Ive used Cooks Pest Control out of Auburn, Al for about 8 years and have zero complaints. My exterminator always sends a message the night before he services my home. He also sends me a message when hes about 10 minutes away so that I can get my dogs in. I wouldnt consider using anyone else.

I had a technician come out and give me an estimate on servicing my business. When he completed the estimate, I was informed that they wouldnt be providing their service to my business. The reason they gave me was because my line of business conflicted with their religious beliefs!! Unbelievable! I only wanted them to get rid of the pests, not baptize them!

Called yesterday and was told they would be here at 0800 this morning. Its now 0920. No show!

Hired them and for several months they came out and would spray the house for spiders. They only got worse. It was as if they were feeding the spiders so that they could continue to come back
