They are NOT BBB ACCREDITED! This place has terrible customer service. Predatory towing. Only open from 9a-12p. Must schedule an appointment to pick up vehicle. They don’t answer the phones. They have different websites with different phone numbers that are disconnected. They don’t even deserve 1 star. Pathetic.

Called for a tow and the dispatcher said would be there in 40 minutes. Driver arrived in 30. Had no issues with pickup or drop off. Cost was very reasonable. Would definitely use them again!

This place is a scam theyre taking peoples money Im getting ready to report them to six on your side, their address is 6903 Harrisburg Pike, they say your car is towed to 2760 Groveport Rd there is no such address when I get done, they wont tow no more cars, and watch some of your landlords office workers there in cahoots with letting them tow our cars probably splitting the money

Arrived in 15 min. Called us back to confirm. Two passengers needed to ride in the cab, and he was a really nice guy. He even answered our insurance and repair questions.

Predatory towing practices, tow drivers will see a vehicle they dont recognize and tow without request from the contractor they are working for. They are unaware of their own policies and are even unable to quote a correct price even with the additional fees I was given the incorrect price. I will be sure to report them and I have spoken to an attorney and have been advised these predatory practices are in fact illegal.

Is it possible to give no stars. These people fraudulently towed my car to scam me out of money. Had me standing out on the street on groveport road in the cold early morning hours while they filled out paperwork and asked me to hand them 180 in cash standing in the middle of nowhere. Never set foot inside an establishment of any kind it was ridiculous. They charged me fees for things they didnt even do!!! I will be turning them in to both the BBB and the Ohio attorney general.

Worse Company in the world States open 24 hours but only open 9-12PM to pick your car up. Then they do have after hours which will cost an extra 150$ SCAM.

Landlord switched to this towing company just a couple of months ago. I live in a prime location on campus with assigned parking so when someones parked in my spot who isnt supposed to be I expect the towing company to actually do their jobs and tow the vehicle. The number that is posted on our building goes straight to voicemail outside of business hours apparently which I think is completely ridiculous. Left a voicemail with no call back at all. Pretty sure the switch from Shamrock Towing to this company was a horrible mistake. Dont even bother using them.

Company is horrible they wouldnt answer the phone and the lady that called back knew nothing and proceeded to tell me they had no available trucks. USELESS

They straight up stole my car! I for one had a receipt showing i was a paying customer and they towed me out of the parking lot anyway. then the second I caught them before they finished hooking my car and asked them to drop it now and i will pay what i need to they said 60 bucks cash. i told them to wait for a min and i would get cash. I came back as they where trying to peel off before i could get back. just so they could get more money. I wish there was a number for the city so i could make a complaint

Lying about his name, telling me he cannot give out his managers name, told me to call and talk to the manager but cannot tell me what time tomorrow... HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

Terrible service. Someone was in my parking spot so I called them multiple times with no answer. I left a message and never heard back. How are you supposed to run a business if you dont even have someone to answer the phone?

Got a tow in less than an hour in Grove City. If you have a way to do that then 5 stars imo. Thanks.

These people dont answer the phones. I had someone in my spot, we called them 10 times over a 6 hour period and no answer. I wish we had the old company we used for towing.

Yes on December 7 my brothers girlfriends car was towed after an hour of being here from our residence at two in the morning only my mother and the 16yo girl where awake and went out girl crying.my mom whent to call the land lord and they were calling there boss but when my mom went to get her phone the jumped in the car in front of the crying girl and peeled out saying they were threatened we call the company the guy says we can come get the car for 175 dollars we tell him there sign here said 90 + 12 per 24 hours or if its hooked but not towed only halve towing fee he then replayed were closed its 175 and now he says he was threatened and they refuse to talk to us.
