There are 2 type of places. Here and north central. Southeast is more for the homeless and violent crowd. There is very few ppl that work here that would care how their patients/client are doing beyond those exit doors. North central will take good care of you as long as you have insurance! Lose it and they will cancel you out the system.Choices are 1: southeast or north central. One your free to be overlooked and the other you can pay to be overlooked.

This place was kind of tricky at first but I keep pushing because my mom is worth it. I’m giving them 5 ⭐️ Because Hailey was so caring, Monica is a caring case manager and the psychiatrist Nicole was outstanding. I’m happy to have them as my moms team and looking forward to her getting all the help she needs. Mental Health help is Chaotic in 2021, But you can find help out here if you DONT give up!!

This entity has yet to refill the script the pharmacy has requested time and time again. There is breakdown in care and this place is the epitome of low quality. The resident caring for my son left and stated an appt would be scheduled but no one called as usual. I had to call and despite telephone and video appointments being offered and advertised was told my son had to do a face to face appointment but he has no transportation or money for a bus or taxi. The case manager is on vacation until Lord knows when according to his voicemail (he did not state a return date or alternate contact in his absence). Several requests for vouchers and bus passes have been requested as well as alternate resource referral to address unmet social determinants.Wonder how many other patients are not receiving quality care, yet insurers are covering costs for services that are clearly not being provided and grant funders are sowing into this place? Unbelievable! Let me know when my son’s prescription is refilled and a case manager is available to link him with resources to address his many unmet social determinants.Update: This place has YET to call in my son’s prescriptions since the resident, Dr. Standfield left; no case worker is ever available it seems until a complaint is made; my son has no transportation but was refused a phone/video appt. to ensure no break in care occurred.

Why has there been no answer at the receptionist desk for past couple days and the voicemail is full? These businesses and their poor practices is annoying. The case manager Joyce has yet to contact my son post hospitalization and/or inform him of any therapeutic interventions or link him with community resources. These places just make up what they believe funding sources want to hear to get the money and actually careLESS about your loved one. I tell you the front desk has the rudest little girl greeting this vulnerable population and she keeps an attitude (been there twice with my son and not impressed). The psychiatrist is a resident and I do like him thus far but for the nurses, case managers and alternate staff there is dire need for training and/or termination.

I was given a peer support person called Kelli Shoupe in “My Recovery Works.” That person called only once and never called back again, even though my counselor spoke with her as to why she didn’t call (she said she did, but never left a message or tried again, and I suspect she never called at all). She told my counselor she’d try calling again on a certain day. I watched the phone all day, and nothing, and nothing since. Then I tried calling and there are several associated groups and programs that don’t know much about the other, and no one knows who anyone is or who to transfer you to or even if the recovery works program is still going on. I think they get government assistance to help people, which gives them a job for sure whether they are doing their job or not, so they have no motivation to do a good job. Typical government run waste of money probably. If I’m wrong, I’ll never know, because no one can be reached.

It can seem a bit chaotic there but Ive always been helped here. My pcp and therapists have always been kind and listened to what I had to say. If youre expecting a quick fix or easy fix this is not the facility for that. You will get help but you have to put in the work for it.

Horrible place. Front Desk is uneducated on their duties and services. First time I went, they said my insurance wasnt covered. It was. Second time I went for an emergency, and explained the emergency to two different people, but they said there was nothing they could do to address it immediately. There was something they could do. When they were questioned about the event, they lied and said I did not tell them the emergency. I did. Twice. Will never go here again. And I would suggest anyone with options find a place with staff that are aware of the system and services they provide.

Have been a mental health patient for 5yrs now; unfortunately. Have NEVER received the treatment or care I needed. Many of times while in the midst of a panic attack, I was escorted like trash to Netcare. Never seen by a nurse or called afterwards to check on me.I was more stable before this place. It’s sad to see so many drug addicts catered to as victims but us who have “real” issues are left to die.Front desk ladies are rude and have no clue about mental health. The therapists and psychiatrists are younger than me or don’t speak English. They learned their knowledge in one year of an online course and try to tell me what I live through everyday. I live this, I don’t read about it like you. This place is a joke and insurance scam network. They charge my insurance for an hour but I see someone for 15mins. Then when I asked for discharge paperwork, they say I have to pay for it. It’s mine and I’ve paid plenty extra from your insurance scamming. Finally found a great mental health agency, no help from my case manager at Southeast but from my insurance and Medicaid case management.Long story short;DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. THEY MAKE YOU INSANE WITH MEDICATIONS NOT TO BE USED IN PSYCHIATRY. PLEASE, FOR YOUR SAKE OF STAYING ALIVE, CALL SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
