Great mechanic! I took my car here after a different company failed to fix my brake problem. 2 Brothers diagnosed the problem, identified a service bulletin from the manufacturer, and had it fixed the same day. They did great work and when a warranty issue popped up, they fixed it immediately. No questions asked, and no charge to me. There was no attempt to upsell me on an oil change or anything I didnt need. They were fast and friendly and good at listening to my concerns and doing everything I needed. Definitely recommended.

Very rude and unprofessional. Lady that runs the shop and answers the phone hang up on her customers. Take your money somewhere else. They lied about estimate/invoice and will hold your vehicle hostage if you do not pay what they are asking.

Not happy with the new crew. Service is not the same. The workers do not listen to the customers. They fix what they want with now high prices.

These guys (and gal) are awesome. We bought a vehicle from there lot and after 1day(YES 1DAY!) It wouldnt hardly run. Now, if Im not mistaken they had no obligations to fix anything after the title was transferred. That is why I gave them 5 starts because they fixed it for free! And because they are great car guys that do great business.

Such a great place to take your vehicle. They got me in for tire replacement on one days notice. I had to get 4 new tires and the whole swap took less than an hour! All staff is extremely professional & knowledgeable about their craft. Wouldnt trust anyone else with my car!

Totally unprofessional rollback driver honking and running red lights. Certainly wouldnt trust my car to be towed by them. Used 2BA in the past for our heavy diesel needs. They were unprofessional then, and looks like nothing has changed. Also doesnt seem like a safe place since the owner feels the need to have a gun on his hip.EDIT: Just listen to the owners responses. Is this how you want someone treating you when there is an issue? Thats how he treated me when they messed up my commercial truck.

Great auto shop helpful staff

Charged $300 for a battery where every other place charges $100. Then had a flat tire that they didn’t patch, just rubbed some oil on it and charged $30 for that. $330 wasted at some place that I will NEVER go to again. They charge a $45 service fee for using their place. Just a money grab.

I’ve known the owner Jack since his earlier days, he is an honest committed hard working guy. I’ve had my company cars my personal vehicles and family members repairs being conducted here for years.

My car needed fixed, I worked all week. Woke up this morning had to do the adult thing so I called 2 Brothers, today is Saturday I didnt have much hope that anything would get done today. Plus Ohio State playing Penn State today. I called they kind of diagnosed the problem over the phone, Triple AAA got my car from stuck in park. Got to 2 Brothers about 10am problem fixed. I am home by noon on a Saturday, a football Saturday. This is my second time using 2 Brothers so if you are in need of a good place to take you car. Give them a try. This place has been great with taking care of my wifes car and even my old man takes his trucks here now in his old age. If its a job I cant fix or have time to I only trust these guys. They are responsibly priced and dont try and rip people off like other shops do. Highly recommend them!

Took my car in for some noise coming from front of car. Diagnosed with a broken tie rod. Had tie rod replaced and a wheel alignment completed. Took car back to shop to complain that car was pulling. Made an appointment for two weeks out to have alignment redone. When I showed up for appointment - after they tried to charge me for a new alignment (which I refused), the owner came back and told me that the car was wrecked, and that they could not do. When I asked why they scheduled me an appointment for service they would not do, got a blank stare for a response. Would not recommend. ANYONE give this shop their business.

Great customer service plus fixed eveythinhg great price

These guys really helped us, starting with a very attentive and patient wrecker following an accident and through the next day as we had to say goodbye to an older car that they were taking in on salvage. They were good to us in ways that they didn’t have to be and that were an inconvenience for them. It’s the sort of help you hope to never need again, but if we do, I’ll gladly work with them.

I recently had to have brake lines replaced and decided to take my vehicle to 2 Brothers Automotive. I didnt have an issue with paying to cost for the repair but I would have liked the repair to be complete. After paying for the service, my husband and I went out to the vehicle and were very surprised because 2 amplifiers were stolen, the wires were cut clean and the On Star wire was also cut. We went back into the shop and requested to view the camera. The manager, told us she would need to get approval from the owner. Even though we were frustrated, we went home. The very next morning I started my vehicle that 2 Brothers Automotive repaired but my brakes went to the floor! I called 2 Brothers promptly and they advised me to bring the vehicle back in. I asked if we could take it else where to a place where the vehicle would be locked up in case the repair isnt finished during the day. This request was also refused and they insisted I bring it back to them. Im sure anyone can appreciate that my trust in this establishment was gone. Therefore, I decided to make a police report. The officer that came looked inside my vehicle and saw all of the cut wires. He decided that it may help if he went to the business and requested to view the video. Well, they denied him access as well.The business performs poor quality work and it is my belief that this type of issue may have happened to others.

