The wait was definitely long. The Manager came out and opened another lane which sped up the service. The technician was friendly and offered services I might have needed. Once I was signed in my oil change probably took 10-15 minutes max. I appreciated that I didnt have to get out of my car and the service was quick. I will definitely come back.

The crew was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Today was my first visit and will continue to take my cars there going forward. The entire crew was GREAT...big thanks to Mack!

Today was my first time experiencing anything like this and I must say it was very quick and easy. I was able to sit in my car while they did their work, they even inspected my vehicle when they were done. They recommended me to change my air filter on my next service did not give me any pressure about it either. Maliki was the one taking care of me today and he was very professional and thorough. My new quick and easy place for service.

I usually use express oil change on garners ferry for my go to place for oil changes. Today I chose the location closest to my house and I see why I never come here. Too much playing around! I sat for a solid 30 min without any acknowledgement whatsoever by staff. Guy even walked to talk to the person in the car behind me. Not once advising of wait times or a simple we’ll be with you shortly. Not to mention how much gas I wasted sitting in the ac waiting. 3 other cars left as well. Management presence is needed deeply in the bay. It was nothing “10 minute” about my first and last experience at this location. Heading to garners ferry for the exceptional service.

I would without reservations continue to patronize Express Oil Change because of the magnificent customer service that i received every time Ive been here. The Store Manager Todd Corley was awesome. He made me feel like family from the time I pulled up for a oil changed which only took 20min but we talked so long it turned into 45min. This is how and what customer service should look like. I will definitely be a permanent customer and hopefully I will get to ride on the TT if I get a invite.....

Technician was great Makali was his name I think. Service was quick. Would suggest all bays be open and running on a Saturday morning. Only two in operation when I visited.

My hood tech, Maliki, greeted me politely and was professional during my service visit. My pit tech was Chandler and he was friendly as well. I was informed about the service I was receiving and it was performed in a timely manner. Definitely will be back for my next service!

Daughter was leaving to go back to school, needed an oil change. Took the car there and left it for an oil change and the fluid injection cleaned. They were done in 45 minutes . Great job!!

Chris Hammon the Manager of 2 Location was AWESOME. I just came in about 30 minutes before his store closed for a New Battery. Not only did he sell me the last Battery in my size, he made a house call because I was 5 minutes up the street. I have a Ford Edge so my Battery is toward the back of the engine, but he replaced it within minutes. I HIGHLY Recommend this Location.

It is definitely refreshing to see an oil change place that doesnt try to upsell everything. They showed me the condition of my air filter and changed my oil, washed my windshield, topped off my fluids, and I was done in about 10 minutes. Blair was very courteous and professional in explaining everything and even let me know that there was a charge for the extra quart of oil prior to starting the service. Highly impressed with the service and will definitely return.

Ive been two other Express oil changes and they were more professional but this particular location it was too much playing around I didnt think I got the real service I was supposed to get

Today is June 2nd 2021. My mom asked me to take her car in to get an oil change while she was at work and I had the pleasure of meeting Maliki. He was very polite and helpful even though I came in for a oil change. He checked the lights on the car and my air filter which needed to be replaced and offered to do it for me for free. Unfortunately the auto parts store didnt have my air filter so I wont be getting that done today but I still did appreciate his offer and the service that he gave me. I would highly recommend coming and getting your oil changed here.

I randomly stopped by before work and was done in like 15 minutes! Its so convenient not having to get out of your car, and Maliki was so friendly! He recommended a few services that I plan on coming back for. A basic headlight and blinker check was included with the oil change.

Makili, my Hood Tech and Scottie, Service Manager, were both incredibly helpful and the customer service was amazing. This was my first time going to any Express Oil Change and I will definitely be returning! I had a great experience there, and will be purchasing tires and getting other services done there as well! I have a lifted jeep with big wheels and they were very knowledgeable about any questions I asked, and the service was a breath of fresh air, as I have been having terrible customer service experiences when it comes to my car.

