My very first appointment the counselor did not make eye contact with me once, she stared down at her notepad scribbling things down while I was trying to open up to her. The most impersonal counseling I have ever been to in my life and it wasn’t close, she made absolutely no attempt to connect with me as a person or comfort me in any way. Just kind of said “so are you sad?” and hoped I would ramble until the clock ran out. They have sent me the bill for the appointment multiple times even though I already paid it. Whatever counselor has the dyed blue hair is not fit to be counseling anyone in a bad emotional state, I left the meeting feeling worse than ever. Thanks

I want to start off by saying that we have felt so welcome. The lady at the desk is so nice. My daughter Olivia loves coming and looks forward to seeing her counselor. I highly recommend open arms❤️❤️To everyone. So professional, nice and welcoming.

Open Arms Counseling provided a very positive experience for me. They were able to genuinely understand my needs and quickly provide the guidance I needed. It has all ready had a big impact on my life. I am thankful that I found them.

The student therapist cancelled 2/3 (two thirds) of the appointments because she had an emergency. It was the receptionist that informed me.
