I paid and went through the vacuums first not realizing it is different than moo moo process. I tried to enter the wash after vacuuming, and asked the staff how I can get in realizing I didn’t have enough room to turn around. He simply said I can’t do that. I asked what he means, and tried to explain multiple times, and he basically said I have to go through the gate and pay again with upset face. I asked him if he can let me in through the gate since I already paid and didn’t use the service yet. And he said he can’t do that in a very rude attitude as if I don’t understand their rule. At that point, I was so upset, because he wasn’t hearing me, so had to talk to the manager to make my point understood. Then when the manager was coming out, he said “tell exactly what you told me to him!”. I am very upset how he treated me as a customer. Very poor quality staff service and training. At least manager handled it well- trying to listen and understand the customer. And saying there was a misunderstanding as if the staff thought I wanted two car washes. Why would I waste my time to wash the same car two times?! Need to hire staff who tries to learn about customer service and listen to the customer.

Couldn’t get anything off of my bumper. was feeling lazy after work and tried this, a simple $2 do it yourself wash wouldve been excellent but this did nothing for way more. the vacuums are terrible too. i should have listened to the reviews.

Car wash: a shorter and less thorough wash, therefore not as good as other car washes Ive gone to, and its more expensive for a basic wash than competitors.Vacuums: top notch! Might go back for vacuums alone tbh.

The car wash does well but the vacuums need some work.

This is a nice car wash with the exception of the staff. Theres several teenage boys that were working most of them were all standing around doing absolutely nothing while one was directing cars into the car wash. I had to ask to have the bug spray put on but he only put it on my windshield and didnt scrub anything. Then I went to spray down my rubber floor mats and they had an area to do that but there was no hose. I walked all the way down to the other end of the car wash and one of the boys said hed go ahead and spray them down for me and then bring them back to me. I get through vacuuming out the whole interior of my car wiping down my dash and I still dont have my floor mats. So I walk back down and theyve now all gotten drinks from somewhere and theyre all standing around doing nothing. Meanwhile my floor mats are just laying there so I grab the hose myself and went on ahead and sprayed them off. I didnt even get a chance to look at my windshield and after I drove away realize that I still have half the bugs on my windshield that I had when I came in.Update - its been almost a month since I was there and although Goo Goo responded to this review, they have not responded to two emails that Ive sent and Ive made several attempts to call the phone number but no one answers that number. Very poor customer service from upper management.

Very nice vist,friendly staff always welcoming...very impressed how clean is every time that I visted....lot better then the Morse Road location...willing to go the extra miles.

I travel for my job this is a terrible car wash and use different car washes in different states for my job. Car still has bugs and dirt on it and the vacuums ate horrible no power at all they wont even pick up grass!! The worst place very disappointed

Had to give a shout out to the young man Ryan who went above and beyond today! I went thru the car wash and clearly the cicada massacre that was my front bumper was no match! I pulled around and asked Ryan if going thru again would help and he not only let me go back thru, he got the brush out and scrubbed my front bumper for several minutes in the hot sun! He was very professional and super helpful! I know most teenager get more grief than praise so I had to take a minute to give him a 5star review! He turned what would have felt like a total waste of time and money- since my car still looked disgusting into a great customer service experience! Way to go Ryan!👍🏻

I pay for monthly membership, place is closed randomly or early all the time. They are out of soaps or waxes or shines way to often. If it werent right across the street I would have dropped membership a long time ago.On site Staff is cool though!

My car was hit within the car wash due to a car ahead of me hitting their brakes. I filled out an incident form and was told someone would be in touch with me soon. I have now been trying to contact the Polaris location through phone and email for about a month and have not received any contact. There’s damage to my car that needs to be fixed. The workers at the time were of course kind and helpful but it has been a huge disappointment how it has currently turned out.

This is a decent wash but for 21$ I kinda expected it to be cleaner when u was done there was still dirt on my truck afterwards and had to have it washed again

Bought a monthly express deal, went through twice last week & still have the same bird poo on my bumper.

Have the monthly pass. Recently cars not clean after wash, problems with track belt that pulls you thru. Has gone downhill lately. Seems like not enough water or equipment to clean my cars. Not sure if we will continue membership or not.

Not great, called and asked about the hours. Was told they changed hours to close at 7:00pm on a Tuesday. Not pleased at all.

Very friendly employees even when clearly under staffed. Standard quality of clean from an express car wash. Your car wont be spotless, but it will be vastly improved, done quickly, with a smile and a free air freshener ever time.

