Do not used this guy to fix anything. He used a cheap after market screen om my iPhone Max XS and claimed it was from apple and 3 hours later the touch screen started failing. He told me it came with Lifetime replacement and now he wont even answer my calls. Do not use this guy he doesnt even have a store anymore.

No joke, my iphone screen looked like it was shot with .22 my battery was dented and I had glass INSIDE my phone!! They were able to fix it over the weekend and my screen looks brand new. 100% worth it. Very nice and professional

My 65 4k TCL Roku TV led backlights burned out in January. I paid deposit and parts cost Feb 5th. Its the end of March and my TV is still broken. They will not call or text or return messages, and set 3 different dates and times to install lighting. No call no show every time. Ive lost hundreds in deposit and hundreds in rescheduling my time for nothing. And an upcoming civil court case. Id give zero stars if possible.

Very nice guy, did what he said he would do. He replaced the screen and it seemed to work okay. But the screen is not an Apple replacement. In fact he warned me about people selling knockoff screens on Ebay. And he installed one. I now have a constant popup that says, unable to verify this is a Apple screen.

If there was an option for zero stars i would put zero stars please do not use this company or Brian

This guy does great phone services, I’ve broken the screen on my iPhone 11 twice and both times he was able to get it fixed in under 30 minutes.

What a JOKE! I called to ask for the prices and the guy was extremely rude and finally hung up on me!

He seems legit but he will halfway do the job and say he will return to finish fixing your device and will never show back up. Ive been waiting a month now for him to come back to complete the job. This business owner Brian, was the most intellectual and best experience Ive ever had with a broken phone AND computer. He is very knowledgeable and fun to talk to about sports, education, current situations, politics, etc….. so many other things. I will never call another Tech company again only Brian!

I paid him $120 to fix my phone while putting the screen in he busted it. I have a huge thumb print in my phone but it still worked so I paid him and he said he would order a new screen and get back to me Monday (it was a Friday) he left and was pretty professional about it he was very nice. He “fixed” my phone the being of September it’s now October 31 and he has ghosted me. I trusted him and got scammed. Please don’t be as gullible as I am.

I called brian and asked if he could fix a Galaxy A20 screen that was cracked and he said he could. So he ordered the screen and got it in the mail and then told me there was a part missing so he emailed the source and got the part that was missing. He has now stood me up for 2 days in a row and wont answer mine or my husbands call or texts. I have been extremely flexible and extremely tired of getting stood up and ignored. So now I have PART of a new screen and no one to fix it or even get the rest of it back. This is currently an awful experience. At this point I might as well buy a new phone. Way 2 go Brian. I dont even feel this deserves a star

He doesn’t want your business, use someone else. When he did call me back after leaving a message when he was supposed to be open, I told him I had found someone else, he said “whatever” and hung up. That told me all I needed to know about him and his business.

Has my son ps4 keeps lying saying he is bring it back but hasnt hes had it for month now he will longer answer my calls .Paid owner to fix my son ps4 he came to my house to fix it and he said he fixed it but we hooked it up before man left and it wasnt fixed so he told me he would take it to his office and fix it. He had it month I call him he say he fixed it and bring it back and never do.my last phone call was yesterday with him I told him I will come and pick it up and he lied said Im on my way to your house now to bring your ps4. These guys know their electronic. I had my UE boom speaker not taking a charge. Brian came to my house with in a hour. Sat down and fixed it like it was nothing. Not only a military hero but a funny dude with lots of knowledge. Thanks Brian for getting me back my music!

Do not trust him!! Fixed my bf dads tv almost a year ago after numerous calls , guaranteed the part for a year and it went out , well finally answered his phone and got tv , now he has his tv, refuses our calls makes up excuses about everything, seriously?? Shame on you for doing that to a senior citizen and the numerous others!!! Bring his TV BACK??

I’m very disappointed in this company. My Son broke the screen on his tablet but other then that the tablet was working just fine. Brian told me that this would be an easy fix and it wouldn’t take him longer then 30 minutes. He came to my work which was nice but after taking it apart he started cleaning it and ripped the ribbon in my Son’s tablet that controlled the volume buttons, home button, and power button but stated he could fix this but would need to take it to his office. I was nervous but let him take it but told him I needed it back by Saturday. Brian made sure I had it back by Saturday but the home button wasn’t working at all and the power button at that point was ridiculous since you had to hold it down until a screen came up to hit cancel with the home button he downloaded on his tablet. He stated that it was temporary and he could fix it after a part came in which he started would be Wednesday but ended up coming on Friday. He came to my residence to fix the tablet, he was here 2 hours and kept on stating he fixed the home button but every time I tried to push the home button is wasn’t working at all! I was getting highly upset since he did this 3 plus times taking the tablet apart which ended up having spots in the new glass because of it. He ended up stating he was going to have to take it to his office again to fix this item. He was suppose to give it back the next day being Friday and was suppose to have it back Saturday. We ended up getting up back Monday due to an emergency he had. The power button was still broke and still had to hold it which you didn’t have to before but stated he had Apple test it and it was due to something he couldn’t fix at the time and also the home button barely works still ... you have to hold it down hard for it to do anything. So yes the company fixed the glass on my Son’s tablet but ended up breaking the tablet more in the process of doing so!! I wasn’t pleased with my results and now we are going to have to let another company fix the issues they caused! Brian offered to fix it again but I mean he’s had plenty of time to fix this item and I was scare with what I would get in the process. Yes this company might have decent prices but it’s not worth it in the end! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!!Ps: I also messaged Brian letting him know I was disappointed but never heard a word back!

