I am SO SICK of the Lewis Center location closing early! I went at 715 tonight; closed. There were two cars behind me that tried to go too. When I drove by again at 845, the workers were still there doing, who knows what, because they’d been closed for at least 90 minutes. I have the unlimited pass, but with the FOUR times I’ve gone and they closed early, I could’ve skipped a month of payments!OMG! It just happened again! Their hours are listed 8a-8p, but at 630p, they’re closed AGAIN!

Good kids. I had dropped my card and received a call back from the young woman at the cashier to pick it up. She even notified me the next day when she was out, where and with whom my card would be. Thats great service. No issues with car wash so overall Im happy.

I signed up for the 30 day wash program, I’ve not previously enrolled in any car wash program so we’ll see how Goo Goo stands up to the competition.One thing stands out is convenience, they are close by.DgR

I have to get my car washed for my job weekly sometimes multiple times in a week. This was a great experience, the staff is friendly and helpful. My car was clean without damage or scratches. I truly appreciate that! The free vacuum was nice too.

I have 2 memberships and am probably canceling both as soon as I find another car wash company that will allow cars to go through both kiosks. Goo Goo ALWAYS has one kiosk blocked even though they both work. Too many times Ive been behind a person that cant operate the kiosk and an employee has to come out to help them. While helping that person the line backs up and NO ONE is going through the wash. Sometimes enough time passes that 4 or 5 cars could have gone through the other side and been gone and on their way with their lives in the amount of time it takes to help the person who cant figure out how to swipe their card. Ive had it! Ive brought it up to employees more than once (at 2 locations). If anyone knows of a wash that has more than one kiosk and keeps them open please let me know.

This is the best location. The vacuums are never clogged. They maintain the place well and the equipment actually cleaned your car. I frequent a different location that doesnt clean your car nearly as well.

Friendly, fully explained membership. As I was about to enter car wash, I had a problem getting window up & another car was right behind me. Both attendants helped me & I was finally able to proceed with the wash

I visited the 8402 N High St, Columbus, OH 43235 location on the morning of March 17th 2021. There was an attendant at the POS terminal who helped me with the payment. As we went through the wash I noticed the brushes/machine that was supposed to clean the passenger side of the car was broken. After exiting the wash I parked my car to let the attendant know. To my amazement, she already knew. Yet she happily took my money for a wash that was not going to do the job. Why not tell me up front that the wash was broken? Why was the wash even accepting customers?This was beyond a disappointing experience. I will certainly not return to your business.

Update: I got charged twice on my membership couldn’t get hold of them on the phone but i went there in person and they fixed the issue right away. Overall I had a good experience and staff were very friendly

Pay for the monthly wash service. Use it. Keep coming back. GooGoo is my favorite car wash, and this GooGoo is my favorite of them.

Paid for this “wash” and I have to put my own a Brennan back on. Go to Moo Moo even if it’s out of the way.

No better than the $10 gas station washes. Over $20 for a wash that left bug residue on the hood and fenders. Floor mat vacuum was broken. The previous time I went their vacuums had no suction. I wont be back.

The only issue employee was pushing for buying washing coupons great idea wrong approach,they shorten the vacuum hose ,they no longer provide paper to dry off your vehicle

Does the best job in the area. Subscriptions make it easy to keep your car clean all the time.

I have their monthly membership at this point, and often go 2x a day. Thorough, helpful, friendly staff help provide the perfect plan for your cars cosmetic upkeep through these harsh, cold winters.

This place was fabulous. The wash for $9 was plenty. The suction in vacuuming was like no other. Way more powerful than other car washes. I got my big truck plenty clean. If I lived closer Id be a member.

Pretty decent car wash. Every automated car wash that I have been to misses areas on big vehicles. A guy came out to help me swipe my card. Well that was the excuse anyways. Tried very persistently to sell me a monthly plan. The deals were actually good, in comparison to the inflated single wash prices. Good way to push you into a monthly plan, but I just dont live close enough to take advantage of it. They have several levels of products that get applied while you go through the wash.

Sometimes they’re understaffed so they close the car wash. But other than that I’ve been satisfied.