Honest People. Honest Service, totally Customer Service Oriented. Ive not compared prices.. I only know they solve my problems graciously. IF they are pricey - I DONT CARE !

My boyfriend went there on a recommendation from his son in law to have some work done on his car. He was happy with the quality of work and the price. I was having problems with my air conditioning so I took my car in to have it looked at. They had to order the products I needed and I had to reschedule to come in. I asked them how long the appointment would take because I had a full day. I was told an hour. I arrived for my appointment and waited over an hour and a half until I noticed the delivery guy come in with the product that they had ordered for my car!! Another hour went by and now my next appointment was in 45 minutes and I was half an hour away from it. Thats when three owners wife came in. I told her what had happened and demanded my car back. I had already paid for the product and had to pay for the service. And after over $250 the problem was still not fixed. This happened over 2 years ago and I am still upset aboit it. Save your money and your sanity and go someplace else

Almost went to work for them when they first opened up years ago, I was the manager of the Firestone location that was previously located here. Seems like an honest group of guys and very knowledgeable however at the time I was a little scared of being a 1099 subcontractor (which I should have not been, live and learn). But in the years since I have opened my own shop and these guys have towed several cars to my shop over the years. They are very prompt and courteous as well as accommodations if helping us get an unmovable vehicle inside or facility (something that most wrecker drivers are too unskilled to accomplish). Im sure that if their service staff are as good as their towing and recovery staff, youll have a great experience.And for those of you complaining about their parts pricing, just as most any other shop including my own, we must put a markup on parts to pay our overhead. If we sold parts for our cost we wouldnt be around long enough to provide our warranty services in the event that said parts would fail (which does happen from time to time). This markup parts our electric bills, pays office staff, and helps pay technicians for doing warranty repairs where we collect nothing from the customer in the end. We are technicians, not mind readers or fortune tellers. Its appears that 2 Brothers operates on the same principals as any reputable shop....... The 3Bs of auto repair....... Didnt build it, didnt buy it, didnt break it. Were just here to fix it!Bad reviews happen, you cant please them all. Keep up the good work fellas!

After getting rear ended on the highway they were the tow company triple A found me and they also were the auto body company who fixed the accidents damage, and they did a good job. The tow truck driver even gave me a ride to the airport to save me some money. Wish they would have caught the faulty tail light but they fixed it quickly for me when it was found.

These guys really took their time to get the job done 100% I really appreciate it they did a excellent Job on my box truck & I give this company a 10 out of 10 highly recommended

Very prompt service. They are honest and will help you out with the price on repairs. They are the most friendly staff I have met when dealing with auto repair shops. I had a major Issue I thought was going to keep my vehicle off the rode for at least a month. They called me back 6 days later saying it was done and cheaper then had first told me.

I have tried using this place 2 times since they are next door and each time I went in I was ignored, and waited for 15 minutes before finally just leaving

This shop is an exception to the rule. I have experienced first hand their care for their customer. Although their internal communication could be improved- they really do want the best for each customer. Car repair prices are what they are, this shop is very fair.I handle service contracts for a living, so shopping for the best price vs service is second nature. This shop provides BOTH!The waiting area is small so plan for that, but the service makes up for it.

My truck got a flat and was at my house on street. I called and these wonder men were at my house so quickly. Tim was very calming over the phone and Bryan also was very reassuring the whole time and so very kind while I was so upset. Fixed the tire and made sure I was able to pull it in to my driveway. I WOuLd NEVER GO THERE AGAIN , Ive been a regular costumer since last year . Every time i go there i spend a lot of money to get my truck fixed , today they broke my brake button and they didnt want to fix it all what he says i didnt do it and he walked away . And the last time i went there the engine light comes up literally after i left the store and they didnt fix it , they dont stand behind theyre work. Now i have to take my truck to another mechanic and pay for something they broke.

Sign on the door says Open 7am... I showed up at 7am on a Tuesday, and no one was there. Edit: Turns out I left as someone was arriving to open the shop.Edit 2: picked up my truck from getting serviced, and Jack was as nice as could be. It was important to him that he made right, and so didnt charge me for the oil change. Pleasant people all around. Side note for those interested; they torque wrench lugs back on, as opposed to air gun. Proper! I will continue to support this fine local business.

Tell your drivers to slow down, especially when the flat bed has a car on it and is towing a car.

