Free vacuuming, and car looks like new. Never washed it before. I just tried that place for the first time. Its fast, good price. I chose the lower price. They have one with tires and rims cleaning. Will try that next time, then I will go for the higher price to see what they will do to the car. They have membership also.Its a good place to go.

Once again... I could have been through the wash and on my way if they had BOTH lanes open... but instead I waited while the person in front of me fumbled around with their credit card. Ill be canceling my membership and going to a place where they keep all lanes open. Ive left this same review before and I know the official company response is that they will pass it on to their team members. Because EVERY Goo Goo Ive been to lately keeps only one lane open its safe to say its a company choice, not the locations choice. I saw one of the competitors had THREE lanes open... most only have 2, but they are open... so they get it. Why cant GooGoo get this simple point?

Great car wash. Joe signed me up for unlimited car washes & he was very, professional, courteous, helpful.

They give the best car washes so far in my experience. Plus they assist you at the pay machine so you dont even have unbuckle your seat or open your car door to pay. I would like to see their vacuum have a stronger suction though.

Ran my car through the car wash and the gentleman there wiped it down really nice and cleaned the tire wheels before it got through the wash. Very businesslike and personal with their customers which I like.

I like the place but I’ve been there twice this weekend but the place is closed. Super upset since I pay the monthly fee. I had to pay somewhere else to get my car wash. Annoying ! When is this going to be opened?

For the amount you pay. There should be more to it. No prewash, bugs still on the car, dirt in spots that most automatic washes get off. Thankfully im.just passing through.

Im a daily wash member, if you like to keep your car clean I would consider opening a members account for only about $20 dollars and you can wash your car on the Daily basis unlimited counts even twice a day......... Thts big saving

One of the best self serve automotive car wash that we have in town, you dont even have to get out of the car if you choose not to, Goo Goo is that good !!!

Automatic car wash with options of 7$ 21$ and theres one thats a little more expensive i think 35$ i cant remember exactly as i only use the first two... Gets the jobs done and they provide you with a drying cloth and air freshener to hang as well as free vacuum with each wash. Its a great place to get a quick exterior clean. Just with the 7$ option you have to do more to get the dirt off the bottom quarter of your car.

The car was washed but not all of it was cleaned the vacuums are free which is really nice

Kind and friendly staff. All were wearing masks properly and were quick to assist. I really liked that I got an air freshener with my carwash. The vacuums were pretty good quality, in this case I needed a vacuum just a tad stronger. For getting the base $7 wash, Im pleased with my experience and would recommend this carwash.

I just wish they would pick up trash along the street where is blows after customers throw it on the ground. It makes the neighborhood look like a slum. Today while walking my dogs I picked so much trash, one of the neighbor kids saw me struggling to carry the large garbage bag. Please keep America Beautiful.

They always have long lines but although I paid to get a super wash, my car was not clean .

This particular GooGoo does everything correctly. At this location they care for peoples cars. But avoid the one in Whitehall on Broad Street. They do not properly clean the back of your car. Manager seems not to care. When questioned about machine not cleaning properly or his people not being involved he States hes not a mechanical engineer and thats not his problem. Well customer service is. I had to run through 2ce and still had to clean back of car myself.

The machine was broke on one side.Alot of the vaccum cleaners did not work..Its 5.00 on High St.Nice new equipment..Southside

I usually like this place although there’s always something broken. But today their workerwaits until I pay $20 for a wash to tell me the vacuums are broken. There should be signs saying that all over place. I’m very disappointed with my visit.

Ive gone here before and received the $12 wash and was completely satisfied🚗, however, this time I was a little disappointed since I upgraded to the $21 car wash. Even though my car actually SHINED on the sides my dismay came when I viewed the front of my car 👀🚘, my excitement short lived turned to sad when I notice I still had some dirt and grass affixed to my grill and car. I will go back again to see if this can be rectified , because this is a wonderful established and the workers seem to enjoy what they do. Ill be looking forward to giving a perfect 5-STAR on my next visit. 😊

Pretty great place lots of trash room to clean out car

I signed up for a promotion on August 14,2020. The promotion was for polymer pro $21 unlimited wash for that month. I am specifically asked the employee, will this be a reoccurring billing. He said no. So you will now understand why I am writing to seek reimbursement as I have been charged two times, once in September and another in October.. I have tried contacting their customer care team for a while and still no response. I have already went to the car wash and spoke to them and they have canceled the pass, and have advised me to contact you through this email address. If I knew this was going to be billed monthly, I would’ve never signed up, I do not have the funds to be able to afford your service. Please reply to me so someone can get in to contact with me and get this issue resolved.

My $20+ wash and wax left sooo many spots on my van and dirt crept up like it wasnt even waxed. I couldnt even vacuum cause their vacuuming was not good at all. I had to leave.