Left soap on my car even after the nice lady let me go back through for free to rinse it off with the same outcome. Had to go to another car wash to spray my car off after paying here. Then I noticed all the swirl marks this place left on my car. Probably from the long straps? The second part of the wash. I will never use this carwash again. I now have to get my car buffed to take care of all the swirl marks. Im very unsatisfied with this however I do appreciate the ladys effort to remedy the soap issue. I am would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want your car scratched up.

For the price it was good, the tire cleaner could be more effective on cleaning the rims.

Decided to go ahead and get a car wash today. So, of course I headed on over to my nearest goo goo and as usual I was extremely satisfied with the service provided. However, I’ve been to other goo goo establishments in the surrounding area, but they just don’t seem to compare to this location. The employees are always so friendly and enthusiastic to help. Especially, one individual. I’ve seen him a couple of times when I’ve come through in the past, but he really made an impression on me when I unknowingly almost got a shower along with my car wash. I had forgotten to shut my sun roof and luckily Drew was on top of his job and gave me a heads up. It’s the little things like that, that keep me returning to goo goo. Keep up the hard work Drew! If u get a poly service, ur car shine

Things have really changed. No more self-prewash bucket, and the staff-provided prewash was... lets spritz some water on 10% of the car and call it done. Also, no air freshener provided. I was confused because there was no line, and you would think people would be happy to be back to work after 9 weeks of shelter in place orders. I guess not. A few vacuums are broken but take away from the overall suction. Otherwise, it was an ok experience, just bot the typical experience I have been accustomed to over the years.

Very dissatisfied with this company, with whom we made a formal complaint over 2 weeks ago, and still have not heard from their HR.

I just paid $21 for a $5 car wash.They only wash the exterior and barely that.They have vacuums you can use but they should be labeled for entertainment purposes only as they had hardly any suction and an end so big it could not get any any small places.What a rip-off.You can get a much better car wash for less money elsewhere.I wont be back.

Great facility! Use it regularly. Recently, my wife took one her vehicle there and had an issue with the tire shine after a wash. Later that day, I called them and they had me come back up to run it through again. Great customer service. They will continue to earn my business.

Worst car wash experience I have ever had. I specifically asked for them to retract the brushes so I could get a quick rinse of my new car. They reassured me over and over that nothing would touch my car. Immediately after driving in the brushes scrape my car leaving a mark. Young boys running the car wash not competent enough to be trusted with multi thousand dollar investments. The incredibly young and unprofessional manager offered me a gift card so I could go back and scratch my car again. Will never return. Will never recommend. Will file a complaint with the attorney general and BBB.

Car wash was good. The extra effort to get rid of crud on the front and back of the car before you entered the wash was appreciated. The car scent promotion was a bit too strong for me.

Wish I could like this place as it’s near my home, but every time I go my car is still soaking wet after going through the dryer. I have a subscription with moo moo now and they do a great job.

It never fails, my car will be clean in the front and on the sides, but for some strange reason the back never gets completely clean... They really need to look into this, because Im sure its not just my vehicle...Other than that, sometimes the vacuum hoses dont work as well, but when they do its a great added extra!

Didnt get the dirt off my car, soap still on it when I pulled out, credit card reader did not work, and the suction on the vacuums have terrible suction.

Loved it. Free vacuums and areas with machines to clean formats adding a great complimentary air freshener at every visit. I wish there were more around. The uniforms were funny on the workers.

They love to remove my antenna without even asking first.

They normally have towels to dry your car with and put a bag over the rear wiper, and neither were done during my most recent visit

The most expensive wash doesnt really seem to make a difference compared to the one that is like $6 cheaper. But I will say that I like that there are free vacuums that really suck pretty well. I like the floor mat machine that vacuums those systematically. And I like that there are thick paper towels available to wipe down your windows, inside, and even tires.

