I’ll be honest COVID brought me to use this service. All apple stores and some certified apple repairers were 2-3weeks behind due to the pandemic. All was fine for the last 2 months, but never have I ever had a phone do this from a simple fall from a counter. Truthfully I think the screen was a bust from the start, but hey you win some and you lose some. I’ll use by old 7 until the preorders for the 12max arrive.

As a frequent phone braker, Ive been all the phone fix places there. These guys were just perfect. Fast, reasonable price, very good quality. Im sure that Ill be back soon..)

These guys are amazing. They are quick, efficient, fairly priced, and treated me nicely. They are located by the food court next to T Mobile. Only place I’m going for iPhone repairs.

I got my few IPhones and a Samsung screen, home buttons, and power buttons fixed here. They got the greatest service in Columbia. They are competitive with their prices as well, so if you are there, you know they got the best price already.They guys work there are polite and helpful all the time. They will be honest with the work they do. If you or Apple think it is not possible to get the phone fixed, they will still give a try, and you will most likely have a working phone back. Otherwise, they will not charge you for working on it.Well recommended!

We were very happy with the responsiveness and service provided by Cellairis. The repair was timely. There was a minor problem with the new screen and Cellairis replaced it within an hour of our request. The new screen works very well.

My phone screen went totally dark. With me using my cell phone for both professional & personal use I knew I couldnt afford for my phone to be out of service too long. The staff at Cellairus was very courteous and had my phone back in service within 30 minutes. Awesome service! The volume button popped out of my Nexus 5 and I couldnt get it to fit back in properly. I dropped by to see how much it would cost and the Cellairis rep fixed it right there in about 30 seconds. When I asked how much I owed him he said not to worry about it. Im super happy with the service and will definitely go back if I have any other repairs that need to be made.

Stopped by the store after leaving Apple Genius. They said my son’s phone could not be repaired. Cellaris repaired my son’s phone in less than 10 minutes and provided EXCELLENT customer service. 5 plus stars. We are now customers for life!!!!

I purchased a screen from this kiosk in the Columbia mall back in December. I live out of town. After 2 days, the screen stopped working. Since we live 1300 miles away, we had the screen replaced. When I returned to town, I went to them and asked for a refund. They hid behind their hidden sign that says no refunds and unrealistically imposed themselves on me and indicated they would replace the screen (which was already replaced).As and FYI, they use aftermarket screens and the one we received wasnt even a qualified one for an IPhone X. $85.00. I contested the charge with Citibank and Cellularis was dishonest in their response indicating that the product was delivered and sold as warranted. If you live in Columbia and are willing to take a risk then this is a company to replace your screen with. If you want quality and integrity, go elsewhere.

I took my iphone7 to them and they had it looking brand new in about 15-20 minutes. The gentleman also did it in front of me and let me watch how he did it. I will definitely be bringing any repairs back to them. Thanks again!

I cracked the screen of my Iphone 7+ the other day and wasnt originally going to get it fixed in hopes of upgrading the phone in general. After learning it would be another 15 months, I went to these guys. They fixed in about 10 minutes(as promised) and he was happy to answer any questions I had about what he was doing. Needless to say, I will be returning to these guys for any other cell phone needs in the future!

I went to get my camera fix for my old iPhone 6 on Friday the guy who worked on my iPhone name is Zamin after he finished working on my phone I noticed a lot of deep scratches on my glass that was not there before coming to the business . Prior to finding this out I walked up to the kiosk to ask how’s everything going and he was telling me about it’s going to take a few more minutes because of the camera being pushed in a little I told him briefly I know the camera is messed up and I explained that it got ran over by a car but the only damages was the camera being Bent in I had a tempered glass when that happen and it was in the case there was no damage to the screen though . So when I questioned him about these scratches that popped up after he started working on it he left my screen on the counter without putting down a cloth prior smh . Zamin starts telling me that happen when the car ran over it trying to put the blame on me and then proceeded to say he’s not responsible for the screen but my response is why don’t you take precautions before you work on a phone and put down something soft for the phone to lay on it he continues to not take any responsibility for what happen and tried to tell me that it’s my fault then offered $5 dollars off my total of $40 for camera replacement which at this point I didn’t feel I should pay for since now the value of my iPhone has diminished I still paid even though I didn’t want to but I felt the need to give anybody in the area a fair warning ⚠️ about how these guys handle business very unprofessional . DO NOT GO HERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT HOW THEY HANDLE YOUR PROPERTY THAT YOU LEAVE UNDER THEIR SUPERVISION.

I send my brother to fix my phone. the guy works there not professional. i fix my iphone 8+ lcd touch not works. and my home button stop works.i call them next day they says they are not response for that.bad service. and i go up starts gadget tlc tech show me what he did.lot of screw missing. screen quality is very bad.i recommend to go different place or up starts Gadget tlc. professional tech works there.

There seem to be plenty of good reviews for this place, however I am left with a sour taste in my mouth. I will give them 1 star because they are polite. Thats it.I travel back and forth for work. We live in Texas. Last week I had my daughter with me as we were looking at colleges. He iphone screen was cracked and we saw this merchant at the mall and decided to fix it since they could do it in 20 minutes, which they did. The problem is the screen went black on us 2 days later and she had already returned to Texas. Being that she was there, she had the phone looked at and we were told that Cellaris placed a defective screen on her phone. So I had the Texas merchant replace it for us.I brought the screen back to Cellaris last night and they refused to refund me. They advised that they would only warrant the screen by replacing the defective one, but no refunds. The fact that I would not want them to replace the screen again with another aftermarked defective screen and that she was 1200 miles away is of no bearing to them. I even was trying to hand them them the screen and they refused to accept it.Find a different place and be prepared to go round and round with them if you have a problem.

I would say the best place to get your phone fixed,they have couple places to fix your phone but the guy in front of Foot Locker at small kiosk did great job fixing my phone in 10 minutes and plus providing me with free tempor glass...

So I went to the cellairis to fix my iPhone. They did fix the iPhone in the next 2 days there was a burning mark. Then we went to cellairis again and they fixed it and they did not give are screen protector back. And the next week it broke the phone was in my pocket and I opened it the screen was cracked. I say the screen is not stronger

Beware of these Crooks. I had my ipad repaired for a wi-fi issue and the fix did not last 3 months. However being busy I went there 100 days after the fix. Not only did they refuse to stand by their work. They asked me double the amount they charged last time for the fix. Use them at your own risk.

I handed these guys an impossibly broken iPad that was practically bent in half, and they fixed it in 2 hours. Seriously, they are miracle workers!!
