Turning away my uncle for a wash because tree sap is to dirty. Tell your maintenance people also to not blow your clipping into the street.

Great place to get your vehicle washed. Everyone is friendly. Sometimes there’s a wait but they move along as fast as they can and still do a good job. Just remember your paying for a set price package and not detailing and they do offer a detailing service.

Attempted to get vehicle washed and vaccumed. A manager named Darren refused service. He stated the windows were too greasy and that I would have to schedule a seperate time that would possibly take over an hour...and cost more money. When I offered to pay extra money to have service...he told me he had a line and had to go. More than enough workers there and he refused service for his business! Im sure the window cleaner or windex they use would have worked. Back in the day this car wash was exceptional. Now the customer service is terrible. I am highly disappointed with this car wash. Will try to talk to owner.

Its my own fault. I know its hit or miss now. I understand theres a new owner and people dont want to work for some reason. When I pay, including tip, over $55 I sort of expect all 4 tires to be cleaned, my dash wiped off somewhat, no dried soap under my bug guards. Im just going to wish them well. Im tired of pointing out the obvious.

When I was first here in 2018, these guys were great. But now it’s just not the same. Came for a 40 dollar wash; exterior wash is great, but the detailing was horrible. They we’re definitely busy, but lots of dirt was left inside cup holders, my doors were never touched, and streaks all over my rims and windows. The manager answered and they offered another wash and detail, but not sure if I’ll recommend this place to anyone anymore.Bottom line, it’s a gamble whether you’ll get a quality wash or not and I’m not sold on their 40 dollar works wash.

Quality of detailing has gone down tremendously. I just went today and noticed after I left that dirt is still on the floor and the dashboard is still dusty. I could have done way better myself at the $7 Goo Goo Car Wash. I just wasted $25, but Im gonna call them to fix this today. Otherwise, the staff are nice and professional. But they need to get the detail portion improved.

I just left there in the white juke,my shorts are wet from the drivers seat and I paid$40 for this.

Went here in need of a full service car wash, after rolling down my window to speak to a clerk of color, a white man approached me (looked like a manager) I did not say a word and he asked me to make a u-turn and denied me service. I am a Hispanic 19 year old women I am ashamed as I have never been denied service based off of my appearance alone. This business is disgusting and should be ashamed of themselves as all their employees were men of color. Absolutely disgusting. Would give 0 stars if possible

I do honestly really hope others have better experiences and that this business succeeds. However mine wasnt so good. I had a coupon that I won off the radio. The car wash only accepts them Monday-Thursday which was odd to me (I went on a Friday not knowing). The manager allegedly tried calling the owner but wasnt able to get ahold of him apparently. They were closed a couple weeks before going yesterday to try use the coupon. I was able to finally make it down there again yesterday. I will not be going down there a third time or any other time. I passed several other car washes on the way that werent closed. Ive only been there one other time before about a year ago. It wasnt anything special.

I enjoy coming here a few times a month because of the decent price for service.Only had one bad experience this past time visiting. Sent an email explaining my complaint, but no response yet.Edit: got a response the next business day, the owner explained they had a staff meeting to fix the issue from happening agai and comped me a car wash even offered a 2nd on the house.Still highly recommended this place to anyone looking for a good customer oriented team that fixes their mistakes and for that I give the extra star.

Thoroughness and expediency. The staff at 4th Avenue Car Wash do a very thorough job cleaning your vehicle. They never forget the nooks and crannies as long as they dont have personal items in them. Beats higher priced competitors.

Trust me this nowhere that would like to spend your money. I wasnt satisfied with vacuuming and I wasnt satisfied with my carwash period. The owner Richard pretends to be nice & professional but hes not not all, its strictly business and I assure you not customers satisfaction with him. The manager Ray(Pastor) I would think to be professional and respectful but theres nothing respectful about sharing problems that your church members bring to you as their Pastor and share them with employees at the carwash thats disrespectful if you ask me. I also have a friend that worked at the carwash for three weeks who was at work everyday and on time everyday never received one dime and because he found a better job paying 4 dollars more than he was making at the carwash they decide not to pay him and neither did he partake on any tips, he was told that he was off the day that tips was given out . They never had not one issue with him at all and always commended him on a job well done. Guess what my friend went to the carwash to pickup his checkup and Richard told him that it was in the mail. He also asked if he could get a print out of his hours worked and Richard said he doesnt have it with him and to have a nice day. He never received his check in the mail and they would never speak to my friend again ignoring phone calls and all. Just to share this was a rough time in my friends life who is a genuinely good person & why wouldnt you be happy for someone to do better?

