Im a huge fan of this business! I recently had my drivers-side mirror swiped while parked at the airport (ugh!). Though the mirror itself was okay, the exterior casing was pulled off. (I fiddled around trying to reattach it myself, but figured Id better let an expert do it before I made the problem worse. ) I called Fine Line bc theyre near my neighborhood and had great reviews. I was super impressed with their customer service, as they had me come right over and reattached my mirror casing at no cost. Very friendly and professional! Im delighted to know I have a great local auto body shop I can go to for any future issues.

The business is always professional and there work is impeccable. A job that takes most places weeks to do takes them just a couple of days, if you need anything done to your car this is the place to go. I had a scrape on the side of my car and was looking to get it repaired. I already had two quotes (in the thousands) and things were not looking good pricewise. I pulled into Fine Line Auto Body and Juan came out to look at it. He said that if it was OK with me he could buff it out. It would only take about a minute and thats about what it took. I asked how much I owed him and he said no charge. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. He didnt know me and I didnt know him, but yet he was doing me a favor. WOW!!! It is hard to find honest people like that today. Everybody wants to make a buck. I highly recommend this business as they treat you like family.

I had never encountered such nice people at a body shop. Vanessa was the receptionist and she was so helpful. She even gave me roses to bring home! I went in to get my license plate taken off due to rusted in screws I couldn’t get off myself, and I wanted to leave a tip (because they weren’t going to charge me), and they told me to keep my tip, that they just wanted to help me. I’ve never had such a great experience before! If I could give 100 stars I would!

Fine line was able to get our car in for auto body repairs very quickly following an accident. They were prompt, efficient and did an excellent job. Vanessa was our main contact and she did a great job keeping us informed throughout the entire process.

So I arrived with a number of issues, however I received the most caring, professional, above and behind customer service. Juan Carnitas and the wonderful receptionist were awesome!! My turn signal stop working, a nail was stuck in the license plate groove, and my key wouldn’t manually unlock the door. Well Juan Carnitas said “he could do the work, but it will take about 2 hours to complete.” I said “ I have an hour lunch break, and can’t wait.” So he offered to drop me home, and pick me up after the work was completed. I said cool and asked “how much is this going to cost?”he said “no charge”!!! Y’all I wanted to cry cause most car dealers won’t do a good job, but still take your money. Juan I really appreciate the great work, and helping hand! You truly are professional, caring, and go above and beyond!!

Less than half the time needed by Rifes and for about half the cost quoted by Rifes, Fine Line returned my damaged Tesla looking good as new! Professional and on time. My only complaint was that I had to call twice to schedule service, so their phone experience could use help but their overall service is the tops.

Fine Line helped me get my license plate installed and mounted on the bracket. The bolts were broken off in the holes, but they took care of everything and reinstalled the plate with new bolts. Really fast service too, just a couple of hours for this job.

I was kept informed about the progress with my vehicle and also was provided a ride to pick up my rental after I dropped my car off. I was Only dissatisfied with the condition of my car when I picked it up as other shops in the past have fully detailed my vehicle before picking it up. Other than that I had a pleasant experience and the work seems to be done with expertise!

The best auto experience I’ve had. Came here after my window got smashed in a break in. Juan charged me about half the price I expected. When it came to actually getting the new window installed, he told me it would take 1-1.5 hours. It took 59 minutes and was probably the first time the people fixing my car have not “found” other things they wanted to fix or got the estimate wrong. Highly recommend.

They originally did my front-end body repair from an accident I was in. Did a timely and great job. 2-3 years later the paint peeled on one corner. This place is beyond fantastic, great staffs❤️ I remember looking for an auto body shop because my mother’s car was severely damaged. I was of course worried, unsure of whom I should let fix the car. I then came across this shop, I’ve checked their reviews so I finally give them a call. I was asking questions and Heather who happened to answer my call sounded so proficient and knowledgeable over the phone. It’s like something automatically tells me that I’ve found the right place. Heather was very, kind, friendly and understanding. After I’ve gotten to the shop, We spent 3 and a half hours over the phone with my mother’s insurance co. I was so frustrated at first, but Heather made me feel calm, literally listen to her telling me that we’re going to get through this. Her coworker was also helpful (forgot his name😞) Overall, it was a long process but it was absolutely worth it. 10 Stars🌟✨⭐️✨⭐️🌟⭐️✨⭐️🌟🤩 I will definitely recommend this place. I drop my car off on a Tuesday afternoon for collision repair. I had almost $4000 in damage. They put me in a nice rental car and called me daily about the progress. Three days later on Friday evening my car was finished. I was quite amazed it was gone so quickly but the fit and finish for this job was perfect. I can’t say enough for these guys. The staff was absolutely amazing. Hopefully I do not need collision repair again but if I do that is where I’m going!!

