Was walked through a very clean store with an amazing inventory. Was made comfortable and fully educated on the many options that were available to me. The staff was friendly and helpful. The store manager Sam was very knowledgeable and made it a very easy process and I will definitely be recommending friends and family to come to this great establishment. Proud to be part of the RNR family. Love my tires and rims.

I purchased 4 new tires in early August of 2021, come back less than 2 months later because a tire kept going flat. Mind you all 4 tires are brand new, I’m told I’m going to have a warranty and the tires are paid in full. Today I’m told if I would’ve financed the tires then I would have a warranty, but due to the fact that I paid in full there is no warranty. To top things off I’m told originally that they can’t fix the leak in my tire because of DOT standards and I would need to purchase a new tire. Then after involving the regional manager all of a sudden the DOT standards don’t seem to matter, my tire can be fixed and I don’t need to purchase a new one. This place is crooked and I would never recommend them!!!!

Terrible experience at RNR in Colorado Springs. This place does not care about their customers or the work they do.When I came to pick up my car, they informed me they were not able to do the alignment. They offered no solution to the problem - They told me I got an already discounted rate because I used a Groupon. To be clear, I paid for a 4wheel alignment and I got NO ALIGNMENT AT A DISCOUNTED RATE.

RNR tires is a great place to get tires, they will work with you if money is tight. The finance lady was nice and straight forward.

My wife took my truck in for a balancing after nobody In Colorado Springs would touch my wheels. They are a 24x14 on 35’s. RNR Tire not only got me right in but told me if I have any problems bring it back and we will go to plan B at no charge. Great customer service and a very friendly environment. I would recommend any person I know to at least call them first. Thank you RNR for treating my wife rite and not just take advantage of a woman as we all know mechanics have that bad rap and it COULD happen.

They were super fast and friendly. Dude asked me a few questions to ascertain the health of my car and breaks, quote for work was for an hour and they had me out in 30 to 45 minutes. They even have a 60 or 90 day same as cash option now. 10/10 will be back

Went in for alignment, all they wanted to do was sell me tires they came over 4 times with DEALS, then they COULDNT do my alignment cos they didnt have the specs, apparently only the dealership and certified mechanics could find the specs, I found them online. And no customer service at all after I refused the tires. Wouldnt refer them to my worst enemy!

First question wasnt if I was looking for new or used, it was if I wanted to use their in-house financing to pay for the tires. Prices were almost 80 dollars more PER tire than the typical price, over 400 dollars for just 2 tires, when I had 4 put on for $405 less than 6 months ago.

Went in for a new set of tires and alignment. First, they tried to sell me an $800 set on my car that clearly didnt need top of the line tires. Then I came to pick it up and they didnt do the alignment. I came to pick it up a second time and the alignment had one of my tires at an angle. Clearly they do not take pride in their work. I was also offered roadside assistance for an extra $50 even though their blurb says roadside is free with EVERY tire purchase. Customer service was lacking as they said a total of 4 words to me in the 3 times I had to go back.UPDATE: I took my car to a mechanic who said an alignment was never done on my car.

Poor service. They installed lager then necessary tires on my vehicle. One had a hole in it on the side wall. They couldnt repair it and ordered another one. Lied and said it was within tread wear for an all wheel drive vehicle soon after the service 4 wheel drive light turned on. Dont recommend using them for your tire needs.

My fiancee needed some hard to find rims for a 49 Chevy 3/4 ton pickup and the guys at RNR went above and beyond to find exactly what he needed at a reasonable price. The truck itself is a build in progress and I will happily add some pics when there is more shine than rust, but trust me when I say I will go back to RNR when I need tires and rims for any of my other fleet of rides. (You marry a car guy, you suddenly have a bunch of cars lol)

The Managers and staff here are great Donald and Keith were very helpful and professional! Better service and performance than Ive had from other tire places around here, thats for sure. Reasonable prices, and though I didnt do it, they offer financing; and explained everything fully so theyre were no surprises!

I got an alignment done after purchasing new tires elsewhere, they had my truck on the rack for maybe 20 minutes. My truck pulls harder to the left than it did with my old tires.

