Went to get my screen fixed on my 8+ and the guy told me 10 minutes. I didn’t thought it would be that short of a time but he got it done in less !! I was shocked & now my screen looks & works perfect. Plus, they’re the most affordable in the area.

Went to this store to get my cell phone screen fixed. After getting my screen fixed my face ID no longer worked. After bringing my phone back to the store the guy who fixed it said there was nothing he could do and pointed to the waiver that I signed saying he was not responsible. If you want your work done by a place that backs their work and doesnt leave you out to dry then dont come here. The resell value of my phone is trash now. 0 out of 10 would not recommend.

I had a strange request for Cell Surgeon- I was modifying my Nintendo Switch and accidentally pulled off the battery connector on the consoles logic board. I needed it microsoldered back on, and that was it. They had me sign a waiver, and explained that even if they solder the thing back on, theres no guarantee that when I put my switch back together, that it would work.Well 3 hrs later, I got a call and went to pick it up! The guy that rang me up told me I would need to remove the old thermal paste and apply it new- advice I never asked for, but desperately needed (I had no idea what I was doing so thank you!)!Came home, cleaned it up, new thermal paste and a couple youtube tutorials later- the darn thing turned back on, it can charge, doesnt overheat, and works perfectly!So thank you, Cell Surgeon, for helping me fix my snafu! I couldnt have done it without you!

If you break your phone screen, this is the place you want to go!! I called other places but they weren’t as helpful and the price was a bit high. When I contacted Cell Surgeon Repair Services They were very easy to work with, they provided me all the information including time and price. The location was great to find and the inside of the shop looked professional and great. I had no appointment, I just walked in and they fixed it immediately and fast. They have other items to sell like iPhone cases, chargers and screen protectors.Love the customer service and love my new fixed phone. Will be coming here again if another phone accident!

Paul was extremely helpful. We contacted him late on Saturday, and he stayed open for my daughter who needed diagnostics performed on her iPhone. They are very quick and cheaper than most places but you definitely get what you pay for. Screens are sub-par (cracked less than a week later) and they messed up several functions on my phone in the process of replacing the screen. Warranty policy isnt great. Would suggest taking your phone elsewhere.

HORRIBLE. Got my phone fixed , the colors on the screen were so dull!! Did everything in settings I could changed a bunch of things to try to get my colors but came to conclusion the problem was the cheap screen I paid $105 for! My screen has popped out of my phone to where I have to gently pop it back in place 3 times in the past 24 hours! I haven’t even dropped it it just slowly lifts up on the corners. My True Tone brightening setting is gone ever since i got it fixed and I can’t type as fast because the calibration or whatever it’s called is all messed up. I have to type very slowly and gently. Do not buy or get your phone fixed from this company! They are cheap and will mess your phone up your phone. Choose someone else that can get the job done right.

Terrible quality, there is a slight delay when using the screen. Got an iPhone 6s+ fixed there and after a week, i placed phone on charger and was in same spot when I woke up and had cracks on the screen somehow. Clearly defective, I went in and explained and was told it was “impossible” for that to happen, what great customer service.

My Iphone had a cracked screen, shattered back glass, dead battery, and broken frame. Totally rebuilt in less than 4 hours, like new without breaking the bank.

My phone was vibrating loudly and I thought something serious was wrong but nope it was a simple fix thanks to Madi he’s great at what he does this place should be the first place you go to whenever you have phone troubles would give it a 10/5 but google won’t let me lmao

I had previously posted a low review from a negative experience. I am now changing this as for a recent visit on the recommendation of someone to try them when i needed something done and I found out the store was under new ownership. I had a service preformed by the new owner I’m not sure his name but he was very professional and took good care of my device I would now recommend this place with the current ownership.

Nice people and they can fix your phone in 15 minutes but their parts are TERRIBLE quality...and my iPhone came out with more issues with the screen glitching. Don’t waste your money.

Last night I had dropped my phone on the dock and not only did it crack my front glass, but It ended up falling into about 2-3 feet of water as well! My screen was shattered and nothing would show up on my display. I ended up calling around today and discovered Cell Surgeon (partly because they were there only iPhone repair store open on Sundays that wasn’t too far away). I stopped in there store today and was told with water damage it is not always fixable. Anyways, I waited in there store for roughly an hour — whille watching Netflix — and they proceeded to first FIX the water damage with a machine called a Tekdry. Next, they fixed my screen in what seemed like only a few minutes! My phone that I was almost positive would’ve never worked again is back to working PERFECT and looking like new. I would recommend this place to ANYONE! And best of all, it was only $75 for the water damage repair and $65 for the glass display!

After calling around I ended up going to Cell Surgeon since they were $50 cheaper than the smartphone medic right next door! Not only that, but they fixed my iphone 7 (that I was sure wouldve never worked again!) in LESS than fifteen minutes. I will definitely be visting them if i break my phone in the future!

I originally went to Smartphone Medic to have my iphone 7+ screen repaired. They quoted me $150 and said to come back in 3 hours. I came back 3 hours later and they said it was deemed unrepairable because of water damage etc. I told them I just wanted the screen replaced but they said they couldnt help me. I walked next door to Cell Surgeon. They quoted me $100 ($50 cheaper), gave me a discount for being a USC grad, and fixed my iphone within 15 min. I highly recommend Cell Surgeon.

Cory helped me fix my phone immediately after I broke my digitizer last night and he charged me way less than some other places that I called. It took less than 20 minutes for the whole process. I will definitely coming back if I have other problems!

I came in for a battery replacement and the new battery wasnt even fasten down properly, causing it to rattle. They insist that I replace my cracked screen and in doing so, the touch sensor was removed. And I was charged a ridiculous $120 for this nonsense. Would not reccomend this place to anybody.
