Great place but you must be willing to listen and follow dumb rules if you have a willingness and can follow some rules that may be annoying at times you can recover i have a couple days over 7 months clean today thanks to maryhaven

Maryhaven and The Engagement Center was great source of training in the Drug and Alcohol. Mr. Alexander, was the best boss.

I haven’t been here yet, meaning to Mary Haven. Just doing some research before I do. Looks like the reviews are mixed. Some really good, and some really bad. So I can discern from the lot of them that this place most likely isn’t as terrible as they say. Maybe it is, or maybe they just have such a high turn over rate of patients cause people can’t listen to their counselor’s, or they can’t follow the contracts they sign with the place, so they learn pretty quickly that they are just a distraction for the others. This is not my goal in life, but I love that there’s a methadone clinic. I am from Cincinnati, about an hour North, and in that two hour radius, there’s no other medically safe way except suboxone clinics all over, or get the vivitriol shot, which gives you all kinds of crazy side effects! I mean, I’m tired of suboxone like the rest, but it saves many lives also! Heroin isn’t controlled, like all illegal drugs manufactured in and out of the country, so just make sure you don’t take something and not educate yourself first.

Completely terrible service and communication. After getting a call back from my message I left 2 days ago I attempted to schedule a class. I was finally able to confirm one and after driving 40 minutes the next day I arrived to see no one was there. After trying to call them to fix this Ive just been met with voicemail and automated recordings. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

They care.. & Learn how to spell before just wanting to blow this place off.. They provide services for people that dont have insurance & yeah there may be some hoops to jump through.. How willing are you?? Not just a Government SUBOXONE dispensary as well...

Terrible customer service. Wasted my time for 2 weeks about getting a referral number gave me a run around. Left voicemails everywhere. Just to find out 2 weeks later they dont do contracts with my county. Yet they told me 2 different numbers stating they did. On top,of that everyone I spoke to wouldnt give me their name so I could tell them or speak,later to them. When the supervisor told,me everything I was told basically was inaccurate and they cant help me. Terrible experience.

Women get drugs during court hours and bring them in around other womens children.The children are not supervised a lot of times. Some women just leave their children there to run into other adults rooms, unattended. The women are allowed to talk about any and everything around small children that belong to other women. Women also blast loud music about sex and drugs around the children. The list continues. Women stay up all night screaming and cursing outside the doors of those trying to sleep including children that have school in the morning. All facilities beware, were analyzing. You never know who we are, where we are, or why. We are many.

Ive had more good than bad experiences here. Its a great place if you are willing to get help.

They offer a FREE program, for men & women!! The staff is wonderful, most of them has been through the M.H. program, so they understand.

Nothing but a pathetic government Soboxen dispensary ... go ANY WHERE else and you will happier.

Dont know what I would have done without them. Ive never had a negative experience unlike Comp Drug.

I love the methadone program. But the detox program wasnt that helpful at all!!!!!

What a joke. Been calling for two weeks everyday and get sent to voicemail EVERYTIME. When I finally speak to someone they give u no name or anything just send you to another recording. If u want help this is probably not the place