A little pricey for what you get but really effective tire shine. The vacuums are a bit weak too but lots of wash options, so still worth it. The location can be tough to turn into if you are traveling West bound on Morse.

Always like going to Goo Goo. But I see they took out the pricing and series of different washes between the basic wash and supreme. Pricing is from $7.00 to $15.00.😞

Vacuum suck, their floor match cleaner doesnt clean the floor mats at all and there tire shine only shined one out of four tires 😡.

Got a membership for unlimited washes. My window sticker doesnt work. Then they billed me twice in 8 days. Thats $80. Dollars in 8 days, and my window sticker still doesnt work.

Its pretty good, but they need to make sure they keep up on the maintenance. Vacuums are broke, I e side of the wash cleans better than the other.

Great job on washing the car, but the vacuums at this location leave a lot to be desired. The vacuums had weak suction and two out of three floor mat machines didnt work. On the bright side if you have rubber floor mats they have a self serve scrubbing station.Bottomline: Great place if you just need a good wash. Dont expect a good vacuum.

I love it always friendly , just went to was the car closed temporarily hopefully I get credit for the month being I paid my 35$ already .... but far far better and cleaner than the other place at 3c and Morse rd who double charged my credit card for a month and luckily I caught it told the corporate office they said a glitch in the system never did refund my me my money so moo moo got my buisness , only thing I miss is car Matt wash not one at moo moo ☹️

This might be the worst location for this brand that Ive ever been to. Everything seemed fine in the beginning in quick and the staff seemed friendly but then after the car wash nothing worked. The carpet cleaning machine didnt work and I tried 3 vacuums not one had enough suction to clean my car so I gave up. If I spend $21 on a car was I want my entire care clean. Also as I looked more closely at my car there were little spots here and there that didnt get clean...i paid $21 bucks at least get the car clean if i can clean anything else...not very happy.

Pick your type of car wash from basic all the way up to practically sterilized. Its easy and automated, and the prices are reasonable. Dont forget winter - you dont want that salt eating its way into your undercarriage.No complaints - they do a lot right.

This wash is better than moo moo in my opinion but cost more. If I go through it and my car isnt filthy it usually is cleaned very well. The cheapest wash is $8 I think but this is Ohio so I go for the underbody wash which is $15 and their most expensive is $21 I think. They also have free vacuuming and a mat washing station.

Awesome car wash. Its expensive but worth the cost. I love the air fresheners they give you and the free vacuums and floor mat cleaners are nice and convenient.The staff is sometimes rude but then again they work at a car wash handing out air fresheners and directing the cars so theyre probably miserable.

My car was still covered in soap. I had to go home and spray it off! And the wash didn’t clean off my car very well. There were many vacuum stalls blocked off and the first I tried had so little suction I went to another one. There are definitely better automatic car washes with free vacuum. I will not be back here.

I went yesterday and it was a bad experience. The wash left several scuff marks that are very noticeable all over my car. I went into the office to let someone know and the man laughed and me and began to immediately dispute the possibility the marks came from the wash without having even coming to my car to view them. When he does walk out with me he says that it’s imposs these marks were done by the was and insinuates that I am lying. My car is less than six months old and it’s all white. I had ZERO marks before the wash. When I pulled out my camera to show pictures of my car that prove none of the marks were there he simply laughs and says the manager will call me. Last time I will ever go there!!! Their vacuums suck and have very low suction and it’s muddy and puddles are everywhere so your undercarriage is dirty before you leave the lot. I don’t suggest anyone ever go here. Poor customer service and their wash leaves marks on your car.

Absolutely, positively, HORRIBLE! The carwash damaged my car and they dont want to to do anything about it! LOUSY company, I would HIGHLY advise having your car washed somewhere else besides SORRY Goo Goo.

A great place to have your car wash, the vacuum is free. Plus you always get an air freshener. And also the most important thing we are able to wash long limousines there without a problem.

Mate cleaner was down, really needed it.

Little disappointed in overall experience. Paid for their 2 highest car wash, attendant did not give us the prewash, as we have received before when weve purchased this package. When we exited to car wash to use the vacuums, we realized there was still quite a bit of soap and suds all over our vehicle. Also we ended up having to move to 4 different vacuum stations just to find a vacuum that worked, or was working properly, then it really wasnt picking hardly at all.

I have to do very little after going through the wash. I think they even changed their tire shine chemical. Love this place. I only wish they had different deodorizers other than just lemon.

Best trip here yet! The car came out looking shiny but a lil soap residue was left on the windows. Vacuum worked well- great suction, only one floor mat cleaner was open yet it did the job! I was in and out in 30 minutes with a clean car (only bc I hand towel dried it and cleaned the inside!).