Great wash for the money, plus free vacuums and mat washers. This must be due to covid precautions but the giant rolls of paper towels were gone and thats a big attraction to me. Still a great car wash value.

The wash is usually pretty good. I have the unlimited package and I go once a week or so because it’s right around the corner from my office. My complaints are with the staff. I can never get a wash after work. They are supposed to open till 8 but by 7:00 they are closed for “maintenance” every. Single. Day. I’m not sure what kind of “maintenance” regularly happens an hour before closing every night but it’s very frustrating. Last time I went there was an attendant at the gate literally sleeping on the box where you select your wash. I drove on up, scanned my code and went into the wash without disturbing her. Its 50/50 if you’ll get a pre-wash spray before you go in. Overall good wash just don’t count on them being open during posted hours and be mindful of sleeping staff. Don’t want to disturb their naps.

WARNING:THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND DO NOTHING TO HELP YOU FIX IT!We took our brand new car through here the second day off the lot. They stacked everyone in bumper to bumper, and no one stayed inside to monitor the equipment. The truck ahead of us came off the track, the wash rammed our car into the truck and the car behind into us. The manger came out to take pictures and file a ‘report’ he said someone would call us later that day. No one ever called. We tried calling the customer care line which is absolutely useless, all it does is put you on hold for 5 min then tell you to leave a VM. We tried this three times and no one ever called back. I had to go back to the carwash multiple times finally to be told they denied our request for repairs because it was the truck’s fault for turning his wheel and coming off of the track. However, they could not give me that driver’s information....They said I would need to file a police report and call my insurance.The police disagreed, the officer I spoke to told me the way he sees it, the carwash drove our car into an obstruction because safety measures were not in place and they were not monitoring the equipment. He said a sign at the entrance telling people to keep hands off the wheel does not absolve them from all liability. That made this a civil matter between me and the carwash and they could not get involved.My insurance agreed with the police officers point, and asked me to reach out to the carwash for their insurance information. I sent an email to the manager, Alex Pridemore, requesting insurance information. Alex repeatedly refused to provide that information because he does not believe the carwash is at fault.I have spoken to other carwashes in the area who all have more modern equipment with sensors to stop the wash if a car comes off the track. There are much better places with much better customer service to take your car. Don’t risk damaging it by taking it here.

Great place to get your car wash been going here for years and love how the wash does great for all my cars and there was a young man with pretty eyes that was a great and helpful hand!

Vaccines dont have good suction

We have gone to this car wash for years, but after today we will not be back. Paid $18 for a terrible car wash leaving soap and not 1 of the vacuum’s works? Terrible and it has gone completely downhill! We used to wash all 4 of our cars here weekly, but we will be finding a new place to go after today!

1st let me tell you... JOE.. Went above and beyond expectations..My issue:I parked underneath a tree that had berries..The 1st wash work about 80% , so I got out I started scraping the rest off it .. JOE... noticed me scraping it asked me to pull over there....he used a brush scrubbed it for 10 minutes and then put me through an ultimate wash..I dont know what to say other than....Im blown away...Thank you Joe!

On Nov 5th 2020, My husband went through this automatic car wash in his 2012 Toyota Tacoma when his back window busted completely shattered. He and the employee watched the camera recording of it and filled out an accident report since then we have tried emailing and calling them over 10 times trying to contact someone in regards to this we have spoke with 2 people whom gave excuses saying a GM would be in contact with us we even personally emailed the GM yet no response. I have to take legal actions because of how unprofessional this company is. I dont feel I am asking for much its not a little scratch or dent the window is entirely gone and non drivable, I just want someone to acknowledge it and take about a plan of action to take. If I could I would give no stars. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

My wife and I bought a new used car and right after the purchase we went to Goo Goo express to to get the new edition cleaned and shine along with the existing car. Love the fact that we could take our time and get them both clean to our own standard.

Clean and vacuum worked great.

Employees are nice but my car didnt get as cleaned as usual and they need to fix or replace those vacuum cleaners. Second time Ive gone and the suction sucks. Im just gonna go to blue sky from now on.

$12 for a wash that left dirt all over the back of the car and blue liquid in the crevices of the door handles. I tried 4 different vaccums and none of them worked. . . the lady next to said the same for her vaccum. So I moved down a few spaces and those didnt work either .

Good wash for $9. Included under body wash and treatment. Free self service vacuum. Fast and efficient.

