Why people who work for this county s=are discriminating against peoplewith disabilities? Phone calls are not returning, issues are not addressed. Is your agency still involved in non compliance? Like the time post cards were sent to all people who had a emotional issues after all kind of procedures to correct their health issues they are developed as a side effects. Your agency didnt comply with HIP PA BY SENDING THEIR PRIVATE INFORMATION ON A OPEN POST CARD. DID YOU TRY TO SAVE MONEY ????? OR YOU JUST DIDNT CARE ABOUT CONSEQUENCES BECAUSE WE ARE NOT IMPORTANT FOR YOUR AGENCY????????????VIOLATORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This agency is responsible for extreme negligence and discrimination when it comes to mental health patients. They will do everything in their power to find housing and quality care for drug addicts and felons who are not protected classes of citizens under the constitution of the State of Ohio, but will do almost nothing for the mentally ill, especially males, even those of us who have been determined to be permanently disabled by the social security administration, who had their disease onset under 18 at no fault of our own.I have been on the waiting list for Section 8 since 2014 and have been working with Columbus Area Integrated Health Services to get into CMHA supportive housing since 2017. Because Im Jewish and need housing near to a synagogue so I can practice my religious beliefs, none of these agencies will work with me.Without providing me housing or case management services, they reassigned me to North Central who were over 30 minutes late to my intake appointment. I will not be meeting with them. As a person who suffers from psychosis and anxiety, it is unreasonable to expect me to sit in a waiting room full of drug users and felons for hours on end. This is the same reason I cannot stay at Friends of the Homeless and have to spend over half my check just renting a room in an unsafe and over-priced environment. After a certain point, this kind of negligence becomes systemic discrimination. I would be very interested to know just how many Jewish people actually get housing from this agency. As far as I know they have NOTHING in the areas surrounding our places of worship to allow us to practice our faith. I bet the number of Jews they service is close to 0.

BBB BureauRe: Club Serenite Bell Center 813 Bryden Road, Columbus, Ohio 43215Dear Sirs:Plaintiff in the above style letter head has been soliciting Club Serenite since November 2012. Plaintiff visited a staff member’s apartment “Kenneth”: and his apartment smelt like “Death”. Death is a smell, that Plaintiff will never forget or confuse with anything else; but “Kenneth” had invited the Plaintiff prior to the visit to Club Serenite.Club Serenite has a web site that list annual expenses and moneys received in the range of millions of dollars: to prove to the public access to a computer room for mentally ill people, drug addicted people: AA & NA, homeless people, and other people who need to survive. “Terri Gales” wrote the program and is funded by the ADAMH BOARD. In order to visit the club all is needed is to sign up, and that’s it. Plaintiff signed up with the Peer Center a Co-Partner November 2012. Terri Gales swears on her web site she is saving lives in the Columbus Area; with her Computer lab: and you are able to print for free, but “Terri Gales” disabled (2) of (3) Computers in the lab, and she uses the (3rd) one that prints so, nobody can print except her: and that money she is getting from the ADAMH BOARD is not for her; but the community.Plaintiff visited the Peer Center located at 1221 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215; also where “Kenneth” works, and he knew the Plaintiff did not like him after the visit to his apartment, and she asked him not to speak to her any more. Kenneth knows Plaintiff does not want to have anything to do with him. Yet, every times she comes to Club Serenite he continually, ask her questions over and over again; the same questions just to harass her. Also, “Mark Ross” harasses the Plaintiff, questioning her about what she is doing there; and Plaintiff has asked Mark Ross not to question her, or talk to her. She is not there to visit him or “Kenneth”.The Club has not been open for the past two (2) years during the week; and only on the weekends for a short time. This year the times has changed (4) times; and each time they never honor their hours of operation. BUT, they have a scheduled post by the back where (31) employees are listed, who are signing in for the whole week, (40) hours, on pay roll. Plaintiff has only seen (5) employees working in the Bell Center actively for the pass two (2) year. Plaintiff feels they are embezzling money far beyond millions of dollars: and they disabled the printer (2) weeks ago, and won’t the Plaintiff print.
