I do like the car wash and I never have any problems with the vacuums except once and the employee came right over and unclogged it right away and handed it back to me hood as new. I do think their vacuums are really strong compared to a lot of other car washes! Another added bonus is their monthly unlimited plan and it’s affordable prices! & lastly they have excellent customer service esp from higher up the chain. If they see a issue or problem they hopRight on it and get it taken care of so that the customer is happy! Definitely would recommend!!

It does a great job cleaning the car. Buy a pass….its a great deal, especially if you like keeping your car clean. I know the manager goes over and above to provide customer service and does his best to make sure customers are satisfied.

I buy the monthly special. Cant beat it. I have traveling dog. Vacumns are well kept. Nice spray area for mats and boots. Never a issue. Open all year so snow and road salt easy off.

I have a monthly subscription and everytime I come here I have to go through 2 times to get my car clean and they never scrub the car like they used to. The last time I went the girl didnt give me an air freshener most likely because she was so high she couldnt even open her eyes all the way. I am looking into going somewhere else!!

Terrible my second time with membership my membership didnt read also my tire went on flat coming out carwash. The man. Was rude to me. I had to get crazy. So he called police switched his story up when police came and was nice to me... I want to speak to head Mangers the man there he was mean like he was in the movie 100 corpses. So he told me he would refund me he took my membership and told me he would refund me so tomorrow is Monday ill be there . I walked home. I was in tears 😢the officer tried to give me a ride but I refused to sit in back of cop car. Ptsd I my 20s if you know what I mean. All I ask for is right is right and wrong is wrong. While the man was making a report for my car someone elses truck had gotten damaged as well.

There are a few locations in the area. This is my closest but not my favorite. The equipment seems to be more dated and less efficient than my preferred location on 23. And the kiosk seems to malfunction often. Its been under repair a couple of different times when Ive gone. And you have to touch the screen for your monthly pass to be detected. My preferred location automatically reads when you pull up. No touching needed. The smell of the complimentary air freshener can vary. Sometimes its lemon other times a different sweet smell. The vacuums are clogged more often than not.

This location rarely has an attendant present at the start of your wash. Usually have yo wait a few minutes before they appear. They dont prescrub your car any longer. I purchased an unlimited monthly pass which I will be canceling because of these reasons. Lastly, they only have one lane open at all times. How can I be a member and have to wait 15 minutes in line while others have to go through the payment process? Very disappointing.

Very convenient and great prices! However the turn around area for only using the vacuums is not ideal. You have to wait for the line for the car wash to get through before you can back out. Overall great place for a detailed car wash!

Wash was fine. Good job. Attendant surly. Trash cans all overflowing. Parking lot needed picked up and swept. I do feel for them trying to staff such a business.

Went thru car wash come out of dryer and still had a MASSIVE AMOUNT OF SOAP on back of my vehicle. Went thru 2nd time still soap on vehicle.

Drive thru carwash, purchaded the unlimited ultimate package. Can take my vehicle through whenever, did a decent job and the kids love it. Attendants were present, you get a sticker to put on the inside of your windshield for unlimited carwashes.

Did the $21 wash wax wheels. Still had dirt on my vehicle when it was done. Only gave 2 stars because I did get a free vacuum. Otherwise wouldve been 1 star. Wont go back here again.

It was different. I purchased the monthly VIP PLAN. My tire shine did not happen, and there was still bug juice on my car.

They Do a good job for the express. Quick wash i just dont like that they r a lil more then moo moo wash and the air freshener scent they hand out stinks. I would go there more if the air freshener smelled better. For the higher price but!!!!

It was not crowded, vacuums werent clogged, and I was able to spend a lot of time (over an hour) cleaning the inside of my van! Definitely recommend!

Car wash got my SUV sparkling clean like no other car wash can. Will return for that reason alone. Unfortunately, most of the vacs werent operational and it seemed dirty with trash cans overflowing and debris on the premises. Had to go somewhere else to use a vacuum. A bit inconvenient.

I like goo goo car wash. They are 2 bucks more than moo moo but they give you air fresheners and a towel to get the spots the machine misses. Good value

The Goo Goo in Columbus is not as nice, as the one in chillicothe. The difference is, the Columbus one, is always out of towels, and sometimes air freshener, and there is a sign about the music, but no one seems to see it, so someone is always playing music loud, so everyone can hear it. But in Chillicothe, they always have towels, and air freshener, and no loud music.

Great car wash with multiple options!

