I haven’t used them since the last time I needed to rent but when I did everything from start to finish was great!

They are a joke. The people who are saying they are cheaper than any where else is wrong. I assume they never rented cars before because this place is considerably higher and they have too many requirements. I only came here cuz other places were booked. I ended up driving to Opelika for a rental. I still paid $250 LESS than I would have here with far more benefits.

These people are a joke and a ripoff they tried to charge my 66 year old mother a thousand dollar because she went over her mileage . They will not ever get mine or my mom business ever again and to the people that are looking to rent a car I wouldnt rent from these people they are a rip-off

I only inquired and it was already no I would get a car in Atlanta faster with up to 300 miles per day for 32 a day without a deposit this is beyond ridiculous and what’s online is not even what they have

Polite and helpful staff. The weekly rates are the best in town, and you get a discount when Whites Automotive repairs your car. It was a win win experience.

Got a terrible car, it broke down and started smoking even 30mins after driving off the lot. The price was good, and was the only place rental were available at the time.

I rented a fifteen passenger van to go to South Carolina. The price to rent it was way cheaper than the Franchise renter places like Enterprise. The van drove good and even got good gas mileage. The staff was friendly and explained everything to me when I went in to get a quote prior to deciding which rental agency to go with.

I rented a car from this company . The month ends next Friday but we couldnt keep it until the month ends and we will pay the overage as we always have. They also would not use my deposit. Now I have Divorce Court on Wed of next week and Dr. Appt on Monday. They absolutely would not rent us a car. They were averaging according to other weeks but there will be far less miles as my son is off. No one would listen as the overage is due next week and I was planning on paying it with my disability on the 3rd of October. Also when I rented it they told me 125 miles free per day. Well little did I find out that its 125 a day but only 600 a week. How is $125 x 7 add up to 600. These people are a fraud demanding money before the month is over (next Friday) and quoting $125 a day. At no time until the first week did they tell me its only 600 miles per week. This is a money making procedure charging for services not rendered and how do you know how many miles it will be over that has always been paid immediately. My car is totalled and looking for a new one. At 125 miles a day which as a CPA that adds up to 875 miles per week. If you rent from these people read everything very carefully as they get you to sign fast so you cant read it. What a farce!!!!!

We have been renting cars for six months. The staff at Fifty Cent have been wonderful. They are professional, friendly, and they treat all customers respectfully. They are very careful about explaining your rental agreement and great about answering questions. Thank you, Fifty Cent!

Rental prices are outrageous! Also they make you have your own insurance. How can I pay for auto insurance when I dont have my car anymore!? I even asked my insurance if I could keep it without my car. They said no. I have never heard of you having to have your own insurance for a friggin rental. Enterprise is way cheaper and you dont have to have your own insurance.

Whites automotive is awesome anything they do I would give them five stars the terrific people live in a good business love you love you love you love you theyre always tolerant a craziness 50 Cent Rent-A-Car probably doesnt get much business though because they do such a good job fixing your cars why would you need to rent one from them

When reading their prices on their first page Google website ad I was told on the phone that they dont use those prices anymore and I told them they should probably change their website then because we were talking a $20 hike on everything a day thats a pretty big difference so basically theyre saying theyre half the price of Enterprise to get you to call so they can tell you that theyre not. Also woman on phone was extremely rude and acted as if she had better things to do than help a customer would not recommend to anyone call Enterprise call Hertz call anyone else do not call them

Wish i could give them a half star.. they lack professionalism and id never refer their services to anyone.. all you have to do is check their responses to some of the reviews..

I always read the reviews before doing business with any company. After reading these comments, I think Ill pass on renting a vehicle from this company.

I spent $1000 for 4 wks in the car yes Im a smoker, we made stops smoked before we got back in the car clipping the cigarette if we were by the car the wind blow maybe ashes got into the car or it came off the clip, there was no smell of smoke at all, she seen a few flakes w/some tobacco from clipped cigarettes, and took $100 off my deposit. The car was all dented up with extreme dirty seats, but she cries over a few ash flakes, I did not smoke in the car, Im a smoker but dont like being trapped in cigarette smoke. Only God knows. She was totally wrong for accusing I have no need to lie about anything if I did I will tell her I did, but I didnt and should of

I had rented cars from 50 cent Rent-A-Car 3 times before I attempted to rent a car today. The first 2 times went fine. The 3rd time the car had ants. When I returned the car, the owner told me that there is nothing that they can do about the ants, since the cars just sit on the lot. I suggested that they spray the lot and cars, but she said that wouldnt work. Despite the ants, I thought I would give them a second chance. When I arrived, the customer service rep didnt ask if the rental was in town or out of town. So she quoted me the in town rate. When she realized that I was going out of town, she told me that the price was different. I agreed to pay the extra, but the CSR had difficulty figuring out the difference. Since there was only 1 CSR, a line began to form. The owner came from the back to assist. When I questioned if they had figured the additional amount correctly, the owner became angry. Every time I tried to explain to her how I figured the additional charges, she cut me off and talked over me. This owner cares NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Two stars because the first 2 times went okay.

Great staff..they changed my tire

They have horrible customer support. The son and his wife repossessed a vehicle I was renting because I didnt return for the weekly required mile and oil check. I didnt feel appreciate as a loyal customer. And would not recommend them.
