NO STARS! Had to give one to post comment. Air fresher machine DONT WORK, took my money. Vending machine took my money, DONT WORK! Theres no number on either machine to call and get my money back.

Tried three card readers, none worked. Was able to get change fine, but didnt bring enough for a wash in automatic bay (only had a ten). Gave up. Very Frustrating. Car really needed the bath. Maybe someone else will have better experience.

AVOID!Ive used, or tried using, this lace twice. Both times, and different bays, there was at least one, if not 2 or more, washing modes not dispensing soap through the wand. Only one that did work both times was the tire cleaner mode/selection.Starting to think its a scam to make you waste money waiting for the soap to come out and/or use the automatic wash, which both credit card readers are broken.As I was leaving one person asked me if my bay was working, and I told them no. They said the only mode/selection working was the wax one in their bay. Avoid this place at all costs!

Do it yourself is best, although I do utilize the drive thru for a good periodic undercarriage wash..the drive thru always fails to remove enough dirt, grit & crime..so that encourages me to just wash it in my own driveway! 🤗

Vacuum didnt have much suction. There was trash all over the ground.

Won’t be going back here. Used one of their auto washes, paid for the top option. The soap barely dispensed, the rainx and wax only sprayed on one side, and the spot free rinse at the end didn’t dispense any water, leaving my car with a coating of the rainx and was without anything being rinsed off. Don’t waste your money here. A 5 year old with a water hose could clean a car better.

I request to the people, please dont go here.Nothing works, just waste of your time and money.I hand wash my car every month and likes to keep clean and detailed. Moved to Easron area and went for the wash for first time. Highly dissapointed.

Horrible every time I come here it never gets my car clean. I wish I could give it no stars.

I really love this place for washing my car. Easy in easy out. Well maintained, clean. Ive left good reviews for this location in the past. Since then they have improved even more. Machines take quarters and cards. Ive used my card here multiple times without issue. Fair prices, quality soaps and waxes.(Ive never had a problem; this place is well looked after, but take a moment to look up card reader safety videos. It might save your bank account.)

Everything is usually in working order and not a terribly long wait.

The car wash be under new ownership because carwash bays dont operate at times and you can never get change from the change machine. Also didnt get my triple foam that was paid for.

Cost me $2 instead of posted $1.75. But convenient for a spray off of my vehicle.

The vacuum cleaner did not work properly, hardly any suction so that was a waste of two dollars. The foaming brush had no soap whatsoever so I did not have a good experience. No attendant on site. Probably will not return.

I did the no touch, wasnt happy with results

2nd time auto machine, low pressure. My car wasnt clean. Usually I get # and call. Disappointed

I at first had a problem with a wash that I had at this facility. After voicing my opinion to the owner, he immediately reached out to me to make things right. I cannot be more proud to have a small business like this in my neighborhood. Locally owned and professionally operated. This will be the place I take my cars to from here on out. With no questions asked. Thanks again for giving me a reason to be proud of my neighborhood and my local car wash. For all your car wash needs this is your spot.

Just went through the automated car wash (Left Bay), and came out as dirty as I went in. Doesnt work at all. Zero pressure, it just dribbled both the soap and water. My kitchen faucet has more pressure.Had to go home and finish the job by hand (in November). Waste of money. : (

Went to get my car washed in the automatic car wash. It did not soap my vehicle and didnt clean anything. Could not find a number posted so looked up number on Google and of course straight to voice mail when I called. So hope they enjoyed my free money will be the last time.

Terrible wash! I left thinking my car was shiny and clean only to be very disappointed when I got home and discovered it was still dirty! Absolute waste of money!

This car wash, is very convenient close by my area where I live, and its not to crowedOf all the times Ive been here..

Full service wash takes about 5 minutes. Be sure to take your time leaving so that your car gets properly dried - the dryer is on a 45 second timer (the timer is located across the exit lane on the fence). Credit card kiosk can be a bit finiky to operate from the car.

Terrible/dangerous location for entry and exit to wash. Rude customer service if you run into any issues. Many wash cycles didn’t work on the self wash. Would recommend any other washing location.

If I cannot hand wash my baby at home I will use this carwash. They keep it clean and fully functioning.

Absolutely horrible automatic. Paid 8 dollars. Pulled in, the under carriage spray last 3 seconds. The 2 cycle pre rinse came out in a sputtering mist. There was zero soap in the pressure wash. And to add insult to injury, the smell coming into the account was musty and my car smells like mildew inside now instead of that pleasant fresh soap smell. Waste of money.

I just paid $12 for a wash and mypassenger’s side is the only part of my car that’s clean. The back and driver’s side look untouched.😡

Yes, this is a car wash, built on the smallest sq. footage for a car wash thats possible. If you want to waste your time, and especially your money, by all means...wash your car here. However, there are likely asthmatic 85 year-olds in the Columbus area who have garden hoses who could probably get your car cleaner. Ill only come back here if I have some light dust on my car that the feeble automatic bays could clean off. Dont know why a major metro area has such difficulty having good touchless drive-thru car washes.