It was the greatest tire buying experience ever. I arrived at 9am and was greeted at the front door with amazing customer service from the new manager Keith Pentico. Shortly after I was greeted at the sales counter by Sam. He was very polite. I felt extremely welcomed. Keith and Sam asked how they could help me and I explained to them I was seeking the beefiest and baddest tires that would fit on my 2013 Subaru Forester. Keith knew right away the perfect tire for my vehicle. Keith is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns about the tires he suggested. By the end of the conversation I made the decision to purchase four new tires. I also had a few questions for John and he too was very informative. Not only is the customer service fantastic but let me tell you, the urgency these people have is phenomenal. They are not lackadaisic. They get the job done in a timely and efficient manner. RnR offers an additional outstanding warranty for a low price too. Im extremely satisfied and will return next season!- One happy customer

If you want over priced tires and wheels, well this is the place for you! Dont even bother to ask if they match prices, i did, they will flat out say NO. HnH Tires can get you the Same Exact tires and wheels for a cheaper price. They saved me $385. If you have bad credit and want to go with RnR because they dont check your credit and you dont mind paying hundreds of dollars more, well? Its on you at that point.

I wasnt informed that the deposit was refundable until after the fact. The owner worked with me and was able to offer me an alignment instead. Im pleased that they worked with me and at least helped me in some way

I received an oil change and tire rotation about 2 months ago from here. The customer service was lacking so this week when I was due for another tire rotation and oil change I went elsewhere. It turns out when I got my service done here, they damaged a bolt in one of my wheels and I had to pay $200 to fix it. When I reached out to the manager about my concerns about their service, I was spoken to very rudely, he did not listen to my concerns, refused to take responsibility for this, made up lies about what happened that day, and ultimately hung up on me. As a single woman I was treated poorly and felt very disrespected. I will not be returning and do not recommend their services.

Dont ever go to these guys. They make you pay extra for the protection plan then dont honor the plan you pay extra for. If you have to get them ordered they will tell you that you didnt buy it from them. They are a bunch of crooked people.

I could not find a used tire for my truck to save my life. I came in here and no luck. However, they mentioned their 6 months same as can and I was able to get 2 brand new tires on a payment plan. No credit check. Plus...they can set it up on auto pay!The guys are so nice, understanding and not condescending at all.These guys have all my business from now on and I will be referring everyone I know!!

Honestly it was a great experience. The staff was super friendly. Explained the leading process thoroughly, and had us out the door fairly quickly considering all the stuff one must do to lease tires.

Disappointed. Looking for wheels and tires, couldnt even focus long enough to put a package together for me, other customers and employees were more important. Wont go back.

I heard about the guys at RNR on the radio & stopped by to see about their holiday specials...man was I impressed! I can’t say enough about the staff at RNR; they were straightforward, courteous, personable and willing to work with me based on what I needed for my vehicle. I walked in on the day of my appointment and my car was on a rack in the bay within 15 minutes. I purchased four tires, and it came with a wheel alignment on the house! There was ample room to relax inside, and my ever present need for caffeine was able to be satisfied with a complimentary Keurig in the waiting area. Most of the staff are military veterans, like myself, so I felt right at home. Just an all around good experience with staff that was not only helpful, but very knowledgeable on all fronts. If I took the time to write this much, you should at least check them out online, or stop by the shop and chat with the guys.

Worst tire store around. Without a doubt the worst tire buying experience of my life. A $700 set of tires cost me $2000. And going to get the law involved in paying off my account. There is no 6 months same as cash. They say there is but its not. Ive paid their payment amount every month and been paying on the tires for a year. Ive tried to find out the payoff amount over the past 3 months and every time it goes up by $200 or more. Pretty sure the whole staff there knows nothing about what they are doing. As far As service, that sucks too. I picked up a nail in one of the tires so I took it to r n r to have it fixed, took 3 hours of waiting and I was the only customer there. STAY FAR AWAY.

We are now FORMER long time Discount Tire customers. This place has fantastic service and an impressive amount of rims and tires in stock. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the store and shop. Everyone was friendly and helpful and really listened to what we were looking for. Prices were also really reasonable. We DEFINITELY recommend this place.

Horrible, representation from rep is not clear. The company has you put down a deposit which you are never told is non refundable once the tires are ordered; then you are asked to bring in all kinds of documentation to be told they have physically speak to someone at your job. These days that is nearly impossible. Then they have no consideration of the customers time because they are unable to verify what they need; keeping in mind they never give a heads up on need to speak to a physical being at your place of employment. So I was told just to come back like I don’t have to work but the manager did call my daughter and gave her the 3rd degree and that still wasn’t enough and now they refuse to refund my deposit.

Fees werent explained to me as well as they could have. Same as cash doesnt actually mean same as cash in the traditional sense. My $500 set of tires was a little over 1k after fees. Ask questions! Great service though.

I drove up with 3 bad tires and donut. Within seconds my car was up in the air getting new tires and a much needed alignment. The 6 months same as cash is a blessing. I dont know about you but, I dont have hundreds of dollars just laying around. RNR tires is, a blessing.