I was reading the reviews and saw that some one left this shop a 1 star review. Ive had multiple phones network unlocked with zero issues. I couldnt let this stand considering ive used them 4 times in the past 2 years and everything has been 100 percent perfect with zero issues. I understand people have problems but instead of leaving negative reviews Im sure if you contacted them they would fix any issue. its sad to see the only time people write reviews is when there not happy instead of writing them when your happy. I guess its the way of the world now.

Ok, this guy, lying brian, is terrible at his job. I wouldnt even call it a job for him. More like he takes your money and never shows back up. He was paid up front, put the glass in but left the brackets out which holds the glass in place. The glass being loose has now damaged the digitizer beneaththe glass. After three times he said he would be there he, never showed up. Today, he said he couldnt make it on last Saturday because he had an emergency. Never even bothered to call and say so. Just left me hanging. So today, once again, he had said that he would be there tonight and still a no-show. He wont answer your calls, wont return any text messages, hes a liar and a scam. He is not professional to say the very least, in the way he conducts himself nor his business. I most definitely do not recommend this place at all.

Brian overnighted a screen for my Samsung Note 8 and as soon as it came in he headed to install it in my home. Friendly, fast and just a overall great experience!

My battery stopped working properly on my iPhone the night before I was leaving on a trip. The gentlemen has other locations so he isn’t always at the Columbia store. He did however give me an estimate of his arrival to the Columbia shop, and communicated with me when he arrived so that I wouldn’t be sitting there waiting for him. Unfortunately I arrived late, but he stayed open late to help me out of my bind. Very knowledgeable guy, my phone works better than it has in a year and he also threw in a screen protector for free. My husband called him to get an estimate on another iPhone, and his prices were very reasonable. It is so nice to have a local phone/device repair shop in town.

Tried to call during business hours and came by just now to find the door locked. No answer. I own a business myself. Do your potential customers a favor and be there on time and answer your calls.

SCAMMER!!!!!!!!!!Do not take anything to this man. He had my mothers TV for almost a month without any contact from him. She repeatedly tried to get into contact with him with no luck. When she did get a call his excuse was he did not get the call. Stated he returned calls he received. He calls himself the device doctor but obviously flat lines customers. When dropped of, he looked at it and said it would be 150 to fix it-- he stayed he knew what the problem was and now says he cant fix it charged 35 dollars (which was suppose to be reinburst) to even look at it and now a month later he said he cant fix it and did not receive the 35 dollar fee in return. Do not recommend this guy at ALL! Is there anyone out there that experienced same issue? She is really thinking about taking it to another level. Please contact me!

This man is the worst when it comes to business! SCAM ARTIST!!! I paid to have my phone fixed on 2/8/18 everything seemed to be going well I would check in to see if the part for my phone had come in and he would reply. Then all of a sudden he quit contacting me. wouldnt answer the phone nothing. well he finally did and said he had been down with the flu and would be back to work the next day. so I was like oh okay no problem. well he never showed up to the shop and never contacted me. well he has his home address listed as a business address under a different company name so my husband went to his house and told him that he would contact me within the week he had still been down with the flu. well weeks went by, no one would answer the door at his home any longer, but I left notes so he was aware that I had been trying to contact him. Just This past Monday I think 3/10/18 he called me saying he had been in the hospital with kidney failure, and his employee never went to the shop and he was sorry. well he said that he would be at the shop Wednesday and I would be his top priority. He told me he would be at the shop at 12 Wednesday because thats when it opened. I called him at 11 that afternoon to make sure he was going to be there and he said he would call me when he got there. Well I decided that I would be there around 1 so that I was there and he didnt have to wait for me (or have an excuse to why he wasnt there). I texted him and let him know that I was at the shop. I watched him pull up to the shop and take some stuff inside and before I could get out of my car he was back in his truck and gone. He said he had a house call and would be back so I decided to go let my 2 yr old play at mcdonalds while we waited. I was playing with my child for 2 1/2 hours before I went back to the shop. still wasnt open. I tried calling and texting. I got nothing back. well I told my husband and he called him off of a number that he didnt know and of course he answered. He told my husband that he was out toward dickson and had been at the shop 30 mins prior (that was a lie, I had been sitting there) when my husband told him that he was lying Bryan Akers decided that after almost 2 months of bs and my time and money of traveling back and forth to columbia that he would be giving me a refund. My cousin has a repair shop in mt pleasant so I paid him the same day to fix my phone and was telling him what was going on and turns out he gets this guys customers all the time because hes a scam artist that never finishes the job!

Would not recommend to anyone. He still has my phone. Been over a year. My phone worked until I let him repair a cracked screen. He totally messed it up. Said he put wrong screen on it and that he would get another.. I burnt up over a tank of gas trying to catch him at business. Never there. Never open. Never heard from him. I took private stuff too off my phone and put it on a disc without me giving him permission. Never got the disc either or my phone. Ended up buying another phone.

This placed sucks got scammed and the guy wasnt at his work waited 3 hours for him to show up and sold me a product and wouldnt take it back because it was broke and also thought it would be smart to cuss me out. DONT GO HERE AT ALL!!! IT SUCKS
