasonable time while juggling a work schedule can be difficult. At first I made an appointment with SafeLite auto glass because it came recommended by AAA. They wanted $350 (with a promo code mind you) and wouldnt be able to get out to my place until a week later. I found these guys, gave them a call, and within 1 hour and 15min. the broke window was fixed for only $118. Looks good as new and for an old Jeep itll work perfectly. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for an inexpensive auto glass replacement.

They quoted me one price, when it came time to pay there was almost $60 added. I refused to pay that price. Later I discovered damage to my vehicle. When I returned to tell them about it, they said they didnt do it. I am on my way to find a lawyer and file a lawsuit. You get what you pay for. Pay the extra and feel secured.

Half the price of safelite and they did the same thing. Kept me involved with my vehicle. Noticed rust, let me know and what they would do to fix it(sand and primer) and did the same thing that safelite would have. They didnt even charge me for the primer and sanding. That went above and beyond. Thats why they get 5 stars.