Will second the comments from Tom. It seems like at least once in every three times I try to go here to get my truck washed, the maintenance sign is up at the entrance and employees are nowhere to be found.Usually Im behind in my day when I realize I need to get the truck cleaned, (arent we all) but having to drive right up to even see if its closed then means that I have to drive out to Lazelle to get the truck washed up. To get back on schedule.Not sure whats going on there that they close down in the middle of the day or 1-2 hours early to put the maintenance sign up, but it might need to be looked into. Most of the times that Ive see it there, there is a steady stream of cars making uturns or bailing into the mellow mushroom parking lot as they realize that its closed. Id venture that some folks have unlimited washes, but others Im sure are just looking to get their car washed and pay on the spot.Ive been an unlimited wash member for almost two years, I love the convenience but would love it if this location would keep to its hours and maintain the wash when its not operating hours.Ive mentioned it to the Lazelle Road folks as well regarding the closures of the Polaris location. They said they hear it often, so its not just Tom and me...

Really like this car wash. Guess the $9 wash isnt the best to get. 2nd time here..... Didnt remove bug stains off the windshield.

I like Goo Goo, the machine does a nice job cleaning my car. This one at Polaris however never applies the tire shine even though I pay for it. The one on Morse Rd. Never fails.

They no longer have paper towels or windex available like they used to, they no longer have someone to pre-spray & scrub your fenders & windshield like they used to, & today the guy that had me pull forward into the tire slots wasnt even looking at me or my car. He was looking at & laughing with his co-worker who was doing nothing. This place used to be great. Now they arent even mediocre. What a let down this place has become.

Great service and fast

I’ve gone here on and off over the last few years. Just can’t find anything closer to my house in Westerville. The pre- wash station is gone. It’s now someone barely spraying your windshield before you enter. Doesn’t do anything. The air dryer will dry about half your car so bring towels if you want a dry car without spots. Tire shine never works. Why I liked the prewash as I could make sure my wheels and tires get completely clean. There is no such thing as tire shine here. 85% of the vacuums barely work. It’s gotten worse over time just wish we had more on that side of town in Westerville. If you want a general wash it’s good. But don’t pay up. Not worth the money.

Vacuum hoses had very bad suction and/or came completely unattached. Car wash was paused in the middle of washing because the attendant didnt space the cars out enough

I have gone to this car wash for years. It is a little pricey, but I have always felt with the amenities and the quality of the wash, it was worth it. Today, I went there and was very dissapointed. There were neither of the pre- wash stations available or the air freshener. I asked the manager about the changes and he said it was a corporate decision. I am saddened to hear of these changes.

Washed my car and paid the $21.00 about 2 weeks ago. I have called about 5-6 times and left messages for the bad job that was done. No one will call back and def cannot get a of someone there. Could not give a zero star so I guess fortunate they get a 1 star.

Car wash didnt really get the car clean... the pass through the actual wash is about 1/2 that if a traditional car wash... too short to effectively clean my car.

Quick & efficient but since they were busy because we recently had snow & salted streets they didn’t have anybody swabbing your vehicle before entry today, otherwise I’d have given it a 5 star review.

Amazing experience! Our goo goo got bought by zips so we really missed the time we got to please use goo goo so when we saw that rear windshield wiper Gugu cover that we had seen so often we knew there had to be one nearby in Columbus we found the closest one in immediately went and we’re not disappointed in the amazing service and wash experience… highly recommend!

The wash was terrible. The attendant did not perform the usual prep before going through the cycles... My car was still dirty & there was soap dripping off the car! The dry cycle did not work correctly. So disappointed.

Hands free, free vacuums. Very happy with the services. The soap used did not have an overwhelming smell. Smelled clean not fruity.

Moo moo is light years ahead with everything they do. It is clear the bottom line is #1 in this places business model. Poor quality overall. Unfortunately I will not return and will travel further to Moo Moo.

Tire shine doesnt always work right, but the car comes out clean. Floor mat vacuum machine is really slick. Free paper towels are a nice touch.

Purchased the works car wash paid $10.00 received a car wash equal to $2.00. Dirt still on the back bumper, insect residue on both mirrors and front bumper. Employees just trying to get you through as fast as possible. Doesnt anybody take pride in what they do anymore?

A single wash is pretty pricey, best deal is to get a monthly membership which allows for unlimited washes. They start at $19.99 a month. Vacuums are included in a wash as is floor mat cleaning. This includes a wash stand for rubber mats with soap and a hose. Paper towels are included as well to dry and wash inside.

Not a good car wash for the money. My wife was in desperate need of a car wash so we went to goo goo because they have free vacuums. We bought the ultimate for 18 dollars thinking it would get the job done needless to say we were wrong. The attendant could care less the pre spay was a joke, it was quick to go thru but upon exiting we realized two things ; the car was not even close to being dry and wasnt all that clean. I am giving it one star for the free vacuum, which arent that great. Save your money drive down maxtown and go to Turkey Hill the staff is excellent and your car will be clean.

