I woke up one morning with some nasty-looking bites on my legs. Come to find out I had a severe reaction to bed bug bites. I looked on yelp and this service had great reviews. They sent the technician to our home and he confirmed what we feared. He did a thorough check, noting what he found and set a date to treat. He answered all our questions that day and gave a quick reply whenever we had additional questions. And, believe me, we had plenty of questions. Even after the treatment, he was happy to review pictures of what we thought might be more bugs (but, thankfully werent!). He came out to the house after 45 days to do a follow-up inspection and once more after that just to double-check and make me feel at ease. And, Im thrilled to report that we have been bed bug free! Cant speak highly enough about what a great job he did! He is very knowledgeable, professional, and passionate about his job. And, as a result, he has a fantastic success rate!