I went right when it opened this morning! Deion greeted me as soon as I pulled forward & asked how could he help.. which was GREAT cause 😂 I have no knowledge of vehicles he answered all my questions! What exceptional service. As soon as I drove up, I was greeted with a smile. All I wanted was to see if they were able to change my brake light. They said of course and got right on it. Not only did they changed the bulb but checked all my other lights to make sure all were working well. When I asked how much will this cost they replied “nothing“. I have to give Patrick and the rest of the team major brownie points.

Great Customer Service SHOUTOUT!🗣I never go to express oil change shops. The last time I attempted to go, when the tech gave me the price, I felt hed cursed me out! I was offended!😳😂 However, today, the price was well worth it!After attempting my normal locations (all too busy), I looked up and spotted this place. Hesitantly, drove up, pulled in and that doggone price again, BUT A DIFFERENT TECH. Patrick was such a pleasure. Gave the place a shot today even though usually get free oil changes through dealership but they take half the day to get it done.Must say they are fast and the girl that did my oil was friendly. But for $108.00 thats really all that got done. No sticker, windshield, tire pressure check, not even sure anything else got checked except horn and blinkers. Dealership that I normally go to attempted to upsell me air filters my last oil change but I knew for sure they needed to be changed this time and no mention of this the other day but never was checked.I wont lie hate places like this that attempts to upset everything and was kinda of nice not to hear it. But for the price I payed today definitely should have been checked and I would have definitely purchased. Most likely will return staff does seem friendly just not sure I would say focused the day I came in.

From the moment that I drove into the parking lot I was greeted with a smile and provided instructions on what I needed to do to get my car serviced by staff. The customer service and professionalism was top notch from the front line staff to the store manager. Jamal was the technician who assisted me. He was very knowledgeable of his job and explained everything to me in great detail without pressuring me into purchasing other services. Max was another employee, although he did not personally work on my vehicle, his kindness and generosity in offering me two small bottles of hand sanitizer was very considerate and appreciated especially during this unprecedented time with the pandemic. If I could rate my experience with more than 5 🌟 I would! Keep up the excellent job everyone!

Got an oil change, engine air filter. I could hear the guys calling out everything they were checking. Tires, alignment, any leaks and suggestions for optimizing the performance of my vehicle. Things I (quietly) knew were wrong, they confirmed. They explained every thing they did and topped off all fluids. I will be returning to this business. I need an alignment and will get it here as well. Patrick did a great job as well as the other staff.

They Broke My Glovebox After I Had Got It Fixed 2 Days Before. I Went Because I Was On A Roadtrip And Needed An Oil Change But They Just Broke What Had Just Been Fixed.

I bought 4 off-road tires from Walmart on two notch yesterday (10/31/2020) due to their offering the best price , however their automotive depot was only providing oil changes yesterday so I needed to find another auto shop to mount my new tires. The other shops I called would only mount tires that were purchased through their business, however when I called Express Lube on Clemson Rd. I spoke with Todd who quickly told me to come straight on over and hed take care of my tires for me. Todd was incredibly friendly and professional over the phone and even more so in person. Todd and the other guys truly did an excellent job. They were professional, knowledgeable, timely, and exceptionally friendly. I will definitely give them my future business as well! Would highly recommend!

I came in because I was worried my brakes might need work. The mechanic Al took it for a test drive and also got under the car and checked out all the brakes, rotors and pads. He told me that my brakes looked fine and that the only thing I could use is a possible alignment, but it wasn’t an emergency. I appreciate a business that is honest it does not take advantage of those of us like me who do not know about cars. I will definitely be bringing my car back here because he took the time to tell me that my car was just fine and then I did not need any work at the moment. Thank you Al!

I got in the bay quickly and the oil change was finished expediently and best of all I was able to sit in the car with my kids while it was done.
