Unfortunately my car was hit and I had to come back! I had hoped I wouldn’t have to deal with a wrecked car again! Fortunately, my car is perfect and looks brand new! I’m so happy with my car and Jules made the process so much easier for me. Hopefully I won’t be back! Lol Thank you again for the great job!! Definitely a great job and great customer service!! If I ever have to deal with this again, I will be back!:)

AA Precision did some work on my car after being rear ended. Eric is AMAZING. He was super nice. They did good work and even went ahead and cleaned the inside of my car before I got it back. The only negative part of my experience was that they had my car for just under a month because the part they originally ordered didn’t fit the car, which was an inconvenience but other than that I’m happy with the work they did and would go back if I needed any other work done!

I would recommend this company to every and all needing this service. I have had 2 vehicles repaired from them. I was impressed the first time. What stands out about the second encounter was the agent Reynaldo . When I called I was nervous from the accident and didnt know what to expect. Reynaldo basically took my hand and assured me with empathy and was genuine. I was informed on every process and keep updated on the details of the car status. Mind you we are dealing with COVID 19. I initially received a call from Britney who is very kind and responsive and who actually one of my business. After I took my vehicle in to get repaired I dealt with Pete who is one of the service managers there. He was able to take care of all of the issues if the car had from the accident and return my vehicle to me in tiptop better than before condition. I would highly recommend this company for any work

The quality of work performed was excellent but by far the best part of my experience at AA Precision was the professionalism and knowledge from Pete. He and Britney kept me informed, made me feel comfortable letting someone touch my baby and made the whole process seamless and as easy as possible. I’m not sure about the other manager as he didn’t really seem to know what was going on, however Britney and Pete more than made up for that. Great place overall!!!

I will always recommend AA Precision to my friends. I am very picky about who touches my baby but the knowledge and professionalism from Pete and the great treatment from Britney made me feel great about leaving my baby with somebody. The work was excellent as well. The only downside was when I talked to the other office guy, he seemed lost and just made things up to have something to say. I will always deal with Britney and Pete though. Love AA Precision overall!

Very professional and knowledgeable staff about updates when I called checking on my car! They did a very good job on getting my car done on a reasonable time. Customer service was nice and did a good job on the repairs of the Mechanical part of the job. But had a new fender put on my car and it was not lined up nor flush with rest of car. And the paint job of the new fender is orange peeled. I was told that not even new cars on the lot are completely perfect. I took it in to have them fix the problem of the fender and it’s still not flush with my passenger door nor front bumber. I would not recommend them for body work but would for Mechanic work

Brittany is my GO-TO for any accident that I have been in and any of my friends! I have sent at least 3 of my friends to her to get their car fixed and they have returned on their on. I myself have been to her 3 times. ( I know that sound bad but i swear each accident wasnt my fault) I am always amazed at how I never have to do anything in regards to my claim with my insurance and my car is always fixed properly! First I was told that a tow truck would be at my house to pick up my truck at 9 AM. I took off work so I could be there to sign paperwork for the pick up. I had to call at 9:45 to ask where the driver was. I was told he didnt get the instruction that he had a pick up. Then, after the work was complete I paid the bill within 15 minutes of being told it was done. I was told that the truck would be delivered. It was done and paid in full on a Thursday. I didnt have my truck back until Tuesday. I would call into the shop and I was told that I HAD to talk to Brittany and they couldnt help me at all. She was off work during that time. When I finally got in contact with her she said that I shouldve had the truck delivered by then and that the driver probably didnt want to drive out to my house. Because the driver was late the first time I was told by Brittany that I would receive a gas card and a Visa gift card. I never received anything. She claims that she sent it.The body work isnt the greatest. Theres a flap that wasnt secured back to where it was behind my bumper. The fog lights dont work at all. They worked when the truck was taken to them.I would never use them in the future, nor would I recommend that you do. Terrible customer service, not the best body work. Awful experience.

Skip and the team at AA Precise collision was amazing. They were true to their word and looked into everything and worked with me to get the entire way and walked me through the process of my car being fixed after my accident. They even paid my deductible.My car looked great. And they called me ASAP when the car was ready.Highly recommend AA Precise Collision.

