I ABSOLTELY LOVE IT HERE! The closets are so spacious (especially for us girls who may have too much clothes). I also can not forget to give the staff a shoutout also! Jeff, Tim, & Mike are always so friendly and always make my day when I come in to the clubhouse! Defiantly recommend leasing here!

I stayed at the Row @ Missouri for a year in 2019-2020 and have only good things to say about the place and the staff. The apartment was new and well-kept, the rooms were clean and the maintenance staff kept the neighborhood very clean (they even cleaned the snow from the pavements multiple times during snowfalls).They have a shuttle that goes to the campus regularly and a pool, and the apartments are fully furnished, but you have the option to have them take the furniture out if you dont need it. At the time that I lived there, they had offered free cable & Internet.Although you have roommates, they have worked it out for you in a special deal where you only pay for your room and utilities already divided for what you have spent & you pay it online, so it is super easy to know what you owe without the frustration of dividing up with your roommates.I have a 1-year old son and had special requests that the manager and the staff were always trying to accommodate kindly. One of the best and most affordable places to live in Columbia, especially if you are a student.

A group of us are going to live at The Row in the fall. We have some tough schedules to deal with and The Row took the time to accommodate us. Throughout the whole process they have been a joy to work with and answered any questions that we had. I wish that I could give them more stars because they truly went out of their way in order to help us out. We look forward to our time at The Row and living in a place that truly cares about their residents! I highly recommended checking into this place!

Living at The Row for about a year and a half. I lived here when the management team was removed and a new management team was put in place. As a college student who lived at Todd, I was unsure about The Row. This summer my thoughts have changed. The new management team is very responsive to my requests and I even got new furniture for free!! I have noticed a difference with the residents who now live here. The price is hard to beat plus the utilities arent bad price wise. Ive had issues with payments but the office staff has helped me out and given me some time to fix it and pay for my rent. The staff really cares and they will work for you. I definitely recommend The Row to anyone looking for apartments. I also got a free cruise for renewing my lease.

I have only visited, but they have a really nice area for students to study and work on homework. They also have a nice pool. Plus they give out tons of free merch and have fun giveaways and contests. Oh, did I mention the Comfort Color Ts? They are my favorite!!

Lived here for almost four years now, during those four years I have yet to be asked if my carpet should be replaced or my walls painted after I’ve had 7 roommates come and go and tear this house apart. On top of that the roads are just absolutely abysmal and continue to ruin my car with the amount of pot holes in this “neighborhood”. Also, I have yet to receive a house key, a mail key, or a second garage door opener. Therefore, I have been forced to in and out of my own house through the garage that occasionally doesn’t work so I have to leave my house unlocked. Unlocked while I’m at work when there have so many break ins and robbery that they sent out an email to the residents. Since I’ve renewed my lease here, and new management has arrived, it has seemed that a lot of issues are being ignored or swept under the rug and it is beginning to show the cracks in the foundation here. There are units constantly open here and doesn’t surprise me in the slightest. They are predatory to college students and I would advise against any student living here, they are unable to provide the up keep needed in my unit and I’m one of few residents here. They are also less than transparent when it comes to how you will be charged for the security deposit for items or maintenance they should be providing regardless. All in all, I would avoid living here for many reasons but the biggest has to be that they simply aren’t run in safe or consistent way. I would avoid living here at all costs.

Not a bad place to live for cheap. Maintence would always come same day or within 24 hours. Their new management staff has been great to work with. Overall not bad for what you pay for.

I highly recommend The Row @ Missouri. My personal experience with the Leasing Agent Miss China was very pleasant. Miss China went above and beyond to assist me and my daughter, who attends Mizzou with all our questions and needs. Miss Chinas demeanor was very courteous and pleasant.The apartments are affordable and clean and I personally feel relieved knowing my daughter living at The Row , would be safe and close to the Mizzou Campus with all the amenities as well. We as a family are grateful to The Row @ Missouri and Miss China for going above and beyond. Highly Recommend 👍👍👍😀

I’ve been living at the row for 3 years and this year with new management my experience has VASTLY improved. The houses are nice and the prices are good. Somehow The Row has managed to improve the internet connection, i have not had internet issues since they changed management.

Its copy pasted but truthfully the previous reviewer hit the nail on the head, with a few additions.When it was Log Hill, it was an amazing place to live. Now, The Row has changed management 3 different times and every week there is a new flyer on our door telling about new rules. First one was a surprise about now being charged for the trash and water bill on top of our rent payment. The second one was a flyer telling us we are no longer allowed to have grills or chairs or basically anything at all on your front porch, it had to be in the back. The third flyer then tells you that trash is no longer going to be picked up in front of your house, instead you have to take it to the trash dumps which are now conveniently located right in the parking spots by the houses. The parking is extremely limited as it is, and now weve got garbage dumps taking them away. They also decided to change the online rent payment portal to another webpage without letting you know. Then, they charge you late fees and refuse to reimburse you for the charges. Finally, any packages that you want the front office will take and hold until you pick them up. A very inconvenient thing when you do not get back from work until past 5pm and have to take a day off so you can collect packages.Save yourself, and your wallet.

Management is grossly incompetent. Theyve messed up something rent related for each of my roommates and myself. I wasnt charged rent for several months, they lost one roommates check and claimed he never gave it to them, they tack on late fees like its going out of style even though the fault lays completely on their end. Save yourself the hassle and live somewhere else until this place gets sold again. The location and houses are nice, but management isnt worth the headache.

