Excellent service! I called on a Mon morning for animal removal and they were out by lunchtime to help me. Chris and Ashton were very kind and professional. They went above and beyond to help out when no other companies would. A++ service!

We had significant Yellow Jacket activity entering the attic of our home. I contacted 4 other Pest Control companies and none of them were willing to go into the attic and remediate the problem. I was referred to Emergency Pest and Wildlife Services by one of those companies. Justin took my information and sent his team to my residence at 8:00am the next morning. Ashton and Caleb did an excellent job removing the Yellow Jackets and their nests from the attic. There were several very large and active nests that required their expertise. Both their customer service and professionalism in handling the situation could not be rated higher. I would strongly recommend their services. They did the job that no one else was willing to take. Top notch customer service. We had an emergency injured skunk. Chris was very informative, and kind. We couldn’t find anyone to help, or give us the time of day, and Chris and Ashton came to the rescue! My hero’s of the day - literally!

I spoke with Chris. I identified my concerns. Maybe it was an off moment for him, maybe for me too. But the intense contempt and judgment he spouted were beyond anything Id ever expected or experienced from a company representative before. Shocking lack of customer service!! We initially thought something was dead in our chimney and after spending the majority of the day calling other recommendations that people have had on our neighborhood page and being told they couldn’t help us until mid next week, I called Chris and he assured me they would be out the next morning. Chris was so concerned and text me to tell me when they would be out the next morning. Ashton came out and quickly assessed the situation and explained everything. It is so rare to have a company that is honest, kind, and considerate and Emergency Pest and Wildlife is just that. I never felt taken advantage of, they were courteous, and explained everything. Justin and Chris are both very genuine people, as well as true professionals. I would not only use them again, but would recommend them to friends, family, and clients. Chris came out for an inspection an hour after I called, educating me on his findings and giving very honest answers. THE BEST!!! I had forgot that my son had popped the screen out of his window, but on a 60 degree December day you can’t resist wanting to open them to let some fresh air in. They were great. They came at night when we saw a bat in our basement. It was on a holiday in a snow. They followed up the next day and sealed all the entryways for the bat. They were prompt, clean, professional and thorough. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

I can honestly say what everyone is saying in the reviews is ACCURATE AND TRUE. When I called Chris Nash answered the phone, Chris asked me my name and addressed me by my name the entire conversation, he definitely made it very personal. He was very professional the entire time. He had me text him my name and my address and he responded within 20 mins asking me when would I like service today or tomorrow.. 😆 I SAID TODAY PLEASE. Chris made it so feasible that I didnt have to leave work early. He let me choose the time and the date which was SO CONVENIENT. I told him 5:30pm and he was at my house at 5:30pm ready to work.