Had my first contact with 2 brothers over the past 48 hours. After leaving a restaurant, unfortunately found that my car would not start. Tow truck driver was friendly, courteous, and professional. Subsequently, car was towed to their service facility. They started diagnosing the problem the next day. Quickly received a call giving their opinion of the issue. Did not try to sell me something I didnt need. From my first exposure, seems to be a place of honesty and integrity. Will definitely return if needed. Thank you.

My husbands ruck broke down and we thought his engine blow. We called two brothers and they towed our truck to their shop for free. They could have of taken us to the cleaners but they were honest and it was just the coils and we walked away only having to pay much less then we thought. We will only go to them moving forward. They were thoughtful and honest. Thank you two bothers.

Jack, the owner, went above and beyond for me today. He truly is a great soul. The whole crew is knowledgeable and professional. Id also like to give props to Tim for explaining everything to me in such a manner, that I not only understood what was going on, but didnt feel like I was being talked down to (unlike I have been at other shops). These guys were great. Walked me through the strange sound coming out of my engine and showed me the wear on the timing belt. Gave me the price up front and got me out of there fairly quick for a busy Friday. I really appreciate them getting my car fixed up and back on the road!

I paid for my car to be fixed at this company in Feb. It had overheated and the had to replace the cooling fan and relay switch. About 7 months later the cooling fan went out again, exactly 16 days later the same thing happened. They kept my car to fix it again. My husband had worked for them for almost 4 yrs and was a tow truck driver. He had a really bad accident in 10/13/19 and he is very lucky he is not dead. They fired him on 10/24/19 and they finally gave me my car back on 10/25/19. At the time.of me picking up my car they told there was no paperwork for the repairs and I could not bring my car back there to be fixed because my husband did not work there anymore. So do not go here if you value your vehicle.

They stole my stereo system out of my truck and didnt fix my breaks. I had to take my truck to another shop to get them fixed properly.

We were from out of town and didnt know anyone. Our alternator went out and 2 Brothers worked on our Escape and had it ready the next day so we could make it home on time. The staff was friendly. I had the absolute best experience at 2 Brothers Automotive. I came to get a new tire and David noticed that the previous work that was done by another shop was horribly wrong. He ordered brand new tire rods that were free of charge because he didnt want my son and I traveling in an unsafe car. I cant believe the service that I received today! Avoid this place like the plaque. They over charge almost all services/parts compared to other places. Even Good Year will beat their quotes by a large margin.Also, if they offer you a car that they have fixed up, dont think about purchasing it. The guys at two brothers are good people. I had them do an injector pump on my dodge. They were open and honest about everything and did a great job on my truck. Will be returning for future repairs and I would recommend them to anyone.

2 Brothers was a godsend; restoring my faith in people and customer relations in business. While on a road trip to Cleveland from KY, I had an emergency pop up. As luck (or beneficial fate) had it, I left the highway on an exit ramp that placed me directly at 2 Brothers shop. The owner (Jack) immediately dispatched a top mechanic (David) to render temp repairs sufficient for me to continue my trip until I could return home for more permanent repair from my dealership in KY. They not only are experts at what they do, but were most courteous and sensitive to my plight, and in many ways saved the day. I was on the road in no time. Local patrons should feel blessed to have them and to give them every consideration for tending to automotive needs within their scope of service. As far as Im concerned, they deserve double the 5 stars Im allowed to award them here. Thanks again fellas.

I was referred to 2 Bros by a friend when I bought a 2005 Honda Element about a year and a half ago, and have taken it to them for several things. The 2nd time, they needed to remove the seats to do the repair. One of the seats was missing the pull tab that lets you take it out when I bought it. I didnt ask them to, but they put a new pull tab in the seat, and did not charge me for it. I just took it in today to fix the air conditioning. They didnt have the part and didnt think they could get it until the next day. But I received a call later this afternoon telling me the manager drove to get the part, and I can pick my car up today.They always get my car back to me in one day, they are always personable, straight forward and dont talk down.I have compared their estimates to other places, and they always are less, or comparable to other estimates. (They always are less than the dealer)Im so glad I found them.

Doesnt try to upsell you on things that arent needed. They educate you and let you make the decision.

Extremely unprofessional. My truck set for 14 days, no work got done to it whatsoever (other than diagnostics). I got the runaround on the phone almost every day. This is not my first bad experience with this company, I had the same truck at this garage last year, same thing, extended period of time at the shop, got the runaround, seemed to be a lot of guesswork. I guess I shouldve learned my lesson. Do not be fooled, find somewhere else to go.UPDATE: Took truck to another shop next day, problem was diagnosed and repaired within 3 hours, at less than half the quoted price.

