My review was only 3 stars because they dont spray off the front of vehicles anymore to try and get the bugs off. They now have that auto drip stop guard and it just drops a little stuff on there that is pointless. I know it says if your not satisfied you can go back through, but Id have to go 5 or 6 times to be satisfied most of the splattered bugs are gone!

Every time I leave crew car wash my car looks better than it did when it was brand new. It is very well worth the price for the ultimate. I never go to any other car wash. My kids also enjoy going inside to see all the LEDs and well just to experience the car wash LOL.

Awkward gets my car clean and spotless. Best part about this car wash is the unlimited wash membership.

So fast and friendly service. My kids loved it and the vaccum stations are top notch. I especially love the little air retailers.

I always wash my truck by hand but was short on time so I took my truck into the car wash earlier today and it chipped the paint off of my bumper and left black almost like rubber marks on the paint that won’t come off. would not recommend

Really dissatisfied with the new corporate policy to not scrub the bugs off the front of the car. The new mechanism for doing so is not efficient and every time Ive gone to this car wash recently I have had to go back through for a second wash which not only inconveniences me but it also makes other customers way even longer to get their car cleaned. If someone comes through there and asks to make sure that the bugs are scrubbed off it needs to be done on the first try!

Went for a routine car wash/clean out this afternoon and my vacuum didnt work in the bay. had to use the lane next to it.also, i was informed they do NOT sell interior cleaning supplies, they have gotten rid of them. no air freshener, armorall or lint free rags. very disappointed bc this was my favorite wash in town! i will be making the trip to dirt busters next time, where i can clean the interior of my car for FREE

Very friendly service and folks working here have work integrity. Got the ultimate wash this morning and noticed a few mossed spots. Told the manager- she recommended a 2nd free wash and herself came to help clean the car. Definitely a returning customer.

Wish I didnt have to pay for the vacuums. The place on Jonathan Moore Pike costs less, does just as well, gives you free dash wipes, towels, bottles of window cleaner, and vinyl conditioner to use on your interior as well as free vacuum cleaners with wide and precision nozzles. Seems like the competition offers a greater value 🤔 service

People are always nice, the rest of the service is not always up to par, they offered to clean my mats, they gave them back and said they forgot about them sorry....

For the newest car wash in town, I expected a better clean. The tire wash, air dryer and vacuum seem to be the only things that work in the stall. Not worth $20 if it cant remove bug splatter from the front of the vehicle. Looking for a pressure washer at another car wash.

This is the best wash in town. Well dressed and very nice people. The wash is so convenient and quick my truck shines every time.

Vacuum did not workin two cleaning spots. And the one that did, the end kept coming off, I had to hold it on to clean. But that also means that they have a good flow of customers!Always very friendly!! I like my Crew!!

The staff and personnel at the Columbus Crew Car Wash is terrific. Polite, professional, neat in appearance, and hard working. Now as far as the overall quality of the washes, not as good. I find that surfaces with minimal dirt and grime will get clean. Surfaces with bugs and tougher contaminates dont get clean. In addition, the drying processs is OK but not great. Water spots are common after every wash. I have run my vehicle through the process twice on several occasions, and bugs and tougher grim still dont get removed. I have 2 books of coupons for washes and will use them, but will be looking for a better car wash in the future.

I dont like it that the mirrors arent there anymore more because they arent real good about communication. The fast pass is nice but if you have a request you cant get anyone to help. They move you through so quickly they have no time for customer service.

This is one of the better places in town to wash your cars, and they look great!However, on a Sunday with business not that busy, (and other times too) there were 3 people at the front lanes, 2 off them standing around doing nothing. 3 people at the wash entrance, 2 of them directing people in the lane, not even 5 ft apart from each other, and the 3rd was spraying the front of the vehicles.Why...why...why could one, just one of these extra people not be spraying the right side of the vehicles??? Not just today, but it’s been months since anyone is on both sides spraying anymore.

Always greeted by friendly staff and end up with a clean car. Sometimes the lights on the vacuums dont light up for free vacuuming for me as a crew carwash member, but, overall, Im pleased with this business.

Crew CarWash is the best around. The workers are always extremely friendly and the quality of service they provide is phenomenal. My car is always left looking good as new. Plus, they have a free re-wash if you are not satisfied with the way your car turned out the first trip through. Im also am a huge fan of the fact that you can use your debit/credit card at the vacuum stations since this feature is not available at many car washes.

I like the unlimited washes. I dont like bringing home the red brush hairs. Ive tried another carwash on the west side of town and happy to say I dont bring home the brush hairs.

Fast Service, just wished the jet dryers would dry my little car better even though I pull over and dry the car afterwards.

Decent car wash place. However the sweepers NEVER work for us monthly paid customers. I am told that trucks and certain cars are the wrong size for their readers. However, they NEVER station anyone out by the sweepers to help even though they know this is a big issue. Plus their dryer does not dry the car very well anymore. I think the equipment is getting outdated.

I have worked with crew 3 years. Its a rewarding company to work for. They are anyways finding new ways to improve services and to encourage employees to be at the to off their game. I also wash my cars here often. I have never had issues with damage or issues with the service I get at my location or others I have been too. Im not just saying this because I when here. I visited several times right after the location opened before I was employed.

Everyone here is friendly and helpful. If I just want to vacuum out my car I can do that. Its $2 for 8 minuets of vacuuming.

This seemed to be about 30% longer than any other crew carwash. Hot air dryers kept the doors from freezing closed. Just had to get the road salt off of my garage stored Jeep. Will choose Columbus over Bloomington.