Top notch! Professional, friendly and quick service. I have been there THREE times in the last two months for three different accidents and by the third time I didnt even look at their work before I paid them and drove my car away. I had just come to trust their work so didn’t even bother to look at it before I paid and left! I also appreciated that when I said I was going to pay out of pocket, they were totally fine with that. (One autobody shop spent a long time trying to convince me why I should go through insurance.) I also was impressed how they just told me to drop the car off at my convenience - no appointment necessary - and they would get it done. I thought that meant theyd keep it for an inordinate amount of time. Not true - I got it back when they said I would. And I was amazed that my car looked brand new again, you would never know anything happened to it. I would definitely go back there again, but as long as I keep my husband away from my van (he was driver in all three incidents) I am hoping I don’t have to!

I had my vehicle damaged and was very skeptical of where it went. My truck had just over 600 miles on it and wanted to ensure it was going to look like it was still new. After talking about that during the first appraisal I felt confident in using Fine Line. When I picked up my truck my wife and I looked it over intensely and could not find a flaw in the workmanship. If they can can make my truck look as flawless as when it rolled off the assembly line then you should have zero worries with getting your car fixed here!!!

My car was 2014 Ford Explorer was keyed Tuesday morning, I brought it to Fine Line Tuesday afternoon. I left with a rental the same day and picked it up Saturday afternoon already painted, cleaned and I didnt even have to pay the deductible which they covered. I wouldnt have had to pay for a rental car but my insurance wouldnt cover that unfortunately. Otherwise Id have a free auto body repair! If I knew a place like this could cover my deductible of $500 I wouldnt had so many minor fender benders fixed a LONG time ago. They went beyond the repair to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely be telling more people about this place and their wonderful service. Great staff, great repairs and fast service with a lifetime warranty! What else could you want?

Stopped in on Saturday to ask about the cost for fixing my driver side bumper that was hanging off. The manager there was super helpful and let me know, he would take care of it for free. I stopped in today to have that taken care of, and only took 20 mins and free on charge. Would recommend anyone to go there for any kind of body work they may need!

A week ago our 2019 Toyota Corolla was hit from behind at an intersection while waiting for an emergency vehicle. The car behind us wasnt moving very fast, but there was about $5000 of damages. We dropped the car at Fine Line Auto Body North the next day (Saturday). They worked with the insurance company (Allstate) to resolve issues and revise estimates, and returned our car to us the following Saturday, even though Christmas was in the middle of the week.Everyone at Fine Line was courteous, responsive, friendly, professional and very competent. The car looks like new again. They handled everything, including a rental car. I certainly would use their service again if needed, and recommend them to everyone.

Went to get a problem with my door hinge fixed, and it was so easy to fix they did it right there in the parking lot for free. Amazing! I know theyre not trying to nickel and dime me when they do that. Will definitely go back when I need more serious work.

The splash guard to my car fell down when I was in the middle of the highway. I was panicked and had to make a long trip, I googled the closest body shop and found Fine Line Auto Body Shop. I was nervous about prices and how long it would take, when I got in I was on the defense because of all the things my dad taught me about mechanics over the years. When I arrived I was greeted professionally, and given a rose. I was walked through the process. They did a temporary fix for my car, popped back in two old dents ALL FOR FREE. And it took 10 minutes! They gave me more than fair prices on parts and installation for a permanent fix! and the temp fix has lasted very long! I’ve been to Fine Line Auto Body North twice before, to have scratches buffed out. They did a good quick job solving the issue. Today I noticed that the front bumper on our car had come apart, the seam on the driver’s side had popped, pulling part of the bumper off the car. I went to Fine Lines to get an estimate. I talked with Brian (the manager?), who I dealt with both times before. He came out to look at the car. He worked on the bumper a little, and went back in the building and came back out with a drill, wrench, and plastic screws. He worked on the bumper for about ten minutes (in the rain) and got it looking like new. I asked him what I owed him, and he said I owned nothing. He said he remembered me from before and was glad to help. How often does this happen when dealing with businesses today? I appreciate Brian at Fine Lines. He went far beyond my expectations.