So this review is about a month late bc Ive been so busy, But my experience was great!!! Especially with Tim! They helped me soooo much, on such short notice, at a much cheaper cost than it should have been!! I was supposed to be leaving the next day to go on one of the most important trips of my life (to meet my bio dad) but my car had started acting up just a few days before with quite a few things wrong,expensive things but i was on a very limited budget and didnt have enough to cover everything that needed done so they fixed the things that had to be done before a trip like that and didnt charge me what it should have been worth, not only that took my car immediately to fix it so that i would be able to leave the next day,! It was truly such a blessing and i will always be thankful to them and continue to go to them!!!Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!

I used to work with 2 brothers and have been taking my car there for years. Recently sent a friend of mine there for service, and they came through with shining colors, as is typical. Theyre a small, family run business that is obviously in business to make money(arent we all?), but has that down home, family touch. They provide a one-stop shop for people who dont want to be hassled making a bunch of calls(they provide tows, roadside service, repairs, and even a courtesy shuttle service to and from your house based on availability.) Their prices are competitive for the industry, and so long as you understand that going in, their service is excellent. They will also make the occasional exception for a customer of theirs that has fallen on hard times. Ive seen this first hand several times. However, I imagine this mostly applies to their loyal returning customers that have been coming in for years more than random people coming in off the street expecting something for free. Ive always sent my friends here, and have never had a complaint.

First in foremost customer service dont exist with this company. I live right around the corner had a simple job in which I needed done. Which was taking my custom wheels off my car and putting back on my factory wheels. Everything was already mounted and balance the job was a simple tire rotation. after parking and getting out my car I was approached in the parking lot and asked a series of repair questions other than what I was there for. Once the manager realized what I was there for he told he he didnt want to do the job. I have never been to a business that erected business because it want worth their time. Last time I checked it didnt matter if the job was 20 dollars or 200 dollars its a job that you do.I wouldnt recommend anyone to this shop. they are highly unprofessional, and only looking for money. I wouldnt trust any estimate that they give you for repair work.

Had a horrible experience with this establishment. I took my vehicle in for alternator to be replaced. The only reason I took it to them instead of my normal shop was because the car needed to be towed. They are less than a mile from my house and AAA would only tow it 3 miles for free. When I called them they were not able to match my normal shops price and informed me it was probably because they would be using a re-manufactured part for the reason they were so cheap in comparison. They said they would match the price if I was ok with them using a re-manufactured part. I asked the service manager if I could get a year out of the part. He said It could last a day, week, month, years. I asked if they would guarantee their work and the part if something went wrong with it. He assured me they would. After the part was changed, I drove it home no problem. The very next morning the car started doing EXACTLY what I took it in for. I called them and spoke to an owner about how I did not want to pay $40 to have it towed there. He never said one way or another and sent a wrecker to pick it up. They called me and informed me the vehicle was ready to be picked up. They claimed that it was not their fault that situation came up, and that an after market wire that connects to the alternator was to blame. Since I am not a mechanic and had never allowed them to work on my vehicle before, I was hesitant to take their word on the matter. The owner became very irate and accused me of suggesting their business was shady(I did not!). He then said I am no crook, you can now that because I am certified, and a Christian. He then grabbed the money for the tow that I had just handed to the service manager and said If it is that big of a deal to you, just keep it! and threw it back to me. I wouldve let all this go except the fact that the vehicle recently threw the tension belt. They refuse to admit that is likely due to the alternator pulley, and insist on blaming it on another pulley on the system. I hope any one reading this will consider taking their vehicle elsewhere, unless they want to be overcharged, and disrespected.

2 Brothers needs to stop trying to cheat their customers. The pricing is way too high and the service isnt as good as the other two reviews state. They worked on my car got it started but the car is actually running rougher than it did before they touched. The part needed for my car was 3 times the actual cost and the hourly rate they charge to repair is rediculous considering they take forever to make some simple repairs. Another mechanic would have charged me 175.00 versus the almost $500.00 they charged me. I would suggest you have your car checked out somewhere else as well. They will charge for services they didnt do but say they did or perform a service that clearly wont fix your problem but theyll charge you for it. Beware if they quote you a price and you decide to go where it is more affordable they will find a way to get no less than $150.00 out of you for a fake service they said they performed or they perform a service that will have no effect on the repair of the car and charge you for it. This review is from a customer of theirs that doesnt want to see anyone overcharged.I really think the two positive posts were written by the 2 brothers people anyway.

