This is the cleanest pawn shop I’ve ever gone too in Columbia. The staff are very friendly and professional. They are very knowledgeable about the products in the store. I really don’t want to say this but there are a lot of hidden gems. I will always check here before I shop retail ! Even though products are second hand the look like new (gently used) . That’s very rare to come by at a pawn shop in Columbia !

Dont use this place! Theyre money hungry and uncompassionate. I have pawned the same item maybe 6 or 7 times and have always paid to get my item back. I had to pawn my item again because my wife got laid off because of the coronavirus. Things have been really tough here lately. My transmission went out my Jeep and had to put it in the shop. The time for my pawn was up on the 24th. I called and told them that I couldnt make it there till my Jeep got out the shop. So I went on the 26th 2 days past the pick up day. They wanted to charge me a whole another month of interest after only 2 days. Theyre slimeballs! But what can you expect from a pawn shop. I hope they fall down on their luck and need someone and they deny them any compassion!

Had a great experience with associate with short blond hair. I was trying to get assistance from others but manager was busy flirting with young female associate. My questions were answered and I spoke with the lady who helped me. She gave me card for Larry., he also was very nice. Thank you Larry and to the other lady. I will be back to buy a gun.

Avoid at all cost. Went to get my gold necklace repaired they refused to open the door & told me they are not doing jewelry repairs. Drove 36 min across town because they advertised themselves as a jewelry & pawn shop. Highly disappointed

Overall until this morning I have had great experience with this pawnshop. I had done business with them for fifteen years prior. Needless to say staff is disrespectful I ask was anyone going to assist me the gentleman tells me his not my mother and its not his job to monitor if Im off the phone or not . Stopped by DJ&P this morning with my wife. We are looking to upgrade our handguns. Ive been shooting since I was very young, but just recently got back into shooting on a regular basis. My wife has shot before and owns a .25. She is shooting with me now and is looking for a 380 or compact 9mm. Decided to check out some of the local Pawn and Gun stores and today was productive. We went to four places and she has picked two that she likes. Chris and George helped her out tremendously and let her try a couple of the New Taurus Spectrums they had. She loved the gun, but she has trouble racking the slide on most automatics due to a slight case of Arthritis in her left hand. George saw her working the slide on a couple of guns, and he came over and showed her a simple variation in sliding the gun, and she was able to easily rack the slide after that. He simply saw her having difficulty racking the slide and walked over to show her and it made her day. ..Thanks George.We are going to continue to look over some guns the next couple / three weeks before making a final decision on what she likes the best, but the trip to Deckers this morning produced a good choice in the Taurus, as well as helpful hint from a nice gentleman. Id do business with them for that 20-30 minutes worth of help and discussion. .... Nice people, Good Selection. Worth your time to check this place out.

Dont let the commercials fool you. These guys pretty much dont take anything not jewelry. Dont waist your time if your looking for a quick loan. Plus the staff was rude, and they make you feel beneath yourself. Try first First Cash Pawn on Broad River. They were very nice, and took the same item that these guys denied me of a loan. And gave me more than I was looking for or even offered by Decker Pawn. Your chances stop at the door with these guys.

BUYERS BEWARE !!! The other reviews may be from the pervious owners. Not certain but after my experience I feel that it was. I have done business with the pervious owners.This is the worst Pawn shop since new ownership. They take advantage of elderly people. My mother does not understand technology, shes eighty-one years old. She put an outdated hand held game on lay away for a grandchild. Went to pick it up and I discover what she purchased, I was shocked. I asked can she exchanged for something else. The item was still in the store never left the store. The lady behind the counter (Ms. Grinch). Told my mother they dont do exchanged even if the item never left the store or on lay away. However they wouldnt even compromised. Really, my mother is stuck with a gift her grandchild will never use. $125.00 dollars down the drain. The pervious owner did not do refund or exchanged. But if the item had not left the building the would try to work out something so everyone win. Buyers bewareI told my mother leave the item on lay away and go back in May 2019 to pick up. She had six months to get the item. It was a gift for Christmas until the Grinch stole it. And cash was not an issue!!!!!

I had a handgun shipped to this FFL. Wouldnt recommend. Would not allow me to inspect the firearm before transferring and threatened to ship it back when I persisted. He assured me that transfers werent worth his time, so Im sure he will not be upset by this review.

I brought two tvs from this place a little over a year ago everything is fine with them. But today i need some money for a bill. I just brought a brand new computer from my school book store still in the box With receipt. My name and information displayed. A 600 hundred dollar computer that i need back because of school. However i need a place to stay cause life happens. Computer save the day please. He looked at me like i was a criminal and had me there for 45 mins or more then offer me 30 dollars, I was so profound I over heard the lady tell him 50 because it was brand new he said no then asked if i had anything else like tvs, gold, I told him why yes I do I brought them from here. Hey that was a mistake. Rude. I will never tell anyone to go here!!!!😒

NO stars. I took a gun 1911-a1 in as trade. Was insulted with a low offer and took it over to the Gunvault in Pontiac (Richland north east). I got twice what they offered, DO NOT TAKE A GUN AS TRADE TO THEM. THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND. I GOT $550 for a gun they swore was worth $300. PLEASE PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Buy a used gun sure but dont give them anything. I walked out with the Ruger SR9C and a .357 Taurus 605 snub nose for $30 dollars plus trade. Please DONT TRUST THEM.

The service was horrible they say on the phone that they would pawn my tablet...its a samsung tab 2 10.1....we drive almost an hour with no gas just to get there for them to say they wouldnt even do 5 bucks for it....no scratches or anything. ...they waisted my time....i wouldnt even give them the 1 star if i knew how to take it back....i want to tell anyone who is thinking of going there not to.....they are a joke

These people are SHADY! We took brand computer they claim they could not connect it to their wifi! We took new bose area speaker and they did not know how to hook it up to see if it worked, supposedly!!! Quickcash IS THE BEST PAWNSHOP! They tell you what your item is going for on ebay and they give you 1/3 of that!! These people at Decker have questionable business practices! DO NOT GO! I took the same speaker to Quickcash they told me it was going for $399 on ebay and loaned me $100! None of the bullshit Decker was trying to pull!