I LOVE this place. My car still had remains of bugs, so I spoke with Jon and he said he was so sorry and he would run me through again. (my wife couldnt get over how cute he looked in that bow tie!) After my second time going through they gave me an upgraded wash for the inconvenience, on top of that my car was in perfect shape, looked like a brand new car!!! I will be coming back to this place, as Jon and the rest of the goo goo employees treat you like family

CAR LOOKS GREAT. GOOD CONCEPT. Im from New Jersey and thought I would run through the car wash to kill some time before I met up with someone. I did not expect the free vacuum and paper towels! Who does that!?! Awesome! It was quick and easy. Others may complain that GooGoo missed a spot or two. But AS THE NAMES STATES - its a 3 minute car wash - for $7.00? Its a great deal!

I have a new car and I took it through this car wash last week and it completely scratched my hood, the top of the car, and the trunk lid. Manager offered me a $50 gift card and said they werent going to do anything about it. Isnt that why a business carries liability insurance? The car was not scratched before it went though the wash. I noticed it immediately after the wash when I pulled into the vacuum area to wipe down the car. I filled out an incident report with Goo-Goo and a gift card was the best they were willing to do. $1,400 repair.

I normally dont use these kind of car washes. because, if something was to get stuck in the material, like rust, metal shavings, etc this would scratch your car!! Since none of the other car washes in the area actually clean your car for the money you spend I go here. Having said that, this wash doesnt clean your whole car either, though its better then most others. the back bumper is always left dirty. Also, whatever they use on the tires slings all over your car after you drive away. I have a white car so its easy to see. Ive been here twice, and I wont waste my money at any googoo ever again. I pay to wash 4 sides of my car not 3!!

Awesome car wash! The prices are pretty reasonable for what you get, and they have a wide variety of options. I like that they do a pre-wash and manually go over the car with a brush before it enters the automatic wash. There were a couple of stubborn spots on my car that remained after the wash, which is why Im giving 4 stars, but overall it was a good experience and my cars clean. It was relatively busy but they seemed to be moving people through at a good pace. The free vacuums are a big plus and I like that there are so many of them so you dont have to wait for a vacuum even if its busy. The cute little complimentary air freshener is a nice touch. Would definitely come back again.

Prices are ridiculously high for the quality of wash you receive. Moo Moo is nearly half the price and a better wash. The young kids working there are too busy socializing to worry about what your car looks like . I had to wait today while they talk to their friends in the back parking area, nobody attending the wash at 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon. All four of them actually jumped in the car and road through the wash with one friend The tire shine only works on the left side of the car, the right side never gets shine. This place is a complete joke and wont be in business much longer, with the competition is doing a far better job

I had low expectations due to the other reviews left, but I was very pleasantly surprised! I enjoyed the personal touch of having individuals actually scrubbing the front and back of my car before going into the express wash. I was given a free car freshener, and my car looked nice and shiny when it came out. The thing that sold me on the place was the vacuums. The vacuums had great suction and I was able to thoroughly clean my car!! It smells great now too.. I will definitely be coming back!

$12 and just minutes and my salty ass Prius was clean. It is pretty intense when you are on the inside so dont take Sudafed like I did or your head might explode. Also the free vacuums are crazy powerful. They sucked every bit of dropped french fries from under my seat. FIVE STARS!!!!

Its fine. They need to use more rinse water, so I dont end up with soap residue all over my car. This is a problem with all Goo-Goos, though.

Its a lot of fun for my daughter to take her through, but quite honestly, it can be a little on the expensive side. But, for now at least, it is worth the money. My recommendation is to utilize the free vaccums as often as possible.

So I have now been using yr wash for a few yrs now and have to say it keeps going down hill with prices going up. I have complained as has my father in law to corporate with no response. Between myself and father in law we have 10 cars and are tired of poor service from the attendants, machines not working or out of receipt tape, no tire shine and then not getting the wash I paid for. There is NO consistency. Very disappointed and looking forward to trying out moo moo around the corner which is cheaper for more amenities.***Update ***I have been back 4 more times to use up the rest of my gift card and glad to see still no improvements as I have only received one receipt. Also I would like to personally thank Roger for not responding to my email in an attempt to make it right since I emailed him mid February and still no response.

Supposed to be open till 6pm. Arrived at 5:40pm on 4/27 -along with 2 other cars. it was already closed.