Wish there was a less-than-one star rating. STUDENTS read the lease, keep a copy of the lease - do not depend on this organization to be honest, helpful or even available in the office to answer question. Im so incredible irritated that I can not find a way to by-pass the current management to someone higher up on the chain to get the answers we need. new tenants beware!

The stress of dealing with the management here is not worth it. No maintenance staff at times, which means that maintenance request are a waste of time because Ive been waiting on three different requests to repair the dryer, the garbage disposal and the toilet for 4 months. We went without air conditioning for 26 days straight in July and they only discounted our August rent by 175.00. They only give you one way to pay and that is by debit card or credit card and it has to be the exact amount. Which wouldnt be a problem if the total amount on your account was correct and you were able to communicate or make contact with any of the management or staff to resolve the issue. I have continually called left messages and gone to the office to see if anybody was there. Because its kind of hard to constantly remind them to update your information on your account when you have paid.

The homes are spacey and well maintained. The location is good and its priced reasonably. However, the staff is the worst that I have experienced in my 5 years in Columbia. In particular the leasing manager has no idea how to interact with people. She is extremely hostile and rude, and miscommunicates nearly everything to her staff and bosses so that nobody has a clear idea of what is going on. With the exception of the office, I think this is a good place to live.

My roommates and I moved out this past August and we have been dealing with a myriad of issues since then. We were overcharged for our move out fees and didnt receive our security deposit back, even though our apartment was in near immaculate condition. We also reported them to the BBB a month ago, and the management still has yet to get back to us for any of the issues weve brought to their attention. I wouldnt recommend living here to anyone, its definitely not worth it.

PLEASE DO NOT SIGN AT THE ROW. I have lived here for three years and have been dealt with terrible management and maintanance throughout. The electricity and plumbing are cheap and broken, and most recently management is refusing to give us a 1,000 payment that was promised to us for resigning. They are overpriced, scammy, and don’t care about their residents. For the love of god, just go live in East Campus.

This is the worst management I have ever experienced. They dont have any education in billing or customer service. After dealing with their incompetent employees for a year, they put the cherry on top by contacting me almost four months after I moved out with an email stating that I owed over $300 and if it wasnt paid within 30 days it would be sent to collections. This was the first that I was notified of any bill and then it took four different people and over three weeks for anyone to make an effort to resolve the issue. I am absolutely so relieved to never deal with these imbeciles again. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND*Update*Never got any of my security deposit back or any of the money that they basically stole by saying it was overages from utilities (lies). I placed a complaint with the BBB. This place is the worst.

By far one of the worst possible living experiences. They lost all of our rent checks, told us we were going to be evicted (but they had already cashed the checks), and took a minimum of two weeks to get every issue like this taken care of. One roommate who overpaid rent never got her money back after moving out. If you go in to get a problem taken care of they tell you they wont help you and you have to email the property manager. The property manager wouldnt respond to our emails until we told them we were turning them into the BBB that day if they didnt respond. They finally responded, but never got it taken care of. They didnt even know I lived there, but they obviously still expected my rent. However, I didnt get a final bill notice like my roommates did, so that means no security deposit refund. They charged us $300 for carpet and cleaning even though the lease clearly states it costs $250.This is just a small portion of what weve been dealing with. We thought it was over with once we moved out but clearly it isnt. Theyre saying theyre going to turn us over to debt collectors if we dont pay all of the things they mischarged us for. Its been over a month since weve started trying to get all of this taken care of. We finally just turned them into the BBB because they clearly dont care and wont fix the issues.Dont live here unless you want to constantly be dealing with their mistakes.

The management has changed almost three times now, we started out with a 200$ utility cap, now we have a 100$ cap, and they never notified us that the system changed and you could only pay utilities through a certain website, and or that they had changed the utility cap in the first place. They wait until your payments are late to tell you anything and then they charge you late fees of 75$ for something that was 10$. I would not recommend living here unless you enjoy confusion and miscommunication by the property owners all the time.

My son and I received the worst in customer service. I have to come to understand that since it is no longer Log Hill the output of care and concern for the property and its residents and declined tremendously.....but they still want that rent!!My son did not renew his lease but his other roomie did. Since he knew the incoming new roommate they had all decided it was ok for him to leave his things in the room till he returned from Chicago. I get a call yesterday about him removing his stuff......that they needed to turnaround the room....etc.....or they would throw it out the next day.Now. Im ok with the turnaround argument (even though we all know theyre going to do very little), but Im trying to figure out why we didnt receive an email reminder about the end of lease procedure. Her response was....he should just know! I explained to her how we needed to change schedules and find resources to be there so quickly......she did not care one bit. I was asking for a favor.....just consideration since I KNOW he always had his rent on time. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED in the service I and my son received. Im so glad he is moving away from that place. Slum-lords is what we call them!

Moved out May 31st and still have not recived security deposit! Multiple email chains with assisant manager Sherry Raymond guaranteeing that I would recive my final statment and recieve security deposit shortly. Now after months of pestering her email/office/phone, she quit responding to me and forced me to go up the chain to her boss Whitney. Whitney was even less helpful than Sherry! She hung up on us when we were simply asking why this process was taking so long when in the State of Missouri it is required that you give back the tenants security deposit in full 30 days after moving out. Legal action will be our next move.

This place is honestly horrible. The management does not give a single care in the world about the people that live here. They screw you over with fees and only provide $50/month for utilities. They seem to slip in charges into your account that dont add up, as well as adding charges without telling you but then charging you late fees even though you didnt even know about it... absolutely horrible.

They never returned my security deposit despite my apartment being immaculate when i moved. Haven’t forwarded my mail. And after i moved THREE months ago they call me and say i owe them money. This should have been sorted when i moved out. Get your lives right
