Bobs did a fantastic job! My car was wrecked and I really thought it was a goner. They helped me from start to finish with everything from what to do about a rental car ( I had never had a wreck before) to how long it was going to take to just being there for me in a very difficult time. My car looks brand new! They did not get upset with my frequent calls and check ins, and they kept me posted from start to finish. Chloe was especially helpful and courteous through the entire process! I would highly recommend them to anyone who has any kind of car issue!

Customer service was great! My mom’s car was hit and they repaired to like new all over again! I highly recommend this shop! Very nice people and professional! Quick as well! Turn around time was not long at all.

Took vehicle in to have leak fixed that was coming from rear window/ top brake light on Ford F150. First time it rained the leak was still there. I checked their fix and the guy who worked on it spread some silicone over the rear rivets on the roof. SMH. I checked online and this repair is a common issue they could have researched to find the true culprit. For this fix, which couldnt have taken over an hour, I was charged $175. Do not take your vehicle to Bobs. 1 of 5 stars.

Good body work. A little pricey.

I recently had to get a bumper replaced. They were very professional and right on point. They had it done in a timely manner and once they were finished I could barely tell anything had been wrong with it. They actually made it look better as if it was brand new. I highly recommend them, they do an awesome job...product, paint, and all!!

Really pleased with the way Bob’s Paint and Auto Body handled my vehicle. I dropped it off to have my headlights replaced, decal replaced, and to touch up some minor dinks and scratches. It was ready within 24 hours (they kept me abreast of what was going on with my vehicle and its status via automatic text which was very informative). Not only did they handle those 3 items above, but I received my car back washed, cleaned, and vacuumed. Very professional service and I highly recommend them - they are as advertised.. the best!

I have used Bob’s Paint and Auto body a few times. One time when I hit a deer and they did an amazing job repairing the front of my car and repainting the front. Then I have had minor work too. Each time I was greeted when entering by Ms. Anitra who is super friendly and got me going and ready to be helped. Then the body team is go amazing my car looks completely brand new like never hitting a deer. The shop always has my car ready in no time so I never have to go long without my car they are fast and professional!! Love all the staff super friendly and helpful!! And Mr.Johnny and Mr. Skette is the best at cleaning cars in the town very grateful to always have a super clean car everytime and I have two kids so I know my car is sometimes difficult to clean😊

Definitely the place to go for good repairs to your vehicle. The staff is very friendly and the business gets involved in community events. Theyve even got quite the collection of classic cars, and their expertise extends to keeping them well maintained. Ill be taking my cars there for as long as I live in Columbus.

Bob’s repaired my SUV and truck. They did an excellent job on the paint and body work. They even gave me advice and showed me how to fix a few things on my SUV. Excellent customer service, and they always kept me updated on how long my repairs would take. Both vehicles were repaired before the original repair date.

Bobs Paint and Body did a fantastic job on my car. You cannot tell that my bumper has been replaced. They were nice, kept me updated with text messages, and did the work super fast. I dropped it off on Wednesday and it was done on Thursday. The car was clean inside and out. They made getting my car repaired as painless as possible.

Fantastic service. I was traveling through Columbus and discovered a bad rain leak in the car. Took it to Bob’s and they made time in their schedule to help me out. Rain leaks are notoriously difficult to find but they did it so quickly and were very fair. I wish all auto repair facilities were as friendly, competent, professional, and fair as Bob’s. Highly recommended, and I usually do not make recommendations.

Im new to town and after being in a head-on fender bender with my Jeep and not getting called back from other autoshops I was very thankful for this recommendation. This place is highly capable and professional. I worked with Robert and he made things happen quickly, was available, worked with my insurance company and answered any follow-up questions. Were local folks whove used only a few body shops in last 20 years. The insurance of the fellow who hit me prefers Bobs. Bobs fixed my sons accord. the front end and rear end were banged up pretty good. a week later when we pulled up, their was a accord sitting out front, my son said that wasnt his car. it was our car, and it looked brand new. i really dont think it could be fixed any better

Take your money but wont do the job. Finally got the phone call to return to fix it wheel flare. The individual who delt with me was much more helpful. Went out of his way to satisfy me. Work was perfect. Went so far to even wash the truck.

Bobs worked on my sons Camry Hybrid after an accident. We were a little frustrated because there were a couple delays that meant we got the car back later than originally scheduled. However, I would rather have a slight delay and have the work done right. BPAB worked well with our insurance carrier so that that process went smoothly. This was my first experience with Bobs Pain & Auto Body but it was an extremely pleasant one. From the moment I walked through the doorway to this business until I was handed my keys after the repairs to my car were made I was treated with respect and they were extremely professional. They kept constant contact with me via text messages and this was very helpful to me. I never had to make one phone call to them checking on the status of my repair. I do hope I never need a body shop in the future but if I do Bobs Paint & Auto Body will definitely be who I contact if I do.

I didnt know anything about Bobs and the service was amazing. I recently had a minor fender bender and the guy at the front desk made sure everything was taken care of properly! I was having problems with the insurance company he made one call and the next thing I know one of Enterprises drivers were there to pick me up. They take pride in what they do!

Overpriced, tried to charge me twice what the actually car company was charging me. Not sure about the quality but the price if definitely way too high.
