PLEASE STAY AWAYOn 8/27 I came to this place to have my truck washed and vacuumed so I selected the full service option and that day it was at $39.99 which is a bargain! Well, I handed my truck to the guy by the full service sign, I think his name is Denis or Daniel, all good I Pay and proceed to the benches up front to wait for my truck. For my surprise, my truck wasn’t washed, just sprayed with water... interiors weren’t wiped, no vacuum under the floor mats and to add up to my nightmare, nobody took care of my vehicle while on the tunnel, so it finished there and ROLLED OUT OF THE TÚNNEL ITSELF, crashing into a stop sign and getting stuck into a landscaping rock (if not, the story would’ve even be worse with the truck getting into the road or running over someone). 2 weeks after they haven’t been able to provide any insurance information, and don’t have any proof of insurance available for customers to see (all they say is... someone will contact you). I don’t recommend this place, because of the lack of professionalism and attention to detail.

I have always been impressed with the attention to details. Not today. I did the $40 wash. No wiping the wheels. Hopefully just a bad day. Usually great.

Honestly for 42.00 I was very dissatisfied. Yes I got the free rewash within a week. Thats not the point. You advertise all this good wax and tire shine. Joke

Excellent car wash.My car had been egged the night before and the owner took the time to spray it down and scrub it getting all the egg off. Really nice that he took the time to make sure it was all off. Can see why so many people go there. OUTSTANDING!!!Plus you get a free rewash within 7 days with the Buckeye wash.Highly recommend.

I took my car to be cleaned. I pulled up to let them take my car and I was told the vacuum at that station wasn’t working. I said I would drive my car to the working back and they said they would move it. As I walked away I heard a loud noise, turned around and they had backed my car into their outside cash register. I have scrapes and dents on the back drivers side door and above the back drivers side tire.They handed me a phone to talk to someone who would be my contact for repairs and the guy didn’t want to be bothered because it was the weekend.He got back to me Monday and told me where I hold go to have my car repaired. I didn’t know of this place and I wanted to choose who would do the bodywork.I also asked for the name of their insurance company and they refused to answer.On my way home from work I stopped by to see if the people who were running the business could give me the name of the business insurance company. They had no clue. I told them I would be going through my insurance company and they would go after them for the money.On my way home I was called by their representative and told that because I said I was bringing forth a lawsuit against them that they could not talk with me.This guy was a joke. Even the people running the business said he wasn’t very nice.Please take your business elsewhere!

I always take my automobiles there and they have yet to disappoint me. The workers are very patient and professional. They take great pride in their work and treat your vehicle like their own!

Paid $100 to have interior detailed, and back of SUV was not vacd. They had it 1.5 hrs. was not satisfied with the job. Will never come back.

I bought a Groupon for 3 services. I used it once and after that every time I stopped by the place, the open sign was on, but no one was there. I checked their business hours before I go. I even called them to make sure its open, but no one answered the phone. I regret that I bought their Groupon.

I got the most expensive service thinking they would do a good job detailing. But it was just a wipe down. I shouldve just paid basic. The inside of the waiting room is sooooooo dirty like no one has cleaned walls or windows in there in forever. The furniture is falling apart.

I would not advise using Fast N Clean Car Wash for a detail. When I got in my car I noticed spots throughout the car that had not even been cleaned. They used some sort of wax or shine on the leather and dashboard of my car, which got on my glass windows. They didnt even both to clean it off the windows. Save your money and go elsewhere.

They hit the back of my car and left it with scratches, charged me 29.56 to do a detailed but they neither cleaned the floor mat nor the tyre. They r thieves so will not recommend them to anyone

I am slightly biased because I help manage this car wash. I will tell you we try to always put the customers needs first. We will help anyway possible to make your visit pleasant. We definitely have a better wash than any other wash in columbus and we towel dry.

Had a scheduled appointment for my car to be detailed that I took off for work for. When I arrived I was told I did not have an appointment even after showing confirmation email I was sent. Was not serviced and told to reschedule. The person that took the appointment had all my contact information email as well as phone number and never notified me that I will not be able to get service this day. This was a very huge inconvenience.

Did not clean my car very well on the inside. Money spent was disappointed.

Terrible customer service just rude all together i went to get a appointment scheduled sense i had already paid to have my car detailed as i walked up to attempt to talk to a worker they locked the doors as i was walking towards them. I am at a loss of words and still waiting to get my refund going on two weeks. My review is go somewhere else where they appreciate your business.

Terrible car wash experience, terrible bad customer service, workers used a dirty rag to clean windows, panels and wheels. I saw a worker clean my rims and then cleaned my interior afterwards with the same rag! Carpet were barely cleaned and just thrown back in the car, and the back of the car was not even cleaned. Missed alot of spots even had to mention it and still couldnt cleaned my car. I am not happy about it, 40 dollars went to waste.

They did an amazing job. I saw them working on the car for 3-4 hours. Very attentive to detail. Just be aware the phone number is not answered. I would recommend that someone get a portable phone.

Do not buy anything online. I bought a full service detail ($170) and the link that was sent in the email to schedule it did not work. Their phones do not work or no one ever answers it. I stopped by one day to schedule it and they said they had availability the next weekend, but didn’t write down an appointment time or anything. I don’t see myself getting my money back for this, especially since they won’t answer phone calls or emails. Based on reviews of cars getting damaged, I’m not even going to try to get the detail. Do not give them your money! It seems like other people have been scammed by buying the online detail as well.

Just picked up my car from a full detail. It is as clean as when I got it (brand new), which is really saying something considering all of the dog hair and mud that was in it from the dog park. They forgot to clean the trunk and I didnt notice until I drove away, but its not a huge deal since I didnt specifically ask for it or remember to check while I was still there. All in all, I would recommend this place. If you want to make a detail appointment you will have to stop by and schedule it in person since they dont ever answer the phone, but theyre very nice and do good work.

