Back in April our Samsung LED TV lost picture. Contacted Matt, brought it to him to be repaired. He ordered the part, fixed it and when it was returned the screen wasn’t put back together properly. The glass was off centered leaving a gap of light at the top. We had to drive the TV all the way back to him to be put back together properly. It is now July 4 and were back to the same problem- a blinking light and no picture. Either the part he used to repair it was faulty, or we paid for a temporary fix. This is not a TV that stays on very often so it’s not like we burned it out. Super disappointed that we paid for a band-aid of a repair.

My husband called to find out how much it would be to fix our vizio 55 and fill out an insurance claim. I understood the $100 fee which is no problem but when I asked if would be a total of $370 because the main board would cost $170 and $100 for labor he told me no. I was trying to understand how it wouldnt be $370 and he hung up on me. I dont appreciate the rudeness and bad customer service. I am in sales and deal with customers all the time and that is NOT how you deal with explaining things to customers.

Please do not trust these people they are Connors they will come into your house and ask you about your TV charge you $100 and then leave and then when they will say they need to order a part and it’s going to cost this much they will come back in though they didn’t look at the TV to begin with they just asked you what was wrong with it and say that this part they put in was good and then the next day your TV will never longer work they are Con Artis

He was helpful until I asked for the original receipt for the equipment I bought from him, he sent a nasty text in reply. Now he will not he doesnt answer my text or calls. The equipment doesnt work and no address to send faulty motherboard back so I am out of a lot of money. Very nice fellow until you start asking reasonable questions pertaining to charges..he charged me 346.00 for a board that you can get for 199.00 and said it was a deal. I found this out after I already over paid. He gave me a warranty but wont honor it. Dont trust this guy, shifty and assumes people are stupid. His ad says 24/7, he got mad because I texted him one Sunday. Even the ad isnt honest.

He Came by for the initial tv check and stayed about 15 minutes. Charged me $100 and said he had to order part to fix it. Said he would send invoice and tracking number and would be done by end of the week. He did not do that either until 2 weeks later after numerous calls and text. It has been a month now with no response or answers when I call and my tv was never repaired. Seems like he diagnosed the tv just to take my $100 and run off. Do not recommend this guy at all.

DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!!!!! I have asked several other tv repairs about this guy because he took my money and never came back. He now ignores all my calls and has responded twice over the last 4 weeks he has been fixing my tv.

Well if you like them stealing your money trust them. I’ve texted multiple times SINCE NOVEMBER 23!!! Don’t trust them.Also just got off the phone. He was extremely rude. Said it costs $100 to diagnose my tv (which was never discussed) and it takes 6 weeks to get the part. Part was here on December 18th. He said he called on December 22, which is not true. Also, said he sent me the tracking info, but it says in the screenshot to either resend or delete (guess that didn’t go through). First of all I’m not sure who he thought he was talking, but he picked the wrong one. Don’t trust him.Just spoke with him again. Won’t refund my money, because i left this review.And now he is threatening to take ME to court for HIS lost wages. I’m confused as to what money HE lost?He still won’t refund my money, and says that now he is charging me the $67 to hook up my sound bar. Lol what a joke. He says i canceled my order, because i couldn’t wait until Monday. Umm how do i know you are coming on Monday when you’ve had the part since the 18th of December. What a joke.

Amazing amazing work!!!! Great commication with us about everything that was going on with the tv and exactly what was being done. After the repair was done they stayed to ensure the tv was working properly. Came to our home, always on time too which was a huge plus! We were actually the late ones getting home from breakfast to meet them! Lol. I will definitely use these guys again for anything we need done!!!

Took two weeks to hear back from first phone call. Came in checked tv said what it was and would order part. Ordered wrong part. Took the part off if my set to match up. Only one text in 4 weeks since then says he has 6 people looking for part . I found the part from several different outlets but cant verify because he still has my old part. Will not answer phone calls or text.

I paid one hundred dollars just for them to pick my TV up and then I had to track him just for him to get my TV back and it was not repaired and he told me that he could fix it before I give him my money. Worst waste of money ever.