The carwash is the problem period. If you would actually read the reviews of your customers then you would know what to correct.

They have always done a great job with my SUV. Only once Ive had to come back because my SUV was not clean properly. Workers are very respectful, courteous and helpful. I just wish they had a disclaimer about not cleaning all vehicle mat when you ask for the workswhen I asked why my rear mats were not clean, I was told by the owner we have done a lot for you already. I used to go here all the time before Covid. Since Covid, the prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. The exterior wash is still ok, but I have been here 3 different times in the last 2 months. I get the works every time I go there for $40. I sit in front of the gate for about 15-20 with no cars in front of me, and wait for god knows what. I have rubber floor mats in my truck, and they are always dirty after they are done. The vacuum job is a joke, there is always still trash on my seats when I get in. I could kick it back, but it really isnt worth it. I will be going to googoo wash from now on. They are cheaper anyway.

I used to have my car washed here on every payday. Recently, it seems the quality has gone down. The last two times there were areas of my car that looked like the soap had not completely rinsed away. This is more noticeable because I have a black car. The first time I didnt notice until later that day. The manager blamed it on me possibly driving through something, but he had my car run through the wash again, and it disappeared. The second time, which was two days ago, I pointed it out to him immediately after the wash, as I waited for my wife and my mom to take their cars through. He said that it wasnt soap, but was something on my car that wouldnt come off in the wash. He apparently didnt notice this during his walk around the car before the wash. He told me to use some spray and wipe car wax to clean the area. I will not be going back.

First time going to the car wash and was very impressed. I stated when I arrived I had not been there before and the manager took the time to explain the different selections of washes they had! I went in to pay my bill and was talking to the front desk guy (who was very polite and professional), and he told me about their monthly wash package which was fairly cheap and included a lot! I was on a time schedule and my car took about 10 min to vacuum out, wash, hand dry and they even cleaned out the door jams! My car looked very nice when It was done! I will definitely be back!!

Paid for the $35. Package.After being called that my car is complete.I asked why are my rims still dirty.He said i paid for the $17. Package.I showed my recite for $35. Package.Attendee forgets to mark my car, so i am being provided the $17. Package.The management fixed issue.How many of use just get in car and leave with half of what we paid for.No standards at this place.Poor way of marking wash packages.Also, he says he forgot to mark my inside window for the $35. Package. How does the attendee know to program the wash for the $35. Package if he did not see the marking on the window.I had to get to work but when i checked my car further it seemed like i just ran it through a $5. Wash.I felt i have been cheated from a service i paid.I called the car service and told them my car did not seem it recieved the full treatment i paid for because the extras were not provided because of the missed marking on my car.Poor customer service from management.

I get it my car isnt the best looking but when I pay $35+tip to add the interior added to the package I expect a basic wipe down of key problem areas. To include the ONE cup holder in the center that I left opened to be cleaned. The best part is the passenger side door was immaculate but when it came to the driver side they didnt even wipe down that cup holder. I get it, its $35 but I expect a basic wipe down and wouldnt have been upset with dirt in the nooks and crannies. First and unfortunately the last time I will come here for service.

I don’t usually write reviews on places. Richard, the owner, is a very kind man who ensures all of his customers are pleased with their services. By far one of my favorite car washes. I have a Focus RS so I’m pretty picky with where I bring my car. I would recommend ‘The Works’ to anyone that prides themselves on having a stunning looking car inside and out.

This is the best car wash in town, by far. I go to this car wash twice, sometimes three times a week simply because I love having a clean truck. The environment here is phenomenal, I literally feel like family every time I go. My truck is always, always clean, and people ask me all the time where I go. This is the place to go to if you appreciate having a clean vehicle.

