DO NOT GET A TOW FROM THEM! Brian is a scammer. He tried to scam my insurance company for $750. He told me at 1:30 am he’s be out to my car in a hour, I call back an hour later he tells me another hour. Then i told him call me if you need me I’m going to sleep. I wake up at 7am he never got my car & claimed his truck needed repairs. I call back at 10am & he said it’s still being fixed then never answered a call from me after. Now Brian your known in Columbus for what u do, steal peoples auto parts when they need a tow & never get the car. Now if I’m missing any parts of my car your going to regret every dumb decision u made. We ain’t broke over here baby we can afford lot take u to court lol & it won’t end will for u.

Worse service Ive ever recieved from a towing company. They were supposed to pick my truck up 2 hours after the call was made. They arrived 8 hours later and it had been broken into and they couldnt get the truck because keys were stolen and they didnt want tho unhook the transmission cable. I was charged 160 and never given a refund when they didnt do the job. The next day I had a another company get the truck with no issues. I was told I would be refunded and never was after multiple phone calls.

I can’t give this business enough stars. My daughter and I were driving from Nashville back to Fort Wayne when my tire went flat on I-65. Cars have no spares these days and it was 4th of July so no tire places were even open. I was 2.5 hrs away from him, he came picked my daughter and I up, took my tire off and took us to someone’s house to get us a new tire and rim then he took us back and put it on my car quickly and we were on our way. He totally saved us from a terrible situation and was very nice and professional. So glad I found this company. Thanks Bryan for everything! We can’t thank you enough!

Crooks that steal your auto and it’s parts when called for a tow. Not only trusted these guys to help out during a time of need with their service, they stole the truck, tore it apart and dumped it on the side of the road. Do NOT trust them

Only because I cant give zero stars. Long story short, Bryan krebbs stole my vehicle, cut the catalytic converters off, stole hundreds of dollars worth of work supplies, and dumped it the next county over. Going to cost thousands in repair. He is a thief and should be jailed. Do not trust him or his company.

He was there when Nobody else was.... I was driving from Florida to Michigan. I found myself on the side of the interstate 5 hrs away from my destination with a shredded tire and no spare!!! He was there when he said he would be and Very friendly! Very Professional! Very Affordable! I couldn’t ask for better service!
