Haha. I saw the reviews but i still went to check the place out. Gosh...as a black person something is really wrong with us. The woman on the desk was rude and if there was any chance of me renting that rickety apartment it disappeared. White people who own these properties, stop letting these POC run down your business. Funny enough in all my apartment hunt so far, non-POCs have attended to me much better while the POCs were horrible. Fire her and replace with a non-POC. Youll see the reviews change. That front desk woman is a truly angry black woman. Fire her and replace.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! The MANAGER THAT WORKS IN THE OFFICE AND THE GIRL JAMEEKA THAT WORKS AT THE FRONT DESK IS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!! ROOMS ARE VERY NASTY! THIS IS A SCAM!!! The pics are not what the rooms actually looks like!!!

Paige has been amazing through our move from Florida to Columbia, SC. Her effort and information has been more than my wife and I could ever ask for.She took a stressful time for us and made it a very enjoyable and grateful experience.Thank you so much Paige we both appreciate you more than words will express.

The Security guard is difficult and bosses to my kids

I’m only writing this review for those traveling miles away thinking you are getting what the pictures feature. The rooms do somewhat look like the pictures and the rooms are fairly cleaned. They do have a mild stench to them and some things that could of been sealed. So here’s my issue and the only reason y I decided to leave. My first night there I say a roach. It through me off but I decided to stay. Hey the price is reasonable, so I dealt with one roach. Well the second day, I killed about 15 roaches. By the 3rd day, there were coming from every where. They said they came back and sprayed which I seen more and more every they said they sprayed. There was no smell of spray and I went in apt shortly after they claimed to spray. My opinion is they should of put some TLC in the property before renting out only 3 days after taking over property. Bc now they only going to attract people that just don’t care about living under such conditions! Paige the customer service rep is Great by the way, wished my situation would of worked out.

The pictures are totally different from reality

I went there today to take a look at this place I would definitely was not impressed the rooms are old and smell like mold the property was completely disgusting no property management at all if they gave me this room for free I wouldn’t there

This place is so much better than when Cloverleaf ran it. Very much an improvement!