I have been in 3 car wrecks in the past 2 years. None have been my fault. I have went to Three-C and Fine Line in the past, neither can even hold a candle to AA Precise. I just picked my car up yesterday and it looks absolutely AMAZING! truly better than it did when it was on the lot. From the body work to the detail inside, im overly pleased when the attention to detail these guys took. They offered a rental and to deliver my car to me when it was done, which I declined. Britney was absolutely amazing as it relates to customer service. Im telling you. From a person that has dealt when many body shops in the past. Please take my advice and go here. You will not be disappointed.

Due to a side collision on my way to work, my 2009 Nissan needed body work and work around the front passenger wheel. Pete walked me through the process, located all the replacement parts and got everything approved with the insurance folks so I could get my car running safely as quickly as possible. He also arranged for a loaner car for me to use at no cost and when everything was done even let me know of a potentially serious problem with the ball joint the he recommended I address before winter for safety reasons.Pete and AA Precise did an excellent job.

My experience with AA Precise Collision was great! Each employee took pride in their work and accomplish their tasks accordingly. The detail work on my car was amazing! AA Precise provides great customer service and high quality work. Everyone you interact with(including the tow truck driver who picked up my car after 8pm and I am sure was tired and just wanted to go home) was very friendly and provided great customer service. They did a fantastic job on my 2006 Avalon. The front panel over the wheel had to be replaced and they did an excellent job matching the paint. Youd never know anything happened to it. They also provided a free rental car that they dropped off and picked up for FREE! While the car was being repaired they worked directly with my insurance company and took care of everything. It was the most hassle-free experience I have ever had. They are much more professional than those other guys you hear advertising on the radio/TV. AA Precise cares about their customers.

AA percise was real professional. If Skip calls you, answer. Hes very diligent and a man of his word. He made sure everything he said was the truth, from my vehicle drop off, to the pick up. He will work quick and have the ball rolling, from the insurance company, shop to the rental. Basically just drop the vehicle. If theres an issue, Skip will get on it quick, to ensure your satisfied. I really needed help with my deductible with excellent work and wonderful customer service.

I took my car to this shop because I was in an accident and my door needed to be repair and paint. The insurance pay them almost 3,000 dollars for this job. The painter paint my car but I noticed the paint was darker then my whole car paint. I called them and they repaint my car for the second time, but I had to wait almost a months because they said they didnt have any rental available for me. After a month of me calling them every single week, they finally told me to bring my car and they gave me a car, old one for a week. Then I got my car back with more millages and with another door painted but with the same issue, my car is now a whole side a darker colors and they told me they are not going to fix it.They told me that they used the Vin# to paint my car but the paint doesnt match my whole car.Dont take your car to this shop. They are not responsible and their job is very poor. Very very bad job.

Cost to repair scratch to door panel was more competitive than other quotes I received. They allowed me to drop my car off and stored it until I returned from vacation. The staff was very accommodating and the work done was spectacular. The scratch was undetectable the painters​ blending of the paint from the back door to the front was amazing.

BLOWN AWAY !!!!! Those are the first words that come to mind when speaking of this company. I was in a jam, didnt have money for my deductible, no way to get around, they took care of me. I couldnt believe they had a rental car delivered to my home, waved my deductible for me, but most important they were professional and my car looks great. I would tell anyone, if you are looking for a shop, that is truly there to work for your business, dont hesitate to call. I would like to say thanks, Eric & Pete, you guys are great !!!

They stayed on top of things as far as how quick my car would get done and even supplied me with a free rental during my wait for my convenience so that I could still get back and forth to work. They went out of their way for me. I would suggest them to anybody if you get into an accident get ahold of Brittney at AA precise Collision.

I had an excellent job done on my 2009 Grand Cherokee here. Was surprised when got offered to have my wrecked SUV picked up and brought back to me when was complete. My vehicle looks better than it did before I wrecked it. They did a good job cleaning it in and out. Thanks! I do NOT recommend this place!I was lied to the entire time my vehicle was there all they want is your money! I will never go back even if it was for free & I will warn everybody I know about this placeThe most horrible experience ever!

