Excellent work and customer service. The waiting area was very clean and well kept. They were very friendly and professional. Their work was done quick and clean. They were able to replace the hinges on my back window, without shattering the glass, quickly saving me a good amount of money and time. I felt confident about their work when I handed my keys over. Overall excellent experience.

Wow these guys are very professional and super fast. They do not sacrifice quality. Very friendly. The waiting room had free refreshments and coffee, even Netflix On the TV. After the work was completed, explained the process. Took then just a little under an hour to replace the windshield. I highly recommend Sals Auto Glass for your needs.

Sals work is top notch! He is not afraid to tackle some of the old cars that we repair/restore here like other glass shops. At the risk of sounding corny, Sal is a Git-R-Done kind of guy. You wont be disappointed!

Came by Sals today to have my rear window hinges replaced. He did top quality work and got the job done in under 30 minutes for half the price of the dealership. Everyone there was extremely nice and the waiting room had to be the cleanest auto shop related waiting room Ive ever been in. Sals earned a lifelong customer today. This is a business ran on integrity. The windows on my passenger side stopped working years ago, and I finally decided to get them fixed. I called several shops and their shop fee to simply diagnose the issue was in the hundred dollar range.Then I called Sal’s Auto Glass. Within a few minutes of speaking he actually listened to me, correctly diagnosed the issue, told me the exact part I needed to order and informed me that he’d install it for a twenty dollar cost for his labor. Wow. He could have had me come in, poked around and charged me extra for his expertise in figuring out the issue, but he shared his knowledge and made the process so quick and painless. There are still good people in this world, and this man deserves your business ☺️

I was very happy with my experience at Sal’s. My windshield and rear window needed replaced, and Sal gave me an estimate over the phone and will even come to you (if you are within the granted location)! He showed up just days later and had everything replaced within hours. He was professional and made me feel very comfortable. Email exchange was good. Said I could drop off anytime. Unfortunately experience at the shop was not good. Got there at 8:50 a.m. expecting to wait 10 minutes until opening time at 9 am. By 9:15 a.m. still looking at a closed sign so Im searching competitors on Google. At 9:20 a.m. a car pulls up and a man unlocks the door. So Im thinking sweet I finally get to go in. When I enter the lights are still off and Im yelling hello but all I hear is a car running. No choice but to leave and have this as the only experience to base a review on.

Two years ago my windshield cracked and needed replaced. I called Sal and he got me in the next day and completed it in roughly 30 minutes. His quote was much more reasonable than the other ones I received. Waiting room was immaculate and the service impeccable. Highly recommend if you need any service to your auto glass.

When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Sal and an assistant, without a wait. Sal immediately helped me, and quoted me a time of about an hour. I sat in a very clean waiting area and in almost half the quoted time the job was already done. He even was kind enough to point out a couple rust spots to me, and cleaned up what rust he could, at no extra charge. I got my car window fixed here last year and they did a great job. First it was way more economical compared to others. They did a great clean job and I could hardly tell any difference afterwards. Also, I got an appointment quickly and waited in their office while they changed it. As good as new as the car was actually only a month old.

I recommend this place 100%! Sal is very professional and trustworthy from start to finish. Communication was wonderful and his work was very quick. Plus the cost was much lower than expected. My rear glass was totally damaged by some jerk overnight but Sal made my stressful event stress-free! Thank you!

You wont find better service in Columbus or the surrounding area. Sals done two jobs for me now. In June of 2016 he replaced my windshield same day after it was smashed by road debris while I was on my way back into town from vacation. December 2016, he just replaced my front passenger side window after my truck was broken into. The guy is helpful, fair, knowledgeable, dependable, honest, and affordable. The quote I got was over half the price of Safelite. I was at work and sent an email and had a response within mins. He was able to schedule me the same day and came out to my work so I didnt have to miss any time at my office. Provided the service you always want to experience. Came out the same day I called - I wasnt sure if it needed repaired or replaced. It needed replaced, so he set up a time for later THE SAME DAY and came back out to perform the work. You do not and should not use a large corporate company (which my insurance wanted me to do). Sal is your guy...thank you for the great service!

I made the mistake of calling Safelite auto glass first. Their price was almost $1200 for my windshield so when I got that bad news I decided to call around. After five phone calls Sals had the best price by far $395. Because of how complex the Genesis windshield is I elected to take my car to his shop. It was done by the time I finished my lunch. Thank you Sal.

Sal is my hero!! He came with lots of recommendations but when I couldnt get in touch with him, I called safellite. WHAT A MISTAKE!!!! Sal, my hero, fixed the disaster that the competitor had caused. It was a pleasure doing business with him!! His prices were lower than the disaster company, he was prompt and very knowledgeable!! Anybody that needs auto glass repair, THEY WOULD BE CRAZY NOT TO CALL SAL!!

I would give Sal more than five stars if I could! My car was broken into in the middle of the night and I was due to head out of town in the morning. Sal was at my apartment in less than an hour and was able to get my window replaced in an extremely timely fashion. He even came with a Shopvac to clean out all of the broken glass. Sals Auto Glass made my day, I LOVE IT HERE!!! They made me feel like I was Family! From the initial phone call to the pricing to the bottled water offered durning my arrival. Theyre same day service.... WOW! I called around for and hour trying to find same day service it seemed impossible..until Sals.When I arrived Sal made me aware of a window regulator that I purchased because the other guys (Auto glass now) told me I needed one that I actually didnt need... Had a horrible experience with Safelite AutoGlass, some of the absolute worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Literally they did not care at all about a customer. I have a Subaru with heated windshield wipers and eyesight. The Glass for that particular model is very hard to come by even for dealers but Sal made it happen rather quickly. Sal made the experience easy as it should be for a customer. A co-worker also used Sal and had a great experience with him prior to me ever needing the service, and he went out of his way to comment on the professionalism and customer service oriented nature of Sals Auto Glass. He also beats competitors pricing and cares about the service he provides. I will recommend him over anyone else in the Columbus area, his business should prosper as someone whom actually cares rather than these mega shops (example: Safelite) that dont care at all about the customer. Thanks again and if I am ever unlucky enough to get another broken piece of glass on any vehicle I own i will be returning to Sals. With the uncovered loads here in Ohio, it might happen again.
