Let’s just say glad they have towels on hand to be able to scrub the bugs and dirt off my car after paying for the $18 dollar Ultimate wash! Looked like a basic wash. Next time if I decide to come there I will just pay the basic wash price if that is the service I going to get either way.

I used car wash service here, its ultimate wash is best value option for car wash. On Tuesday they offer 18$ car wash at 10$ and also offer free vacuums and Interior , glass and dash board cleaning liquids with towels. I liked the service and staff friendliness. Best in town car wash option.

My favorite car wash in town! The attendant took extra care to scrub my windshield and front bumper, she did an excellent job! The wash itself just seems to do a better job than most. I drive a jeep so all the flat surfaces dont always get really clean at other car washes.

Best place to take your vehicles to wash and Best service from attendees always polite and helpful. Been to different car washes and this has been the number one in my book.

The place is state of the art - today I was able to get the ultimate $18 wash for the grand opening price of $5.Although the ultimate wash is top of the packages the wash cant get the bugs off the front of the car or other areas of the car. The bottom panel under the doors is another area it isnt able to clean.This seems to be the case with all automatic car washes.Dirtbuster car wash does attempt to prewash the car prior entering their system.Another issue, the brushes catch and bend the license plate on the passenger side.They offer a cleaning cart with cleaner and towels allowing you to clean your car a bit further and deeper. Cleaning the areas the wash misses and inside.The carpet floor Mat cleaner and dryer is very nice, I could not use it since mine are rubber but while I was there saw the quality job it does.The vacuums are free all the time, another thing all washes should do.Out of the 3 automatic washes in Columbus this one is now #1 and worth a visit. The others make you pay for the vacuums.

My car was not clean at all. They did not even attempt to clean the tires and rims. The tire shine spray was all down the side of my car. Water spots everywhere. I had even selected the deluxe package.

I get the $13 wash. I also use their free towels etc to wipe off excess water, and free vacuum cleaners, and car is spotless. Highly recommend this location!

Awesome car wash. Friendly staff, free vacuums and they offer courtesy glass and interior cleaner with real towels. Not only are the vacuums free they work.Also handles my lifted Jeep with 37” tires no problem. I was told they can wash a dually pickup.

Left my car dirty. Hood and windshield didnt even come clean at all. The no spot rinse didnt work because my car is covered in hard water spots. Next time Ill pay a little less and just go to Sams Club car wash.

Got a dirty car clean with far better results then crew/mikes. Staff is actually friendly and efficient. Unlimited detailing supplys and vacuums are a wonderful addition to the reasonablely priced wash. The moving floor design of the car wash is an interesting feature. FYI that moving floor design allows them to wash dulles!

Blayer did an amazing job washing and cleaning my car. No water marks were left on the car, everything spotless and shiny. This man is top notch and deserves to be in the highest in the high. What a great lad! Would definitely go to him again!

I purchased a premium wash, and there was still bug splatter on my windshield in 2 spots and dirt on my side mirror. I wish I would have taken pictures while still in the parking lot. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the free vacuums and items to clean the inside of your car too.

The Crew is the best place to take your car. Ran my car through Dirtbuster twice and still ended up streaked and spotty.

This is by far the best car wash around! I just want to say crew Carwash has nothing over in on this place! Not only are the vacuums free there, but they also set out cleaner for you to use on your interior and glass cleaner as well. You ought to see the way this thing shines!! Not like 👎 in NY they brush you car before go in the machine but this people don’t and you car comes out with a lot of dirty spots!

The price for a wash is competitive. The availability of free vacuums and supporting products is really appreciated. Our vehicles were not completely cleaned or dried.

I was leaving for vacation and needed a quick wash before heading out. Generally this place is reliable but the car wash lane open but it was blocked off with a thin rope to prevent cars from entering. No explanation left as to why it was closed and no one to answer the phones. This was around was 2:30pm on 10/16.

My truck didn’t get as clean as in the past. Staff was rude, worst of all, I had to wipe down both side of my truck to get the tire shine off after getting home. I have used this wash every week for a year. I will be giving my money to a new car wash from now on.

The top half of the vehicle got clean, but much left in the bottom. I was very unsatisfied as I got the $18 wash. Giving 3 stars because of free vacuums

We go there odten but today they did not brush the front of the truck or wash around the fender wells like they mist generally do, poor service and not a happy camper!!

The wash got my car pretty well clean and the vacuums got a lot of my floors clean

I drove across town to this car wash to try it about and the idea of the free vacuums and detail cart were appealing. For $18 I got less than ok was, no detail cart because the vacuums were down. Would have been nice if they had a sign before you pay $18! Will not be going back.