I just bought a bmw and was told it was all solid. On my way home, about a half hour in I had nothing but coolent issues and had to leave the car parked across the street over night. The next day I went back to replace the lower radiator hose and the sensor. But the sensor continued to leak coolent even though I had a brand new hose. These guys hooked me up with several o-rings for my sensor and plenty of lube for the sensor for free and offered to help anyway they could. Pointed me in the direction to any parts store near by that might have parts in stock. Great customer service, very helpful. If it wasnt for these guys Id honestly probably still be stuck in columbus.

I live in NY and drove to Columbus for a conference, the starter on my car gave out when I was there and after a shoddy road side fix attempt by a freelance mechanic I had the car towed to two brothers automotive. They looked up the car and diagnosed the problem in no time, they had to correct the job of the earlier road side fix and did this all with a smile and kindness. They are great people!!!!!

Really really slow service, Druging time ( charging per hours) ,and keep promising you that it will be done soon....Lie to you to get you in and keep you in as long as possible.Do not recomend.I called them for towing service. Driver who came was really polite and talk me in to go for repair to their shop, it was 2pm. Sins then, Truck never been in garage, sitting on the side of the building, Next day at 11AM they couldnt tell me what problem is ( problem is that its broke down, said guy at a counter). After walking back and forth , asking when they will start working on it, they finaly send mechanic to take starter off and told me that there are codes coming up and it may be a major problem ( ofcourse it a major problem,that why i got towed to you yesterday)when i ask then to tow me to other garage, they was supposed to tow me yesterday, they said they dont want to touch my truck anymore. So much for customer service.If you have extra time to waste and dont care about customer service....., go to that garage.

I needed a tow and they were great to work with. They were very professional. Kept me informed about where they were and when they would arrive. I did not go with them to the shop and they called me when they got the car dropped off.

I took my van in their because it was overheating they replaced the fan thermostat and coolant flush I paid 1300 dollars for the service a year later my fan stop working again took it back up their they told me my control module wasn’t working and that would be 900 plus 300 for labor I took it to another mechanic they said my fan wasn’t working properly and he charged me 300 dollars to replace my fan my van is working good now I had to pay for 2 fans I will not go back to 2 brothers!

Recently had my vehicle towed to 2 Brothers with front calipers locking up. My brother in law is a master mechanic for another local competitor or two brothers and was going to have my vehicle towed to them. While working out the towing details 2 Brothers offered to fix it at their location. Typically I have to do a ton of research before I do anything, but being in the pinch I was in and the convenience of having their location close to my home I decided to risk it. I could not be more happy with my decision. Not only did they get my car back on the road in less than 24 hours but also did it far cheaper than even my brother in law could with his friends and family discount. I think I found my new car mechanics from here on out.

If You are rich or just want to waste money I highly recommend 2 brother. Went in because my car needed a new a/c compressor, I walk in and sat for over 15 min before I was assisted. After I explain my car issue they wanted to charge me $(1000)yes a thousand for a a/c comprosser. Also I brought my own a/c comprosser but they told me I have to buy their own. Fyi I took my car else were, which I was charge $(235) I saved over $700.When I asked the guy at 2 brothers why a thousand dollar he told me $700 was for labor what a joker this guy was. also the a/c comprosser I brought in was from Napa, meanin it was the recommended brand for my car, it been 6 months now after I took my car to a different professional shop and my a/c work excellent.

BAIT AND SWITCH. DONT USE THEIR SERVICES. got duped into sending my car to this establishment by the AAA tow truck driver. That was my first mistake. Tow truck driver told me my car couldn’t be jump started because my starter was out. After I declined their attempt to sell me a new battery and starter for $770 I asked to have the car towed to my house. They charged me $100 for “diagnostics” and when I tried to pay with cc on phone they told me I had to come in person because my card could be fraudulent. After some choice words were exchanged I went in with a different tow company to get my car and pay their diagnosis fee and they took my card and never asked me for my ID to prevent my fraudulent credit card. Total joke operation. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

They stayed open late changed my valve stem and replaced my plug free of charge also got me back on the road safely in under a half an hr. Fantastic customer service

I ran over a screw that was lodged in my tire as I was driving from Columbus to Cincinnati this past Sunday. Since I was close to a WalMart (on Stringtown Road in Grove City), I stopped there first and was told it would be a 3 hour wait to even look at it. I went across the street to Firestone and was told it would be several hours.I should have called AAA to begin with; as I was pleasantly surprised to see Alex D. show up within 30 minutes of my call. He was so nice, professional and helpful. He was able to plug the hole and was done in under 15 minutes! And for a price of only $12.50.He made a frustrating experience very easy and pleasant!Would definitely recommend!