Normally has quick and easy service, but the day I was there 3/4 of the vacuum stations were closed and the Tire Shine machine was out of service as well!? 🙄

There is not a Goo Goo close to me so I have always used Moo Moo. Today I was near a Goo Goo and needed a wash, so you guessed it, I went through. After I exited the wash I stopped at the vacuums as I always do at any car wash, not to vacuum but to dry the car the rest of the way off. As I was drying my towel continued to get dirtier and dirtier. It was like I was washing the car with my towel. Got to the back side of the SUV and the entire back was like it had never been touched by the wash at all, it was filthy. Finished drying and cleaning the back as much as I could and went on my way. Well, when I made it to my destination I got out and both sides of my car had white sprayed all the way down both sides. It was the soap that had apparently been only partially washed away as I drove it made it’s way out and down both sides of the car. I honestly think it looked cleaner before my trip through the Goo Goo wash. Now I have to go to another wash to actually get it clean. This was not just an cheap wash, this was the $18 high end variety. I’m hoping it was just a bad day at the wash but reading other reviews it seems normal.

They washed my car. 5 stars. They had a bucket outside before you drive to the car wash proper with soap and a brush which is nice if you need to clean your wheels before going in.

All goo goo car wash locations are the best in town

I have a monthly membership and use it weekly. The tag is always easily read upon pulling up to the kiosk. There is never much of a line. The attendants pop right out as soon as I pull up and they usually remember to put the cover on my rear wiper. The carwash itself makes my car smell great. The best part is the vacuum use after the car wash. The vaccum has great suction. Though if you have loose rings take them off before you operate the vacuum.

I went when they were a little slower and so the guys came and helped vacuum and dust inside my truck! They were super nice and helpful, and also made sure the middle and bugs had been scrubbed off. I believe their names were Daniel and John.

Put a scratch in the side of my brand new car this morning!! Car is clean but very frustrated with the quality. Never again will I choose to get a quick wash at GooGoo

The water for customers to pre-wash their car was filthy. I mean black. The price is more than I like to pay for a drive thru car wash. Highest was $18.00. My car was still dirty underneath, noticeably dirty. Now the good stuff. The staff was friendly and pleasant and except for the bottom, my car was pretty clean. Free vacuuming is a plus a bonus and I love the floor mat cleaning machine.

If you own a truck dont bother stopping here. Go to Sancus and wash it youre self. This place doesnt raise soap off all the way and the drys are even worse. Not worth the $18 bucks I spent and they have a was thats 21 bucks you have to be out youre mind to pay that. Fyi 08 silverado

As many posts have said before the back of my car is still completely dirty. I have dust all over it i can see wipe off with my fingers. Disappointed for a more expensive car wash.

First and last time I will ever use this car wash! Back of the car was never touched. Far as I know I pay to have 4 sides of the car washed, not just 3!! also the tire shine they use slings all over the car once you drive away. Over priced junk.

Its not super-pricey and you get to use their trash cans and vacuums to clean the car out. Just, please take the thing off of your rear windshield wiper... Nobody is impressed by where you wash your car.

What a horrible car wash. I bought the Ultimate ($18) and I actually received the wash two levels lower. The soap wasnt rinsed off my car and the dryer either wasnt working or wasnt included with the lower level wash. Now my car has water spots all over it and it looks horrible.

Free vacuums and great auto wash facility

Ran my truck through after getting home from vacation to get the sand off of it and had a tri fold tonno cover on it, which i had ran it through many times with it on as i go approximately 1 time a week since they opened. Well this time there was a loud bang and when i got out i found half of the stiching completely ripped out of course there was nothing they would be able to do and it was a $300 car wash for me and on top of it it didnt get all the sand off my truck lol guess i will be doing my own car washes or finding another placeUpdate just tried using my wiper blades for the first time since being back from vacation and apperently the car wash ate off my drivers side wiper blade. (Fun driving after spraying washer fluid at night)which i put on 3 days before i left for vacation and ran it through the car wash a day before with both wiper blades and cover intact what did u guys do to the settings and respond back i would like my wiper blade back since it was new its a rainx now i will drop it to a 1 starUpdate againSo i shared my info with the email you left 2 times this week also asking if you got it only to receive no response ;/ oh well not surprisedSo i emailed frank on 10/1 then 10/3 never to get a response now 10/16 so will definetly not be going back, since then i have gone to the new Moo Moo half a mile away on lazelle by the fire station 3 times and it does a great job and is CHEAPER at $15 for the top wash with packages if you like to wash your car frequentlyUpdate its 11/8/17 still no word from Frank why Im thinking you wrote that response to look good and had NO INTENTIONS of ever contacting me.
