Do not recommend if you have insurance coverage. Therapist refused to charge what the coverage amount was supposed to be; required payment of over 5 times. Was unable to get anyone in the office to investigate or respond to ?s. Needless to say, sessions were stopped because it was too stressful dealing with the overcharge issues every appointment.

Ann Hetzel is the worst therapist I have ever encountered. I have known quite a few, in the role as both a Social Worker and a CBT client myself. Anne changes jobs frequently due to her incompetence. She has diagnosed disorders without testing based on her opinion after a few sessions and has been unprofessional when dealing with clients and families. She doesnt keep clients or stay long at locations or jobs because her lack of skill, talent, and empathy that quickly becomes clear to her co-workers and her clients. Visit her more than 5 times and see how it works out.
