Great service and food

I happened to be near the Best Buy with my computer and wanted to turn it into the geek squad on Presidents day. I walked in there was no one in line after me and there were geek squad agents milling around. however I did not have an appointment so they wouldnt take my computer and check it in. They informed me the next available appointment was at 8:30 pm. Although no one else was around waiting. the last computer I checked in was our all-in-one an HP desktop, which they marked it as a laptop and when I came back and took them 40 minutes to find it in their back room. These guys are a joke dont waste your money on this geek squad or any of there offers.

Huge disappointing! Horrible! 2 hours wait time until the store close and no one is responsible to take care of us. I came multiple times, every representative told differently, very irresponsible! Do not come here to waste your time! A failure in customer service.

Fixed my wifes laptop in 2 minutes. They are great.
