We were on a road trip to West Virginia when our tire pressure tanked because of a nail. This was the only place still open on a Thursday evening. Even though we got there 15 minutes before closing, they took the car in and had it patched in under 10. Very nice and professional as well as great work!

I was one hour into a six hour road trip out of Ohio when my car started smoking and squealing on the highway. Panicking, I immediately pulled off the closest exit and thankfully Columbus Auto Repair was right there. Carlos asked me what was wrong and I, knowing nothing about cars, said I dont know and just told him what it was doing. He walked me through everything he was doing at every step of the process and let me know how much it would be every time. Carlos and the guys at Columbus Auto Repair really know what theyre doing and they do it well! They really saved my bacon for sure so they get 5 stars and a big recommendation from me!

We were in town for a family wedding and my dads RV had some serious brake issues. Called them up on a Friday right before close and they worked super hard Friday night and Saturday AM to get the rv fixed. Tremendous work ethic and jumped right in to get my dad rolling, thank you!

We took our food truck here for breaks and an” oil change” , the only good thing was they” finished” the job quickly. I give them 1 star because they didn’t do the oil change they charged us for, never gave/emailed our receipt and was over priced. Also if you pay cash you don’t have to pay tax . Good luck

My boyfriend and I took our truck here and they fixed everything that needed to be done and they are so honest. They did a really good job. I definitely recommend taking your car here you wont regret it. We thought the whole truck was ruined and they turned the whole thing around and was honest about parts that I tried to have them installed but were not needed and so I got to get a decent amount of money back from the parts. Words cant express how happy we are

This is the worst shop i’ve ever been to. I was promised my car was going go to be fix an a day and it was all a lie. The guy name ORLANDO is not a professional and has no word and still charged me for doing no fix at all to my car. People out there please be careful bringing your car to this place specially to thats guy ORLANDO.

My tire pressure got low on the way drive from TX to MA, i know its a simplest thing, but the man was supper nice and get that down in 10sec for me. Im sure the other service you need to get here wont be bad at all with his nice personality!☺️

Just had them work on my Cadillac. Needed some transmission work. Things always break out of warranty. I go to Germain Cadillac for my scheduled maintenance. But open minded when things break. Price is better than dealership and quality of work is just as good.

Best & fairest mechanics in town! Probably in the entire state of Ohio. They are always very professional & courteous. I NEVER take my car anywhere else. Ramiro & Orlando always tell you what the issues are & gives an estimate before working on your vehicle. Turn around time is amazing! I wish I could take them with me when I relocate!

I regret going to this shop and wasted $550 paying them for a repair only lasted for less than a month.Another thingThey dont provide you with a legitimate receipt showing what repairs has been done.And when U ask them for a receipt they give u a flimsy hand-written small receipt that does not include customer name, date of repairs, etc.I do not trust such a shop neither should you.

Were from out of state and got a flat tire nearby. We walked here for help and Orlando was more than helpful with everything. We thought we may need a new tire and sensor but he was very honest and said we just needed a sensor. We are fully satisfied with the services he provided and more than happy with his honesty.

Found this shop online took a chance coming to it. The building is very clean and professional, as is the staff that I encountered. I came in thinking I needed a rack and pinion but they lifted and quickly discovered that was not the problem but that I needed control arms, ball joints, tie rods and an alignment. While O was only looking to spend $700-$800 for the rack I actually ended up spending $1182.50 which saved me money because I already knew I needed ball joints and wasn’t going to get them yet. A chain store had told me $1400 just for the Rack alone! So thank you CAR for helping me discover that I didn’t need A rack and pinion. The other place was just going to replace it and let me pay for something I didn’t need.I am happy to report that I am picking up my car now.

These guys do real good work. They have worked on my car 3 times now and each time they have been up front about what the problem is, how to fix it and exactly how much it costs. So far the prices have been a little cheaper when compared to other shops in the general area. The building is tucked back behind the road a fair bit but it is clean and professional.

The staff here were helpful I felt comfortable with the price of repairs, I didnt get called by way too many people though telling me my vehicle was ready for pickup after I explained I would pick it up the following day.

I got in a accident and they only said 1 price then right when they were closing they said oh hey heres the hose we had to replace mind I never seen an estimate even tho I asked and he said multiple times he would give me 1 I even had someone come out to make sure and he told them the same price but tight when I was alone he add another item and then told me plus tax but when I asked for this in the beginning nobody gave me anything and now that am on the road my engine light is on but how come because you said nothing was wrong

My sone was driving from Cincy to Elmira NY and picked up a screw in one of his tires going through columbus and was losing air rapidly. They close at 7pm and It was 8:15 when he pulled in and they were still there but not open. They plugged his tire and had him in his way in 5 min. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Had my A/C compressor replaced with a part I bought online. They were able to replace the compressor and charge the system the same day for an awesome price.

I put one star just so I can let people know how bad the used tires R in here dnt go here to buy one..i was on trip and my tires have a hole in it so I decided to put one and not just fix this one so I stop at this place was the closest one..some Hispanics guys came offer me the tire for 45 dollars I pay 48 and at the end I drive just 1 hour with that tire and they saw I was with my childrens tire was already broken..reason Y i dnt see them put it in water like others do for me they knew what they was doing.then I give him my card to pay he look at me and say is that urs lol i told him u need my ID wow...not happy at all yall got me but sad cause only thinking about the money me and my kidz could of have a terrible accident.
