They told my truck for a spider tags it cost me $250 to get my truck towed back because my truck is not running

They towed my car with the sticker in its proper place twice the 1st time they brought the car back free this time same mistake they charged me half the normal fee ! Knowing my sticker was still in the correct place they chose to do the wrong thing and charge me 80$ for no reason I had work in the morning and it was Sunday at 10 am I needed to get to work so I paid the modern day extortion money to retrieve my innocent carShame on you HOUND DOG TOWING!!!!!

Due to a parking mix up with my leasing office due to construction, I was towed from the lot which I was supposed to be parked in, not the fault of the tow driver. After providing proof that I was supposed to be in that lot and clearing up the miscommunication, Hound Dog made it right by reversing the credit card charges, for which I am very grateful for. The man helping me at the counter was also very polite and tried his best to remedy the situation.

Terrible management. Was in a spot where I should not have been towed, still towed and charged for violating nothing.