I think mine was $23/$25 wash wasn’t really satisfied with the vacuuming and wiping of the inside of the car. I had to ask them to wipe again. I have a 3rd row and thy didn’t even bother to vacuum non of that row nor wipe the cup holders. I shouldn’t had to ask them to do that, that’s a given I paid for the whole vehicle to be washed and cleaned inside. I thought I would have a better experience here than goo goo off Whittlesey, but both places wasn’t that good. I know now hold on to the tip before inspecting the finish product.

Super friendly owners, but I wouldn’t recommend this car wash unless you have more than an hour to spare because they don’t move that fast at all. Spent more than 40 MINUTES waiting in line once before handing my keys over. Most time I ever spend in line before getting out of my car anywhere.

This used to be the best place in town toget your car washed, but now its probably one of the worst. They dont clean the inside or outside worth a darn. Then when you point out things they didnt clean off they get an attitude. Each time I go Im reminded why I stopped going there in the first place.

I recently returned from the beach and was very adamant that I needed a good, deep clean on my SUV. I paid for the works expecting a clean and shiny car in return. I have been to this car wash before and had high expectations. I was let down this time. I made the 20 minute drive to this car wash because I knew they would do a great job.....I should have did a full walk-around before I drove away. There was no shine and sand still all throughout the interior. There were streaks of blue water running down the back of my white SUV. Water spots on all of the windows. I did call and was told I could bring it back in but the trust is broken. This is the top rated car wash in Columbus. Maybe I just went at the wrong time or maybe the tech cleaning my vehicle was having a bad morning. I could have spent that $45 on so many other things.(I did give a $10 tip). I am sadden and let down. Just err on the side of caution and dont drive away until you check, check, and check again.

I paid for the $35 package to get the inside wiped down. I asked the guy twice about it and he said anything that is leather or plastic would be wiped down w a leather conditioner. Well, needless to say, it wasn’t. Cup holders weren’t vacuumed out, console wasn’t cleaned, and I had to get them to wipe down the back of the car again bc it was dirty. Very disappointed. Not too many full service places to go, but I will pay this or a little more and go elsewhere going forward.

They attempted to charge me an additional seven dollars because they said I had too many bugs on the front of the car. Their advertised price was $22, but they wanted $29. If you drive a car in the summertime in the south, you get bugs on the front. That is why you go to a car wash. This is the second time I’ve had them attempt to charge me extra for a little bit of dirt or a few bugs. This is ludicrous. Get out of the car wash business if you don’t want to clean cars. 20 years of doing business with this place, I am done. No more.

Best place in Columbus, hands down. Didnt realize I left a very expensive ring in my truck and it could have been taken very easily. Instead it was sitting on the center console of an exceptionally clean car. Great service and even better employees. Love this place

Good job but slower than usual due to covid.

Took the car in floor a wash there are still streaks on the windshield that werent noticeable until headlights hit them.All the change in the console was also stolen, didnt even notice until I went to add more change on the way home. I wont be back.

This place hires thieves don’t bring your car there. Decent car wash but not worth the risk of having my money stolen. I will never go back there again.

Paid for the works but we had to have them vaccum it 2 times because the 1st time it looked like they didnt even vacuum. But the manager did it himself and it ended up looking great

I think 2nd Ave Car Wash and I have a difference of opinion on a standard as far as cleaning the interior of a car.Inside back windshield not even touched. Pull down armrest in rear not touched(was pulled out). Back seat still has obvious dirt in between the stitching. Under the backseat floor mats still looking like I brought it in. Front seats were not moved to get in between seats and door jam. Door arm rests weren’t touched, all four doors. They weren’t busy in the least. Seen two cars get re done. I had to go, but made it known to them how disappointed I was.Management was nice and friendly. BUT, set a standard! Inspect the car when it is done and bless off on it. Have your employees meet that standard over and over until that’s what they think is normal. Inspect it over and over until you are confident they meet that standard.Outside of the car look great!I’ll give them one more chance. Not that bad for $20.00.

Staff was pleasant and smiling...had a really great experience except that my XTerra trunk was not wiped down inside (no carpet or cloth, just plastic) when i asked for the works so i feel like that should have been included since it said interior wipe down and didnt notice until i got home. despite that, i would definitely recommend and i will be back!!
