I have had the same iPhone 7 Plus for 3 in a half years because of this digital doc and I’m so thankful he is the best at what he does and doesn’t over charge you at all .

Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever received. Just because they tell you a particular time to come pick up your item doesnt mean they will be there. You better call first.

I’ve been to the Longtown Road location a number of times, and gotten great service with good pricing every time.

When I first heard about his place, It was a relief because I’m not so great with phones. The first time my phone was smashed I accidentally dropped it face first. Okay, understandable .. so I come to them to get the screen replaced .. thank God my phone is fixed. The next day it cracks AGAIN in my pocket and i don’t even know how. So I ask them since it’s only been one day, is there any way that you can just replace it no charge or at a discount. They said there’s nothing they could do. I wasn’t happy about that at all, but i figured it was my fault so I just pay to get another repair. A week after that repair, the screen glitches Out and has lines going all across it, And all I did was simply pick up the phone. I call again and they give me the same excuse and that there’s nothing they can do. My bottom line is, no I’m not the best with phones, but there’s no reason that a “Quality” iPhone screen should be giving out on you after simply using it. So forget this place, I go to Mr.PC If I need anything done. You guys are a joke honestly, and it seems like all you guys do is sit there and laugh and play with no knowledge of any technology except for a middle school computer class. I recommend NOBODY come here

Sign on the door said open but door was locked. Go in the family video side and ask if theyre open. Guy behind the counter makes a smart comment about why didnt we read the door. The door only says 10am - 8pm with the neon open sign lit up. Place is run by jagoffs.

“I got my phone fixed earlier in the week and ever since i got it back my back camera hasn’t been working. I called to get it fixed since i had 90 day warranty and they won’t fix it for free. My back camera was working before they fixed my screen.“ I went back and got everything fixed with no problem or cost! Good place to go

To all of you who gave them a bad feedback, thanks so much for your info.. Usually a DECENT BUSINESS will comment under your negative remarks and have you go back to the store and speak with a manager and fix your comments. The boss will let the managers know whats going on and have them FIX THEIR IGNORANCE TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS.

I dropped off my sons kid tablet because of a broken charging port. Tablet was still powering on and usable when I dropped it off. They said they would call me in two days when it was ready. I waited about 5 days and dropped by to pickup the tablet. They the guy needing to work on it was not in and to give them a few more days. I did and once again the tablet was not ready and they asked me to wait a couple more days and they would call me back. I am still waiting! About to call now and will come back to update you on their progress-Ok, Quintin has advised me that if they do not have success this weekend in restoring the charging port then they will replace my tablet for the price it would cost for the charging port! Thanks Quintin! Digital Doc went from 1 star to 4 stars in one phone call! Will be back to follow up!

I have purchased several phones and tablets from this company. I was partially satisfied with this place until TODAY. I went in 1 week ago to have a screen repaired. I also purchased an otterbox case for $50 and a screen protector. I went in today after dropping phone and screen coming off, and was told that basically they could do nothing. This was the cheapest screen and I am just out of $170. I will NEVER purchase from or use this company again.

Though the gentleman wasnt able to help me, i found him to be very pleasant, honest, knowledgeable about repairs. Very clean store.

My son took his phone in for repairs after it fell from a moving car. Screen shattered. When he picked it up he couldnt even call me to tell me because the phone would not stay on long enough to make a call even though they tested it before calling to let me know it was ready.Took the phone back in and was told it needs a proximity sensor which is an additional $81. The phone is covered by a third party warranty and the repair is covered, but since I had to bring the phone back after the initial repair, I will have to pay another deductible ($99) for the repair.I asked if they could just make the repair and provide me a bill with both charges on the same invoice so it would be one claim (insurance company suggested this; called it a rework). Im not sure if they didnt understand what I was asking, or if they thought I was asking them to make the repair free. In any event, by the end of the (frustrating) phone call, the girl hung up on me.

Great service and true professionals

They fixed my laptop a few months ago. My laptop had crashed and they made it worse. It was better when it was broken. They put the Linux Mint on my laptop. They put a software called O2 and so I can’t watch Netflix, play games, download anything, or even watch movies that I put into my computer. They put the worst software on my laptop. I can’t update my laptop either. They put the Firefox web browser on my laptop and I can’t update the browser. Every website I go on doesn’t work. My computer is basically still broken. Whenever I hit something on a website it opens a tab that has nothing to do with the website. The software sucks. The guy who fixed it NEVER told me that he was going to put Linux on it and he definitely didn’t tell me that he was going to put Firefox on it. I can’t even play roblox. This place sucks. But they are the only people in my area for me to go to. They blame me for saying yes to them. But I didn’t say yes. I said nothing my grandpa said yes and so it doesn’t work basically. I put in a movie disc and it didn’t play like it was supposed to. It keeps saying that I don’t have the files but I can’t download any files. They broke my laptop. Don’t ever go to Digital Doc unless you want them to surprise you. I will not be bringing back my laptop to this place.

There are a few stores in the Columbia area that do so on a regular basis. I needed a PC on a decent budget, but good enough to hold its own while gaming.I had not been computer shopping in nearly 8 years prior to this experience, and had no idea how far the technology in computers had actually advanced. With their help and input I was able to settle on a build I wanted and they got to work on it immediately.As with most custom PCs, especially gaming pcs built from scratch you are likely to get doa parts, and it happened in my case. I was informed immediately and was given options throughout the whole process.Overall, the communication was great, not perfect from my point of view, but above what I consider necessary to secure a positive review from me. I was informed throughout the process of what was going on and what was being done to fix it. I understand they were not always able to communicate with me, that is the nature of a business. I didnt expect them to drop everything else just to work on my computer.As for the computer itself, I love it. It is fast, quiet, and does everything I ask of it with no problems. The cable management was handled beautifully, the parts look amazing, the LED lights accent everything beautifully, and overall it is a beast of a machine for the price. So far, it has been two months with no issues popping up. I consider that nearly a miracle.My overall experience with Digital Doc on this custom build computer was awesome. I especially want to thank David for working with me from beginning to end on it. I will definitely go back in the future for anything electronics-related if they keep this standard of service up. I have nothing to complain about from this experience, and they certainly proved a habitual cynic wrong given my initial doubts.Great job, and thank you Digital Doc. I love the computer.

Further to my last post as gr8scot2, David the Manager contacted me and drove to my work and picked up and took my ipad for repair. Rather than have me wait longer he arrived at my work today with a New Ipad and set it up before he left.He went above and beyond to restore my faith in customer service Well done digital Doc A++++

This place is awful. Brought my boyfriends phone in to be fixed, got it back more broken than when I brought it in. Not even an apology. Dont waste your time or money.

Unfortunately I dropped my ipad off before I checked the reviews, I had a cracked screen and took it in for replacement was given back, but itouch now did not work, took ten days several screen later to try and get my itouch working. couldnt wait any longer now have ipad back no itouch several of my apps have disappeared and now have dark spots all over bottom of my screen. And paid $152 for the pleasure will not be going back lesson learned.
