Arlen and his crew did front gutters and a screen-in porch for us a little over a month ago. They are very professional, and customer service is key to their success. I have been waiting a week now for a quote on gutters!!! Im being told owner is out of office I think you need more than 1 person to do quotes Im pretty sure their not willing to loose business for a solid week cause the person who quotes is gone...

First phone call was on Dec 14 and was told I would have a quote by the end of day Dec 19. Four phone calls between now and then of being told Im sorry, I will get back with you later today or first thing in the morning. It is now January 3 and still no quote, no one has been to look at the job and not a single phone call!! Its sad you can not get anyone to work these days!