I’ve been going to fast and clean for about 5 years to get my car detailed. I used my Groupon at the end of September. It was 90F that day. When I picked my car up in the afternoon the guy the detailed my car had horrible body odor. He did a fantastic job with the detailing but smelled bad. So I drove off and had the windows up and the AC on. I had to roll the windows down because my car smelled like body odor and I couldn’t breathe. With the windows down I still couldn’t breathe so I stopped at CVS and bought some air freshener. I sprayed my seats and it still stunk. I had to repeat the air fresher on my seats for 3 days to completely remove the odor.

Paid to get the car clean and tires. Bad BAD JOB.

I went here twice this week to use my free car wash and was turned away both times. Horrible first impression I will not be back.

Often closed after snow. Just called Moo Moo and they said they never close because of snow. I pay $35 a month here and expect I can come every day. I once came in after it snowed and I asked if they were open. Drove by later that day and saw it was open. Why wouldn’t their employees tell the customers when the car wash is going to open when we ask about it? This place has rude employees that’ll yell at you. I put up with this for way too long. Don’t come here!

This place probably wont be around much longer. I went two days ago & the guy wasnt even switching up the carwashes,everybody got the same carwash. You would think with the new carwash down the street this place wouldve stepped up there game a little,most of the employees look like they just woke up in the field behind the carwash.

I had a $10 off coupon for a full service car wash, but the one handed attendant named Robert only took off $5. I questioned him and he lied and said that the cost was $21.99, but all the signs and the coupon says full price is. $19.99. My car was really dirty so I paid, but I wont go there again. Total rip off.

Contrary to most of the bad reviews (which are for full service), this place is one of the better self service places in the city. The vacuums typically work well (which is rare), and there is compressed air available. They would have been 5 stars but the hand dry has recently gone from full car to a few swipes on the windows.

I have found a place nearby to take my car. The prices are reasonable, the attendants are patient while you get your head around a first visit, and they try to be thorough while quickly getting through the line of weekend car care enthusiasts. I will definitely return!

They are not the same as they used to be. Poor customer service.They let my car sit and then wiped it off, never touched the tires. Streak windows. Paid the $26.86. They did not sweep the care. Very poor job I will never return. When James and Austin were there my car was spotless. The people who worked seemed like they car. Theses guys did not car and very poor detailing. Sad but will never use them again. You get nothing from them except a bill. Sad!

This car wash had the worst customer service I have ever seen. They were extremely rude to customers. When I asked to get my car mats clean they refused and then told me it would have to charge me an extra $20 to wash them. I offer to wash a myself. They still refused. Save your money and time and go to a different car wash with better customer service.

I would like to rate higher but I bought the monthly subscription and the guy slapped the unremovable sticker at a 45 degree angle on the drivers side windshield. When asked to remove and replace he said they normally charge $3 for that! The hand dry guys are nicer then the gate attendant. 3 stars.. not great not bad.

I purchased from Amazon a full detail, regularly $199 purchased for $89Work was at best average for the $89 but no way $199Deal was to include shampooing carpet, only swept carpets, clean seats then conditionbelow average missed several places.Suppose to be hand waxed 2 coats never happened, they just buffed out after washAttention to detail was not good but again for $89 not bad but it only took 1 3/4 hrs,close to $50 an hour. I tipped $10 , had I got what I was suppose to get I would have given $20.

This my second times been there to clean my car. They are not good to clean car they Need to get more training. After I gave my car to clean my car. I have to do again vacuum and wax. Never give them again to clean.

Horrible detailing job. took 3+ hours and then there is dirt and grime everywhere ( the reason we wanted it detailed.) All they did is swipe a shiny Armour All type cleaner across everything to try to make it look clean ...and even when doing that they didnt get one piece of dirt or gunk off that was there. Absolutely horrible job and horribly long wait for them to do ... pretty much nothing.

These folks do a good job at a reasonable cost. I had my wifes car done inside and out. They did a good job on the interior and the windows. Remember to tip the staff.

This place ran a promotional deal for rideshare drivers, and so I stopped in. They did a good job washing and shining up the exterior of my car. The windows couldve been a bit better though (the edges werent cleaned or had residue), but considering the cost of service, I cant complain.

I was nervous based on other reviews, and I will say, it was super challenging to get a hold of these guys to schedule, but they did such a great job detailing my car inside and out. Thanks Jose!

Went just to get a quick wash to remove the pollen and left after a full service. All I can say is wow! They cleaned the outside and inside better than I had expected! Will be coming back with the second car!

The WORST place to get your car done! I paid for The Works Full Service and it took them less than 5 minutes to clean my car. When I stepped back into my car, there were lots of stains & dust on the floor, seats and everywhere. They only cleaned about 10% of the interior. Moreover, when I got home, I noticed that they purposely stole my expensive beautiful crystal heart that I hung on my rear view mirror. The heart was gone but the string was still hanging there. Oh, my goodness, I was SO FURIOUS! That was my first and definitely my LAST time going there! They should change their business name to FAST-N-DIRTY CAR WASH!!!!!!!!! :(

Car still had visible dirt on car after going to the automatic cleaner. Was told my car was extra dirt, and I had to pay to go thru again. Goo Goo is a much better car washing service. One time thru and my whole car is spotless.

I got a groupon for this. Attempted to schedule the service for more than 1 week and it was of no use. Went by this place got the appointment and then once I arrived for my appointment it was all smooth. Work and time taken for the work was satisfactory.I would not recommend anyone to buy groupon for this company unless you are prepared to drive by their place for the appointment. They do not pick phone and they do not respond e-mails.