I love this place. They do a good job of getting you in quick. The free vacuum at the end at nice they even offer a detail cart. On Tuesdays all washes are only $10. I’m usually hesitant taking my trucks through automatic car washes but I have never had a problem here. Always gets every spot every time. I highly recommend

Decent clean using conveyer belts with the cleaning mops. They hand power wash the grill which helps gets the bugs off. Great courtesy cart with cleaning supplies and free working vacuums. They no longer have the $10 Tuesday and $15 is bit expensive for a wash a level above basic hence my 4 instead of 5 stars

Good prices. Like the auto-wash feature. Discounted pre-paid that can be used on ANY vehicle vs. only the one with a sticker on the window. AND they can take trucks with larger tires.

So I am driving from Chicago to Atlanta and am a Lyft driver and needed a wash. Stopped at the wash in Columbus, IN site to clean up. Bought the Ultimate wash for $18 and it said no spots cleaning... well, my entire car has spots...

While taking our dually truck through the wash it abruptly quit and then restarted. My truck came out with smeared bugs and grease down the side of it. I politely asked the manager/owner I assume if I could please run my truck back through due to the inadequate job that had occurred. He rudely explained that he is doing all he can and that the only reason he was open is because he had to be. He also let me know that he was selling a $25 car wash for $10 due to the covid measures. I was not asking for a refund just a re-wash due to the equipment stopping. We will never return to this car wash and no one in my company or family will use this establishment.

This was a very nice wash. They have free vacuums and offer towels and spray for your interior. The staff was very friendly. The conveyor belt was cool and it was easy to get on. The equipment was quiet and did a good job. I did have one problem. The brushes at the end which I think dry the car grabbed onto my vehicle and prevented me from being pushed out. I was scared my car was going to get hit. I had to stick my car in drive and just get out of there.Again, if it wasnt for that last exp we fiance they would have knocked it out of the park. Oh and FREE VACUUMS. Cant beat free.

Great place to wash your car or truck! Your car rides on a conveyer belt that will not scuff your rims instead of a metal track like other washes. Vacuums are free and they offer glass cleaner and interior cleaner.

Took my brand new 2020 car through this car wash. Now there are marks-scuffs all over the paint that I will have to pay a detailer to buff out.

Cleaned the work truck (mud and dirt) nicely. And, didnt damage it.

Excellent customer service; the guy there was extremely helpful and even ran me through a second time to power wash certain areas of the car (part above tires) that are hard to get by the machine alone. Also is extremely convenient to have free vacuums, rags and sprays to clean interiors as well as a free machine to clean carpet mats. Would highly recommend!

Dosent get the bugs off of the grill of my vehicle. Other than that it does ok.

What ever it is they use for the tire shine totally sprayed down the side of my truck, now I have to wash it again. NEVER GOING BACK

Driving through the two big, blue spheres at the entrance gives me mega anxiety but this car wash really gets my car clean and I like that. You probably shouldnt take your car here if its pretty rusty though cause its a bit harsh and would just break everything off. The vacuums are nice and effective too.

This is my new favorite place to get my car washed. Dirtbusters is in a very convenient location for me, has competitive pricing, and Ive never been disappointed with the results. They have complimentary vacuums and even a cart with some interior cleaning supplies for after your wash.

Great facility that gives an great wash. Free vacuums and cleaning supplies to top it off. A whole lot better than the other car wash facilities in the area.

There car wash is pretty good and get the car fairly clean. I would say it is at 90-95% of Mikes. Where they really excel is their customer service is fantastic! They even included a dog treat with the car wash when I had my puppers with me!

They still pre spray the front of your car so it gets cleaner!

Such a cool, high tech new car wash! You dont have to align your tires in between metal bars or anything like that either. I also like that the vacuums are free and they have a floor mat cleaner (also free).

I’m use to paying $20 for an ultimate at Mikes Car wash, so $18 wasn’t bad until i didn’t get one hello, smile or nod from any employee. I got half of my windowsheild cleaned from an employee and the other half was left alone. A lot of film and soap was left on my car.

Did not get my car as clean as in the past.

After a quick round trip to Nebraska, my vehicle was covered with what looked like splattered mutant bug remnants. The 2 young men noticed it with a look of 😯 and spent extra time getting as much off as they could. That impressed me that they took the extra 4-5mins to make sure my vehicle left without any alien skid marks on it. The name Dirtbusters is a great moniker, youll def get your moneys worth here!!

Did not leave water spots on my pain, or strip the wax I had applied a week earlier. The only automatic carwash I like!

Came here right after a snow storm with snow, salt amd ice caked on my truck. When I got here it was one man working and he didnt stop spraying my truck until he was satisfied with it. Amazing staff

My truck was trapped and not able to exit and the manager is not doing anything about it to repair my damages. They are at fault and have terrible follow up. I advise you to not go here because it is over priced.

If this is Crews competition in Columbus they have nothing to worry about. Pay for a wash that doesnt leave film.