This place is AWFUL. They told me they would pay my entire $500 deductible when we first spoke, and ended up only covering $400 of it. They told me I would get a free oil change. Didn’t happen. When Britney called me to confirm that they were on their way to pick up my car, she said “a black guy and a Mexican” will be coming to get my car. AA Precise returned my car to me with 10 psi in the tire closest to the damage, and a nail was sticking out of it. They didn’t fix all the damage on my car. They told me it would be done on a Tuesday; it wasn’t completed until the following Monday. Unless for some reason you ~must~ go to AA Precise, don’t do it.

I brought my Lexus in for a minor bumper repair on Monday and it was fixed by Thursday and the work was flawless. My car was clean and the service was great. I would recommend AA Precise Collision Repair to my friends and family.

Brittany was wonderful! My accident happened right infront of the shop and she came right out and helped me with everything and got me in a rental right away. Her communication was fantastic! When I got my van back it looked like nothing ever happened to it. They also cleaned the inside of my car out and it was a mess lol.

They filed a claim on my insurance for 2 scratches on the left and right of the front bumper of the rental car they gave me for free, and I definitely did not cause it. The damage wasnt even like scrapes like you would see if someone scraped up against something, it was 2 singular scratches, less than 2 inches long, like if you took a needle and scratched the paint. They brought the rental car to my house, gave me the key and had me sign the rental agreement, then they left. They didnt walk me around the car or anything. And then when they picked it up, they gave me the key to my car, took the rental key, and left without doing any sort of check in.Dont accept their rental cars. (It was a really awful car, as well)They didnt repair my car, Auto Collision & Glass on Stringtown Rd. did, and they did a great job. But this is the company they partner with to provide rental cars.EDIT:Both AA Precise Collision Repair and Precise Car Rental were incorporated by Tigran/Ty Safaryan. There is no independent site for Precise Car Rental. Theres no independent contact information for Precise Car Rental. You might be separate entities, but you clearly are one business.

I want to take the time out to say thank you to KK and Rick! I was driving down W. Broad street when my car suddenly died. At this moment I was with my wife my son and my 2 year old daugher. These gentlemen went out of their way to lend me a power pack so i can drive my family home. They followed me from S. Eureka till almost Broad and Norton where the battery pack died. Once it did they gave me a ride to my house so that I could pick up my other car. If it wasnt for KK and Rick i would have never made it home. Thank you once again! Great shop great guys great service above and beyond!!!

Absolute wonderful place i wrecked my 2018 Chrysler 300s and britany one of the sales reps helped me take care of everything i did nothing but drop my car off they set everything up got me a rental car and there even paying 560 dollars of my 700 dollar deductible wonderful place highly recommend!

The woman who helped me, Brittany went above and beyond and connected me with another business that could help me out. Being in customer service myself, I recognized amd truly apprciated her efforts. Ive used precise twice on my 2006 Infiniti and have been happy with their work. They even offered a complementary loaner car the 2nd time which was really nice. They went the extra mile to buff my headlights which was appreciated They have a lifetime warranty too which is nice.

These guys fixed my civic. When I hit a deer I had like 4 grand in damages and they were able to cover my $500 deductible in full. Front end of my car looks 100% better than it was before the accident!After I called them they talked to my insurance company, arranged the tow and a rental car. I had never used them in the past and it was actually my first accident (hopefully last lol) but if it happens again I know where Im going. Brittany was the most unprofessional, non helpful, ridiculous customer service representative I have ever encountered! You have to constantly call her to get any information. Promissed a rental car an I had to fight for 3 days to get it an when I finally did it was dirty smelled horrible an broke down on me 3 times. I gave it a 3 star because the work an detail was amazing everything else was a joke!!!!

This place is a joke! My insurance wrote for a 3 day repair and they had my car for almost a month. I kept texting Brittany who basically harassed me to bring my car there but she never returned my text when I would ask about my car. I have a family of 4 and she promised me a FREE rental which turned out to be a 2016 Hyundai Elantra hatch back that in turn sent a claim to my insurance for $600. All lies to try and get you in the door. Then they told me I had a bad battery, Im fact it was a new battery but they left my car sitting outside when we had all that snow and ice and never started it. They are horrible!! I dont see why the have an A+ with the BBB. They take advantage people. Dont take your car there.

I shopped around with other body repair shops, none of them could get me in and out as quickly as AA precise. Excellent work, quick and easy!!!

This is the only place that I will use for collision repair. Not only are they the best, they warranty their repairs for life.