I was only offered three options for car washes that was fine I guess what really grinds my gears is that they dont give away the air fresheners that smell awesomely like lemons anymore bugu keep giving the air fresheners LOL

The attendant at the place where you pay was very friendly and helpful! My Flex definitely needed a bath today and it was super fast and easy!

Good deal on a monthly pass just wish it cleaned better on the front middle and back middle of my small sedan. Overall great experience so far this is my first month using them.

The wash is the only thing is give an extra star too. Even that isnt great. But the absolute worst thing about this place is their vacuum system. Little to no power. I spent $21 on a sub par wash and couldnt even vacuum leaves. I highly recommend never going here.

Fast and effective car Wash polite and courteous attendance great for cleaning out your car with the free vacuums and rugs cleaner. Its gotten a little pricey for the deluxe wash but still worth it.

Ive always had excellent customer service from this location. Its close by so about two years ago I purchased a monthly pass after one of the attendees suggested I do so, being that I washed my car at least every two weeks. Didnt occur to me that they had a membership. When I bought my new Jeep, they quickly assisted me in switching over - had to have been five cars behind me. No honks 🤣 I went last Thursday and didnt realize that my subscription didnt renew. I didnt have the card that I use for such things, nor my wallet, so I beeped for someone to raise the gate and let me leave. One of the usual staff came out and I explained to him that I wasnt prepared to replenish the card on file until I got paid the next day and he said he would let me out. On his way back to the office, he turned and said, you want to just go thru and get your car washed? I mean youre already here. Really? Yea, youre always here and a membership holder... give me a moment. He raised the bar and guided me in to which I saw he plugged me in for the same wash I get from my membership (the premium).This is customer service!

Honestly i wish i had just taken my car to a hand wash car wash. The machine didnt clean the whole outside of the car and i refuse to spend another 21 dollars to rewash what could have been done in one wash.

Paid 17 bucks and my car did not even get clean then there was spots on my windshield from the wash that i had to use rubbing alcohol to get the spots off the winshield

The wash broke down in the middle of the wash ,didnt do wheels and tires that I paid for, huge scratch on left front fender, never go back again

Car wash was decent, but the free vacuums have little to no suction or were broken completely. The parking lot is a mess from all the people throwing their trash on the ground and not in the available trash cans. Ill just make the trip to the Moo next time.

Opened 26 minutes late....at 10:26am . Employees didnt acknowledge and acted like business as usual. OK if you have no where else to be.

I pay $40 evey month and when i pull in to use it there closed at 6:43pm when there supposed to be open until 8pm?

I take my 2011 Camaro SS here almost daily and have never had a bad experience the staff are always helpful and friendly and the car wash has never damaged my car or my after market 20 inch wheels and tires!!!!

Went Friday at 615pm toGet my car washed and they closed down witch they are supposed to be open till 8 I live clear in Hilliard so was not happy about wasting my gas just for them not to stay open during the hours they say they are open !

Decent automatic car wash. I did not notice any problems with the wash itself, the machines did a good job. After your wash, the vacuums are free to use. The mat cleaners were down. They always put a plastic cover over your rear wiper to prevent damage in the wash itself, which is a nice touch. Quick, easy to get to, cleans the car just fine.

My boyfriend was cleaning his car and he swept up my grandmas antique, real diamond neckless and told workers. The workers never went with him the check the bins and he left his number so if they find it, to give them a call. they never called us, but it should’ve been in the bin.

OK wash. Always leaves a bit on my car. Worth it if you get the cheap wash, but the more expensive washes arent worth the cost since there is still stuff left on my car. There are not free vacuums since you have to buy a car wash first, competitors with similar names do not require you to buy a wash first. The pay machines are usually not working right and require you to honk to get change. The card reader was also not working the day I went so it really slowed down the line, which was all the way out to broad st. Employees try, but there is only so much they can do.I wish the self wash was out front more so I could scrub the car myself since the pressure washers before entering the wash are NEVER used, not sure why they are even there. It washed well when they had the brushes and buckets that allowed you to DIY before moving into the washers.

Bought a gift card for a family member for Christmas. They are quick to keep the line moving, respect both you + your car and its a reasonable rate. Theres space to vacuum your car, wipe it down also. Good deal.

Some of the Vacuums do not work properly. Suction should be stronger. Mat cleaners are either not working or not suctioning the dirt off the mats like they should. I have to put through multiple times. Staff are friendly. They just need to fix outside equipment issues.
