I love U Centre and one of the many reasons why I love it so much is because of Joseph. Joseph was the one that recommended me to stay here for the summer because of all of the great amenities as well as how affordable it is. After living here for a couple months Joseph and U Centre have both showed me that this is a great community to be apart of and I am so glad I signed a lease for the next year.

A lot of my friends live here and love it! The amenities here are really nice, especially the pool and gym. The workers are great, too. One worker that’s always in the office, Ashley, has always been super helpful and able to answer any questions I’ve had.

Freeman Hickman gave me a tour recently and he was so amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming! All I can say about him is WOW.The amenities that they offer are outstanding. I have no complaints about my experience. The location is beautiful and very convenient since it’s downtown and within walking distance to campus. I highly recommend this place not only for their complex itself, but their staff!

I lived in Ucentre over the summer and my experience there was great. Employees always available to take your call, great fitness center and pool area. Definitely the best place to live if you’re a college student that wants the full experience.

This place is electric! I went to a pool party there the other day and the Dj was awesome! There was great hospitality and the burgers were delicious. Amazing community.

I went on a tour here, it looks very nice and the gym is amazing. I know a couple friends who live here and they love it. The staff is great as well. My tour guide Freeman made the experience fun, was really informational, and answered all of our questions. He also made the experience very swift, even though there was many people in the foyer to attend to.

Having seen a lot of different choices in living for college, this location is one of the best. The property has lots of amenities, is up to date, and well maintained. Additionally, the service I received from the Community Assistant, Molly, was professional and courteous. Good choice for anyone looking for a space to live while in college.

Recently toured this place and was blown away by not just the apartment and facilities but by the customer service! Ive had bad experiences with different landlords in Columbia in the past but felt warmly welcomed by my tour guide Freeman like I was in his own home. He was super helpful and hilarious. This place is STUNNING. Such a great community atmosphere. I am so impressed with how well they are following COVID-19 guidelines and how well their staff is trained. When my daughter toured she was welcomed by three individuals named Molly, Freeman and Suzy. Molly took her on a tour and she was sold by how well informed she was.

I love how U Centre does things like Freebie Friday because it makes us feel like they care about their residents. I also enjoy watching their Tik tok videos because they’re creative & their team clearly enjoys marketing. I think there’s more to just the physical stature of U Centre that makes it stand out from other properties & that is the atmosphere, the staff & their dedication.

My son lives on property and has nothing but great things to say about management. He dealt with some noise issues and Sally and Jacob handled the problem immediately. The front desk staff is always super nice and goes above and beyond for their residents. Parents if you want your kid to be taken care of - This is the place for you.

Best apartment complex in Como! A little pricey, but trust me when I say it is completely worth it. Staff is so friendly and helpful and they have the best amenities out of all downtown living options by far. Suzzie gave me a tour of one of the 4bedroom unit. By far she presented the amenities with such excitement it made me sign my lease a few weeks later.

When looking at apartments for the next school year, I looked at Ucentre. Suzy helped me find the perfect apartment. She was knowledgeable about the entire apartment informing me on all the different amenities and what Ucentre has to offer. She was also kind, sweet, and smiley. She made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire process of touring the place. Because of her, I decided to sign a lease at Ucentre, because it’s important that the apartment you’re living in is ran by a great staff.

Initially I was torn between UCentre and the other guys. My roommates and I had a really great tour which sealed the deal. There was an issue signing two of my friends up as roommates, but the manager, Sally, went above and beyond to help us. She was super kind and helpful. Definitely glad I chose UCentre over Crookside. Everyone working here is super nice. The service is 10x better.

Love living here. If it was built my first 3 years, I would have lived here. Everything is beautiful and constantly being cleaned. The pool and the gym are icing on the cake to a beautiful apartment. Management could not care less about residents. You have no control over choosing your unit--myself and my three roommates were placed directly above the parking garage entrance, which we originally had no issue with. Then, someone scaled our balcony and walked straight through our apartment--management didnt care. They told us the building “has security patrolling throughout the night,” but this was an outright lie as we never saw any person fitting that description in our year living there and younger staff in the office outwardly admitted there is no security. Speaking of younger staff, that’s actually who we had to deal with for the entirety of this situation: when we discovered a video had been shared showing our apartment being broken into, we gave it to U Centre hoping they would realize the severity of what happened and would start being more receptive and helpful. We were, of course, wrong, and I want whoever is reading this to know what I’m writing next is not an exaggeration and exactly what happened: U Centre had a college aged employee call us and let us know he “actually is friends with the guy in the video” and that he “was just doing it as a joke.” Turns out if you are friends with a U Centre employee they support you scaling the building and terrorizing young girls! Wish that would have been on the website.As it started to get colder, we realized as our apartment was directly above open air it was extremely hard to heat--we were charged extra utilities every month just for trying to keep our apartment around 68 degrees, maintenance point-blank said the only reason we were getting these charges was because of the location of our apartment, and, big shocker, U centre didnt care. We were charged more in utilities per month on a 4 bedroom apartment than my family pays on our two story, 4 bedroom HOME. So. Make that make sense.To say U Centre doesn’t care about its tenants is an incredible understatement; it was more than simply being hard to reach or work with. They blatantly disregarded safety concerns and let my roommates and I openly pay more on utilities than we should have had to. Find someplace smaller to live where you can actually meet the people running your building, these people are insanely elusive and will screw you at every opportunity.
