Quick to respond and fantastic service! We noticed a flat tire at 11pm on a Saturday night. Columbus Towing Service in Airport came out quickly and charged us a very reasonable rate for a tire fix. Definitely use them again!

I had to get my car towed yesterday. After calling a couple tow services, none would do the tow for a reasonable price since it was so far away. Columbus Towing Service in Airport was the best! They were able to do the tow for a reasonable price. I was so impressed. Easily one of the best tow experiences!

This is now the second time ive posted this review. It keeps conveniently being deleted 🤔.Update- they charged my card when they claimed they would not and are refusing to let me speak to management. Ive called three times and they always dont have a manager. He works tomorrow... EXCUSE EXCUSE EXCUSE.To say this place is a joke is an understatement. I called at 1:10pm for my car to be towed. I was told it would be 40 minutes until arrival. An hour later no one showed up. I called back to see where they were and was told it would be an additional 30 mins. An hour later still no arrival. I called back and was told theyd be there soon. three and a half hours after the initial call someone showed up. I was then told by the very nice tow truck man that they had the wrong tow truck to tow me and wouldnt be able to help me. I was then told that my card would not be being charged since they came out and were unable to help me. Okay great! After three and half hours im not charged because the service wasnt completed, awesome! Until I decided to double check my account after how shady this company has been to find out that not only was I charged but I was lied to about it. When I say RUN from this company, I do mean SPRINT. DONT PASS GO. When I called asking to speak to a manager I was repeatedly hung up on and disrespected by the phone workers. Im going to be reporting the company to my credit card company as fraud as well as reporting them to the better business bureau. Save yourself some time and a lot of money by calling Broad and James Towing instead. They were half the cost and showed up in an hour. Actually towed my car and helped me.

Great service! My car wouldnt start and I needed to have it jumped. Columbus Towing Service in Airport was able to arrive quickly and get my car started at a reasonable price. I will use them again for any roadside assistance!

Great tow service. Came early and has boards for your lowered ride. Took care of my car to the shop from my house. I would definitely use this service again.

Excellent service. They picked up my broken car and got it to my destination which was 3 miles away. Ill definitely use them again for my towing needs.

Super nice tow truck driver guy came and rescued me and my car with dead battery within twenty minutes of my call. His price was very reasonable and I was back on my way in five minutes of him charging my battery. Excellent service all around! Recommend this service to everyone.

Ive never written a review for a towing business but I really had such a great experience with Columbus Towing Service in Airport. Their service was great, fast and friendly. Hopefully I wont need another tow anytime soon, but if I do I will definitely be using you guys again.

Very responsive, on time and fairly priced. My cars battery died at the worst possible time in the worst possible place. Luckily, these guys were there with jumper cables ready to help within just a few minutes of me calling. Definitely recommended.

Great option for towing or moving machinery. They gave us a really competitive price on moving a forklift and the driver showed up even earlier than we scheduled. Very professional, courteous, affordable and timely. Would definitely recommend using them. Columbus Towing are the best!

My hybrid Prius had no electric power. It was also parallel parked in a very tight spot, on a Brooklyn side street. Jets showed up right on time and went to work. Like a magician, with chains, hooks, and hydraulic power....he went to work. 15 minutes later the car was on its way to the service station. I asked him if patience was the key. He said it was, and having no plan. Stay loose. Getting the car off the tower wasnt easy either...but creatively he did it. I told him that he was very good at what he does. He smiled and said it was his second day on the job! More proof that they provide good service and have good people at Jets!!

Columbus Towing Service in Airport came RIGHT out to me in the middle of nowhere to change my tire. After waiting 3 1/2 hours for another company, he was there within 20 minutes. He was very friendly, nice and got the job done quick. His family has been living in the area since the mid 1880s! If you are in the area, definitely use them!

I got sucked into a drift and called them for help. He was kind and fast to respond, at my location within 10 minutes. He was also careful to maintain the integrity of my vehicle and did not over service and over charge by using a wrecker when it wasnt needed. I would call again and highly recommend!!

Mario came out and helped us tonight. He arrived sooner than expected, assisted us with our problem, gave us some advice about next steps, made sure we could safely use our car, and saved us a LOT of money. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful!
